Then she asked for my ID, which has never happened when shipping this same item before. She measured the package several times, entered information into the computer, and quoted me $75. I ship the exact same item every week from another UPS location for about $26. Then another employee came over and changed the price to $39, plus the cost of a box. The employees seemed confused and did not know what they were doing. The pricing was inconsistent, and the entire experience was frustrating. I will continue using my usual UPS location instead.
