This UPS Store is located in a plaza, so parking is shared with nearby businesses, but it's still pretty easy to find a spot since people are constantly coming in and out. I stopped by for a couple of Amazon returns, and when I arrived, the staff was briefly on a bathroom break. They had a sign posted saying they would be right back, which I appreciated for the clear communication. Astrid, the employee who helped me, was extremely nice and processed my returns quickly and efficiently. The store also has a variety of items and supplies available for purchase. It's clean, spacious, and not crowded, there was only one person ahead of me. Overall, the experience was great, the customer service was excellent, and I would definitely return to this UPS Store.
