I'm an artist who continually needs prints and this place is my go-to. They also sell very high quality office supplies and printers for reasonable prices and have more selection than Wal-Mart. Their prints are very inexpensive. Full color prints on their scanners are only 39 cents, and I think B&W is only 12 cents. They cost a little more if you print them from the front and need them custom sized to fit the page. The other day I got 4 super high quality prints (pictured) for only $3. You can also send PDFs of resumes and sheet music and get that printed here too. The customer service is really nice and are dealing with Covid safely. The cashiers have hand sanitizer near them and use it before touching your products. You are required to wear a mask to shop here. I hope this store sticks around. read more

Is it just me or does this Office Depot seem like it's closing? I mean, is it? I visited Office Depot to get some cleaning supplies for my laptop and it was bare bones in there. Not sure if it's normally like this or what, but the place felt very dated and stripped. Located in a small shopping area with other businesses along 108th, parking is a bitch because everyone is either going to neighboring HMart or PetSmart. And the spots are really narrow. But once that's over and you're now in Office Depot you walk in and the stagnant fluorescent lighting and bare walls makes you feel like this place is closing, especially since the first items you see for sale are in boxes with huge signs, indicating they're on clearance. Staff seemed friendly enough though. I didn't want to wander around, so asked someone for cleaning supplies for my laptop as soon as I saw an employee, and they pointed me in the right direction, which was close to the entrance. Most of the cleaning supplies, like the air dusters for keyboards, are Office Depot brand and they are expensive! Yikes. Though the supplies I was looking for ranged in different sizes and was sold in different quantities I was still surprised by how pricey they were. Office Depot is here for your office needs and that's pretty much it. Overall, it was a fine experience shopping here, and unless I'm looking for something in particular among office supplies I'd most likely stick to buying my basic goods at any other store that's more frequented. read more

Is it me or are all of the office supply stores the same? While they are large, they seem to be dimly lit and a bit boring. Certainly nothing like the awesomeness of Ito-ya in Japan. I never knew pen shopping could actually be fun. That magic doesn't exist in the U.S. unfortunately. Office supply shopping is a chore. Shopping at this Office Depot is no different. It is indeed a blah experience, but they have good deals that make it worth a visit. Particularly during the back to school season. The phrase, so bad that it is good fits for this location. It is oftentimes empty, which is the reason I like going here. This means that products are not too picked over which is how I bought a sought after product here from a company that rhymes with the word muggle that I probably shouldn't be in possession of considering my associations. What can I say? I like tech toys. I think Office Depot, OfficeMax and Staples are pretty much the same. What differentiates them is their product selection and their availability of items that I am looking for. This location of Office Depot seems to be decent at getting both of these things right which is why I give them an a-ok score. Though I have to say they need to do something to make this location a little less blah. It is in need of a renovation. read more

