The last time I was here, I was second in line. The clerk closed the door in my face after helping the lady in front of me. I yelled out "hey" and knocked on the door to get her to help me. There are signs posted everywhere that they are closed to the public and to go to the Bel Red post office if you have any business at all besides getting a residential package. The building looks like a prop from a WWII movie - really needs major renovation. The parking lot is large but needs to be repaved with a lot of loose gravel and holes.

The employee claimed it belonged to them, but I received it from a postal worker years ago, and they said I could keep it. I consistently conduct mass mailing, so this will negatively impact my process. The inconsistencies in rules here are very unprofessional.
