We were corresponding in the morning, About details of the load and the trailer in a quick pay and stuff. Then all of a sudden they did not respond., several hours later, I seen the load was booked. I sent an email to them asking about the load, I had no response from her/them. Any kind of response or letting me know that they booked the Load with someone else beforehand, as to not have my time wasted. Typical Broker stuff, lacking integrity, and simply just answering somebody back. That's what I do. I'm not interested. I just go ahead and tell him I just don't respond to them. I've had two other occasions to visit the Issaqua post office and the line there has always been very long and slow moving. I see the reviews for the Fall City post office are over a year old, perhaps this indicates improvement. Maybe those who are dissatisfied should visit the Issaqua post office and maybe gain an appreciation for what they have here in Fall City.

I spent 40 minutes waiting in line patiently with everyone else. I was next up and waiting for my turn when I overheard the employee telling the customer "I hate this place. I wish it would burn to the ground. The only good thing about this place is it forces me to update my resume". When you wait for 40 minutes in line calmly like everyone else you really don't want to hear how disgruntled the employee is. They would accept my pre-printed labels and items with a smile and a friendly chat. I arrived with a medium sized box and motorcycle tire (brand new tire not dirty etc), and labels. The "welcome" I received was very cantankerous as to how I dare bring that in here and "we don't do that". I had to take a step back as I felt like very embarrassed in front of my daughter and other patrons. I don't know what changed, but I will not be going back to Pine Lake Mail Post anytime soon. They have lost my trust and respect.

I've left notes on redeliveries to leave the packages over the gate and they don't. Instead I get a message that states there was something wrong with the address on the package and they either send it back or take another two weeks to deliver. Tried picking up at the post office but it's always a battle between this office and the one in North Bend, they constantly blame each other. Honestly, at this point I just believe it's sheer laziness.

I saw the driver drive by my house twice and did not stop instead they left a slip in my mailbox stating it was the first attempt and to pick up at the post office instead. Also my informed delivery stated that the package was delivered at the mailbox when it was not. So frustrating.