The guy who I believe to be the manager was so nice, helpful, and had great energy towards his employees. Justin our cashier was a TOTAL sweetheart, and we bonded over my deadmau5 tattoo. He was so positive, cool, and you can tell he's just a solid kid. Also big hype & congrats because we found out he's graduating next week - Whoop whoop! Customer service has improved so much since last year! In the past several weeks, I've been greeted and asked if I've needed assistance as soon as I walked in the front door, as well as needing assistance as soon as I've paid. Tommy is such a friendly associate, and I'm happy to see when he's there because I know he'll step up to the plate; as well as the others judging from my last few experiences. I highly doubt people justify if they want to come to Office Depot or not based off Yelp reviews, but I need my review count to go up and I'm running out of places to Yelp about so here I am...writing a Yelp review for very exciting Office Depot. They have mechanical pencils and any office supply you can think of. The guys at the printing department is usually very helpful, you can show them any design and they will have them come to life for you. Great place to print out business cards and have it be specifically what you want too instead of relying on online sources with a discount coupon and waiting forever for them to ship only to discover there's a reason why there were so cheap, I've made that mistake before. The people here are very knowledgeable in term of little things like what color font you should pick if you want it to be readable. I love office supply stores, but I was underwhelmed by this one, unfortunately. My disappointment began when I crossed the threshold into this store. Yes, it was immediate. You see, the store exterior is contemporary and modern, housed in a cute "strip mall" that appears, from the outside, to be newer, with clean architectural lines and colored siding. I expected the store interior to be contemporary and inviting, to match the exterior. It was not. Upon entering, one is struck by the fluorescent lighting, the open and deep and cavernous space and the office furniture and bins of "clearance" items which were scattered about the store. I had time to kill in the area, and I usually love office supply stores, so I wandered every aisle of this store. Despite many employees on the floor, not one greeted me, asked me if I needed help finding anything, or said goodbye to me when I left 15 minutes later. I found that odd. The store was clean, and there are discernible sections that are clearly marked with signage, but after walking around this store for a while, I totally get what another reviewer meant when she said this place felt "creepy". Between all the employees noticing me yet not asking if I needed help or acknowledging my presence in any real way, and all the clearance islands with their bright yellow signs and the cavernous space with the industrial-colored walls and floors and lighting..... it just makes for a store that doesn't feel warm or welcoming or pleasant. Not sure what's going on with the other reviews, but I had a nice experience here recently and figured I should share it to counteract the numerous negative experiences! I walked here from my office to pick up some printing materials that we didn't have in stock. The store itself was not very busy, but it was during a week-day lunch hour, so that didn't bother me. I found the store to be very brightly lit, clean, and welcoming. I was wandering around aimlessly, and an employee came to assist me, pointing me in the right direction. I was picking up some CDs, CD labels, and CD jewel cases, all of which they had plenty in stock. When I was checking out, the employee at the register was very chatty and friendly. Not sure why people have such high standards for this Office Depot, but they met my needs in a hurry, and they were nice about it. That deserves a good review in my book. read more

Very disappointing - demeaning to customer, lack of customer and product support I will not be going back. I opened an Office Depot-branded HP Printer cartridge that I bought recently and it was immediately was rejected by the printer as "not an HP cartridge. " I brought the cartridge back to Office Depot Issaquah where I bought it when I had the time, along with some older cartridges from the same printer that I wanted to recycle. I expected this would be no problem. The clerk was clueless. He said that if it was purchased more than a month before, there was nothing he could do. I pointed out that the box says "100% Guarantee performance tested" and there was no "30 day purchase time limit" on it. Besides, I bought several cartridges at the same time (who doesn't? So you have one when the one you're using runs out always at the worst possible time!) The manager, Kyle came over and then, seeing all the cartridges, had the nerve to ask, "Did you buy the right cartridges for this printer? You know the printer takes very specific cartridges...!" Yup that's the approach! Of course, the customer is stupid. It's always the idiot customer's fault. That's a great starting point! I wonder how the other IDENTICAL cartridges that I used all worked but gee, this one didn't. Hey, maybe it WAS the wrong cartridge even though it's got the IDENTICAL model number as the others that worked, huh?! Hey, that would mean it's STILL Office Depot's fault for mislabeling!!! Then I stood in disbelief as he said, "We can't accept a return once it's been opened anyway." "Are you kidding me??? How the heck would I know it doesn't work unless I opened it and put it in the printer?!?!?!?" At this point he walked away and to deal with some other customer and I was left with the clueless clerk, who though marginally sympathetic, couldn't/wouldn't do anything except say he could get me a number I could call and ask for some kind of receipt as they don't have any records past 30 days anyway (it was about 50 days) and I could see if "they" would do something. What, he didn't know. While I was waiting for something to happen, I noticed a 1-800 number under the box under "100% guarantee" and I called it. Unbelievably, I got someone in about 2 minutes, told him the issue, he said, "no problem, we'll send you out a new one tomorrow first thing," and took my information. The clerk came back with some other number which I now didn't need. As I left, the manager shouted out something from the other end of the store and I said, "Your corporate office knows what to do and took care of it..." and left. THAT was the customer service I expect at Office Depot! Fortunately, the corporate Office Depot understood its own policy and customer service and guarantees more than this branch. I will not be going back to that store again. Clueless. Insulting. Time-Wasting. Unhelpful. read more

