    As far as Staples go, this is an excellent one. Recently my Staples experience has not been that great at the other locations and in general Staples can disappoint if you walk in at the wrong time. However, Staples really is one of the best office supply and computer sales stores around. I prefer them for PC because they sell clean computers with less bloat and better business performance than the other retailers. They have an excellent standpoint on recycling, basically whatever it is (office related) they will handle it. As with all the department IT stores, service quality may vary depending upon what is in stock. Also they tailor what they stock based on sales. If you need something specific they might not have it on a given day. The sales people also act a bit standoffish if the product is not so good. Instead of telling you not to buy something they just act uninterested in the inferior product! Prices vary a bit much and they are under duress to deliver corporate manufactured warranty that will sometimes cause them to raise the price on a repair. I would watch out for this. The fun stuff they sell is ingenious productivity and office stuff that is real amazing. They once had a brick of cork so big it was unreal. this would be a desktop pin cushion. They had to respond to some environmental outcry from the scientific community so the last thing they did was sell this enormous cork brick before removing cork from their product line (mostly a final choice though you might see it again.) They have been struggling with the bugs of Google just like other places however it has been particularly obvious with Staples online. I think that they are getting past it now as others are also. Things like auto fill that cannot be turned off has caused some problems with the online services. I recommend them but with the caveat that it all depends on the human interaction you experience and what they have in stock the day you enter. Also as mentioned beware of unfair pricing with device repair it varies wildly depending upon the manufacturer.

    I rarely go into Staples at all! I just left there. I was standing at the front desk waiting to ask a question and nobody was around to help me. I went to where I was trying to buy ink at the ink department to have somebody help me. Since I bought a new printer, and wanted to clarify the difference in package deals that the website couldn't answer. I stood there without exaggeration 19 minutes and 18 seconds and nobody came up to me to help me. I went back to the front desk and the checker was talking with a man about the type of business he did after he checked out. I was standing in plain view and was talking to a man after he checked out, and continued to talk. I politely asked if anybody could help me... No response! Somebody walked up right in front of me dropped a whole box of inventory right in front of me, I asked can anybody help me and she walk right by me and then I asked louder and she said she's off her work schedule. I said I need help... With attitude she said well I really am off but what do you want! Completely uncalled for and completely rude!!!!!This location, and this store should close, PERIOD! Phauk them! I will never shop at Staples again, I will never use their site again, even though I've been a long time customer, and have always bought everything from paper to laptops for both our home offices!

    Staff was helpful with poster printing and very nice. A bit understaffed so there was a wait but customer service more than made up for it.

    I don't really like it here. The selection is pretty good, but the wait time to checkout is HORRIBLE. I will try paperclips going forward.

    Highly recommend- just did an order in Dec. Called near…read moreclosing time and Caitlin was able to answer my questions and get me a quote in less than an hour. I was looking for a couple options- a small batch and larger batch of bandit signs( real estate type signs for outdoor advertising) for a local non profit group. She was so incredibly helpful and I never felt rushed with my questions and she was the key to moving along my project in a timely manner. She also asked if I needed stakes and those little follow up questions that made the whole process so seamless. I sent in the art work I had but it was lacking the polish and high res images needed. Luckily Caitlin helped point me in the right direction and looped in graphic designer, Mikayla. I have to say- I use to work with Project Managers and graphic designers in my previous job and if I was still in that role, Id try to recruit Mikayla and Caitlin. They just understood the assignment, gave options ( not pushy at all though) and got the job done in record time. The communication also was top notch and honestly I can't see why Id go anywhere else from now on just from service alone. Parking to pick up was so easy and Caitlin even loaded the heavy boxes into my car for me! While I was leaving I also asked for pricing on a potential future project but since it was during holiday time I wasn't expecting an answer right away. Caitlin followed up immediately via email and was very helpful. Def recommend signarama in redmond. Thank you Caitlin and Mikayla for your help!

    Alex and team worked with me on a LED flex neon sign and it turned out even better than expected…read more Lead time was super quick once I made a decision. Pricing totally reasonable for the sign. They will hang it for you for a cost, but I had a friend who hung it for me instead. I would have another sign made by them in a heartbeat! All being said, its also on the buyer (me, you, etc) to know what you want and basically have your design ready - that helped the process. But also, Signarama had great ideas, suggestions and feedback.
