I'm even happier with our choices today than when we first installed them. Kiersten at Chown Hardware in Bellevue was incredibly patient throughout the selection process. She knows the products, listened to what we wanted, and never pushed us toward the most expensive option. Instead, she recommended thoughtful upgrades only when they truly made sense for our project, and every one of those recommendations has proven to be worth it. You also can't know everything about every single item available. If there was something she needed to do deeper divan, she would let us know and do that we could really trust her. The showroom has an excellent selection, but it's the knowledgeable, honest guidance that really sets Chown apart. Months later, everything is working beautifully, looks fantastic, and we're so glad we trusted Kiersten's expertise. Great products. Great service. Great long-term results. Kiersten is a superstar!

I unscrewed one of the parts and brought it into the store, hoping someone could help me figure out what I needed. Sanja was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Within about 15 minutes, I was on my way home with the things I needed and ready to make my wife happy! Thank you, Sanja, for your excellent customer service and for making what could have been a frustrating experience so easy!

We've been customers for maybe 25 years. We've bought and serviced a gas fireplace and several grills over the years. We ordered a new grill - great experience. Then things went downhill. Rich's no longer does its own delivery. They depend on a vendor to do the delivery, followed by a Rich's person to come up and hook it up. We scheduled the delivery for Friday. The Wednesday BEFORE the delivery the Rich's person came to do the install. He said no problem, the delivery people would do the install. Seriously? A gas grill? Friday rolls around and the grill was delivered. The delivery people didn't know how to turn the grill on to verify it was working. It wouldn't turn on. They then closed the grill lid and turned on the gas and continued to try and turn the grill on. This is dangerous. I stopped that action immediately. It took Rich's a couple of weeks to get another service person over to check the grill and verify it was installed correctly to our gas line, and make sure it was working correctly. BTW - it took 2 emails and a call to the salesperson to get the service department to respond to do the scheduling. They don't answer the phone or return calls anymore. All done with email. Sales - 5 stars. Service scheduler - 1 star. PS Great grill.

Michelle was invaluable and could give honest comparisons between different models and brands. The combination of cast stainless grills, sear temperature infrared side burner, rotisserie and smoker versatility, and convenient drip trays convinced me. They shipped me a pre-installed unit with a natural gas fitting within one week, and the local carrier could haul away the old grill for a small additional fee. I had two minor issues upon delivery, the cabinet was missing two side screws and the natural gas coupler did not fit our NG outdoor fitting. Michelle took care of everything and quickly arranged for one of their installers to return a few days later to install the correct cabinet screws and also able to install a reducer on our NG outlet to fit the NG coupler. The grill exceeds expectations, and I appreciate Michelle's personal attention and professional service. I highly recommend Rich's for the Home for any outdoor grill needs.

They have a nice showroom, and the salesperson was attentive and helped me decide on a great solution. This year, the part that lifts the chair stopped working. I brought the chair in on March 29, 2024, and they said they'd start the replacement process. A month later, there was no progress. I had to repeatedly call them to get any action. Finally, they had the vendor ship a new chair. However, FedEx said they only received the order on April 26, 2024, over a month after I had dropped off the chair. This means that without my constant follow-ups, the order might never have been started. Now, it's May 20, 2024, almost another month has passed since FedEx received the order, and the tracking status hasn't progressed past "We have your package." This isn't how deliveries are supposed to work. The company tells me the problem might be due to the vendor being unreliable. So here I am, nearly three months after dropping off my chair for a replacement, still chairless. Last month, I had to go to the store to demand my broken chair back just to have something to sit on. I feel bad pestering the same front-desk employee on the phone. He's been very nice and polite through this process, and I know it's not his fault at all. I expected better service for such a high-priced item with a lifetime warranty. I hope this review will prompt Ducky's Furniture to improve their customer service and expedite my replacement chair.