Her upbeat personality and honest consideration and care for her customers, is beyond valuable. Although this place has low rating in stars I believe that Robyn will change that. Really? No sanitizer for the carts? I asked the manager who first lied and said they are sanitized after each use. I said there was no sanitizer nearby and no one was sanitizing so he says, "Yeah we get busy." So I say, "Yiu should have sanitizer so customers can do it themselves then," to which he replies, "We tried but people steal it." So I said, "So tie it to the table." Really people, this isn't rocket science!" So what was the result? I had to shop without a cart being the supplies little by little to the checkout and when I was done, I couldn't carry it without a cart so the cashier sent the next person. Office supply stores are empty in general but this one felt almost creepy. The lighting is all weird, there are way too many employees on the sales floors, and all the employees look like zombies. What is going on? Their shipping supplies section is small but it had what I needed. I wish their Office Depot brand cardboard boxes came in more sizes though! Dropped by on a lark after a business meeting on a lark. Okay...not quite a lark. I mean, I have a thing. You know - for office & school supplies. I LURVE THEM. I know it's not normal. You're talking to someone who has a box full of notebooks in varying sizes, colors, and designs in her closet. Annnd buys more. Regularly. I can't tell you how many pens, pencils, markers, staplers, three hole punches, post it note pads, staple removers, rulers, pencil sharpeners, and assorted supplies I've bought, stored, used, and horded over the years. Eventually I stopped going to office supply stores, even avoiding school supply aisles at Target or department stores. Even unversity bookstores. Especially university bookstores. So visiting this Office Depot today was like an alcoholic stopping by a bar "just for a visit". This location is definitely a two star; it is hands down the most run down, shabby looking, dingy big box Office Depot I have ever been in. Even the lights seemed dim, although the store didn't seem dirty. I briefly wondered if this store too was closing, like the boating (?) store in the same plaza. Then some Astrobright neon colored printer paper caught my eye and I drifted unconciously toward the display like a moth to a flame. And then, a voice. "Wait. You don't NEED colored printer paper. Awww but it's so pretty! I could - no. Seriously. You hardly print anything. Turn away." Somehow I turn away. A sales clerk asked if I needed any help (clearly my crazy was showing), I chirped back that I was just browsing - and tried to gain my bearings. Then I saw them. NOTEBOOKS. "Ooooooh", I said aloud and drifted over to the display. It was a killer sale! Half price! Business-y notebooks perfect for creating proposals and taking notes in a professional type manner. Hadn't I *just* been tearing through the store trying to find a notebook for my meeting? "See? You actually *need* this!" [No, I didn't. Remember: BOX FULL OF NOTEBOOKS IN CLOSET.] As I perused the display another sales clerk approached and offered assistance. Something about his personality made me want to confess my own special brand of crazy as if he were a co-conspirator (or, more accurately - my dealer). Anyway, his name was Bert, his nametag indicated Department Manager, and he nicely showed me where the rest of the deeply discounted notebooks and accessories were without a shred of judgement, irritability, disdain, or jerkface. While I browsed the same notebook display in the back for 20 minutes then wandered around aimlessly admiring a multitude of supplies, I was asked by two different associates if I needed assistance. The store seemed overstaffed, and everyone helping other customers were kind, eager, and friendly. Checkout was easy, there was plenty of parking, and other than the store looking severely run down, it was a pleasant shopping experience. The check out was one of those excruciating rat-mazes where they line you up and you have to try to find your way through the ropes before you can escape and eat cheese. Tried out a bunch of different mice, then walked back in to OD and bought it. So I walked next door to Compusa and was much happier, except for the price. But I just don't like it. Anyway, they have a surprising selection of mouses(?) here, all with good prices. It's all beat down inside and smells like skanks rolled through a bunch of liquid paper. Other being big and close to my house, this store is a disappointment. Paper supplies are distributed randomly throughout the store, so finding my daughter's school supplies takes a long while. The clerks tend to point vaguely with directions, not helping much. Some decent cameras, but no one had advice and they were 20% cheaper on Amazon. Why did my daughter drop her camera and shatter the viewfinder? It's also not their fault, but someone's making money when I buy yet another $100 worth of ink for my $100 printer, and good luck finding the right ink. The parking lot had numerous strange unusually small "compact" spaces half-filled with SUVs. The only worse shopping experience is the nearby Rite-Aid. read more

