I've had nothing but excellent experiences here - it seems family-owned, and each time I've come, they make sure I understand the prices and/or what options I have and how long each are estimated to take. That being said, I generally only bring 1 thing when I come here, but prefer it in general over going to the USPS/UPS/FedEx locations directly. I have been their mailbox customer for about 15 years. They have done a great job reliably forwarding my mail to wherever I was at that time. They have spent hours on the phone with me to sort out the mail so that only the important mail was forwarded, which reduced my cost of postage. read more

I have dealt with other independantly owned shipping facilities before and I can definately say the owner of this facility is not interested in customer service. I sell on E-bay, when I make a sale I purchase my shipping through E-bay and then take my big load directly to USPS because I know places like this don't make anything on pre-purchased shipping labels. At another independant shipping center in another town I'd bring in 1 or 2 packages with pre-purchased shipping labels. In other words my small runs. I'd by stuff too, stamps when needed, boxes occassionally and packing tape at times. So I have been to this location 3 times. The first time I had two packages with pre-purchased labels, to ship plus I asked about purchasing stamps. I wanted a specific type that he did not have and he said he would by the following month. Next month I came in with one package, asked about the stamps and was told no not getting the ones I was hoping for. The following month I came again with one package, at 5PM he was locking his door a full 1/2 hour before his posted closing time. Which isn't the best, but I understand. I once ran a business where I was the only employee, and sometimes this has to happen. What was unacceptable is he came up to me in my car and told me he would no longer accept packages from me because I don't by anything from him. He made that statement in a harsh tone of voice, then turned and walked away from me. Look I get it. He'd make more money from me if I bought the postage from him, but I'm trying to make a buck too. And if he had the stamps I was after he would have had that sale already, and eventually some boxes and tape. That's ok there are other nearby places that have welcomed my business. read more

This was okay. I had a prepaid USPS package that needed an envelope for shipping. I was sold the appropriate sized envelope and told $2. The sign under the envelopes said $1.89 so I thought that was the total with tax. Then I gave him my card and he complained that I was using a card for a $2 transaction. So sorry, I never carry cash. He then added tax to the two dollar rate. I didn't complain, what's a few cents, but it was odd. I looked around and didn't see a minimum fee for credit card purchases which would explain the overcharge. Again, what's a few cents. But then he started asking questions about my shipment and the prepaid label and wanted to know how much I paid, where I got it, etc. I felt weird sharing that info. It's really no ones business. At the end of the day, my package is en route to its destination so I'm glad. I paid $2.18 for an envelope which is high but not breaking the bank. Next time I'll drive to the post office and get their free packaging. read more

I have been a mailbox customer since 2008. NOTE: they have just had to move to 8151 164th AVE NE, Redmond, WA 98052 since the old building where they were previously at is being demolished. New location is right next to the Thinkspace building on 164th. It's great to have a small local independent business to use that is owned and operated by a very nice couple. read more

The mailbox center is managed by an old couple who are very sweet and courteous. I always go to them for shipping any documents or parcels. They are very patient and provide you the cheapest and the best option (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc. ) depending upon your needs. :-) read more

Love this place! I use them exclusively for all my overseas mailing. Nothing ever goes missing, all the labels are filled out correctly and I have tracking numbers. It may cost a bit more than the USPS for supplies and service but, for me, it is well worth it. Also, no long lines, hardly ever any waiting; and, is in downtown, close by. We rent a box and receive mail and packages at this business. I also drop off all my pre-paid Amazon returns here. Service is excellent and the owners are always friendly and helpful. There is no extra fee for receiving packages, which is different than other mailbox places I looked at renting from which charge $.50 or $1 per package you get. The mailboxes are accessible on weekends and after hours with a key that they give you. Overall I've been very pleased with our experience at this business, I definitely recommend it. read more

This business is not helpful - they overcharge and will not accept pre-paid packages for drop off, unlike their competition.