Please think again because I have drop off a shipping package for FedEx and these people at THIS Office Depot took my package and was never got to fedex . I have called Multiple times and no body can really help or answer about it they just tell me they don't know and FedEx pick up call FedEx and it's not theirs responsibility that's gone. FedEx told me that they NEVER receive the package from them. And checking the tracking status saying it's waiting for pick up ........ now I have lost two hundred dollar worth of supply to my seller and FedEx is pending on my insurance . :( terrible read more

I needed some large documents photocopied so I phoned around to check prices. I was quoted $3.49 to photocopy the sheets and 25 cents to scan each sheet. Bellevue Office Depot charged me $3.59 per sheet and $4.99 to scan each sheet. Seven sheets cost $25 plus $35.00 to scan and one black and white copy. It took forever too. The guy was so, so slow. I will never go back to that store. read more

If you want to know what Hell is like then I suggest you go to this Office Depot. I made a purchase here on 03/04/14 of an office chair, I had a coupon for $15 off $75 and a free item of my choice from the list they provided. The cashier rung me up but didn't include my coupons the first time which was a total of $191.60 when I brought it up they had to refund the $191.60 and charge me again including the coupons which was $164.24. I know that it usually takes at least 2 days for the banks to realize the money was refunded and place it back into your account. So for the next couple days I kept a close eye on my account. Two days later the $191.60 charge went through as if there was no refund along with the $164.24 causing my account me overdrawn and getting charged extra fees because of that. I called my bank and told them that it was an unauthorized charge and office depot claimed they had refunded me the money. My bank filed a claim and gave me $191.60 back (which wasn't supposed to charged in the first place). Now just yesterday 04/01/14 at 3am $191.60 gets pulled out of my account again! What in the world is going on?! I called my bank and they said "oh well we saw they refunded you back $164.24 so we took the money back we gave you for that claim." They refunded me back the wrong amount! I know the difference is only $27.36 but it's the principle. I've had to deal with this headache for a month now and why was it so hard to refund the $191.60 that was charged by mistake then turn around and refund back the wrong amount? All I know is that I will no longer will be going to this business for anything in the future. Btw the way, this is the first bad report I've ever had to write on Yelp. I usually only write good ones because I think people only write reviews for places they've had bad experiences with rather than places they love. read more

Seeing as this is my primary print center anytime I need to do some cool printing, it is the equivalent of the VMAC in football speak. However, the last couple of times I went they switched out the printing staff and because of that, there were delays. One instance I went in and they told me to come back the next day. Okay I understood, so I came back the next day and they told me the same thing! Now I was quite heated, as all I was trying to do was print one thing. Luckily the Customer Experience Manager Ryan, was kind enough to squeeze my print job in and really went above the call of duty to make it happen. Thanks Ryan! read more

Went in Office Depot this evening to get an iPad case. The selection was pretty slim. The store was almost empty. When someone finally approached us he was condescending and seemed bothered by our questions. Could be the whole reason why the store was empty.
