I am writing this review because North Sound recently moved our entire office to another building. I can't say enough about how awesome their crew worked together (8 guys). Their entire team was fantastic! They moved us for 12 hours straight and everyone stayed on task and moved every piece with great care, no damage at all. They are real professionals. They made our move - an incredibly perfect move! We highly recommend NSI...they deserve 5-stars! Ceton Corporation, Kirkland WA

Was asked to "show myself around" and call back when the business development person was in. Called back - to get quotes and ask for additional samples on seating. Was transferred to Lisa Arthofer who refused to discuss anything with me because they don't do "home office". I asked her if she knew what a "home office" was, and just got the response... "go online and order something." Sounds like she isn't the sharpest pencil in pack. We are a "home office" as in an Investment Management shop. Unbelievably rude. When I asked to speak with someone else she retorted "I'm the Vice President of Business Development for the whole company." Wow. Not what I asked, but thanks for the information. Stick with someone who doesn't have their head up their @$$ like Global, BMI, Ducky's or really ANYONE else. Thanks OpenSquare. Best of luck to you.

This is a review of the OpenSquare's customer service center. I have no experience with their sales…read moreoffice, but I will definitely be going there for future purchases after my experience with their customer service. The short of it: excellent customer service. The long of it: I had a Steel Case office chair that I had purchased years ago from another vendor which broke due to a material defect. It is still under warranty so I contacted the vendor who drug out the process for about as long as I could stand it. When they finally agreed to ship the parts required to repair it, they did so without any instructions whatsoever. I tried everything I could think of to make the repairs--website, Google searches--including contacting Steel Case directly (don't waste your time they won't talk to you). Finally, as a last resort I decided to see if any one else carried Steel Case and if they had a service center which is how I found OpenSquare. When I called I was connected with a service center employee named Tom. He was great. He gave me the instructions to fix my chair. Unfortunately I was unable to get it to work so I called back and he offered to fix it for me if I brought the chair to their center. Five minutes after bringing it in, it was fixed. Tom was as nice and helpful in person as he had been over the phone. And there was no charge for his help. I can't say enough how much this impressed me. OpenSquare will be the first place I look from now on. Thanks Tom.

I recently ordered a ChromaLuxe metal print with aluminum Dibond backing from Bumblejax Print Lab in Seattle, and the result is outstanding. The image was a complex mountain landscape with deep shadows, bright highlights, and subtle color transitions. Bumblejax reproduced the file beautifully--the tonal transitions, detail, and color accuracy match my calibrated display remarkably well. The print arrived in extremely sturdy packaging, and the overall craftsmanship is truly gallery quality. If you are looking for fine art metal prints or ChromaLuxe metal prints, Bumblejax is an excellent choice. I will definitely be ordering from Bumblejax again and would gladly recommend them to other photographers and artists.

I wanted to send them a guide print to serve as a reference but they would not let me do it and no proofing available. It was a large Giclee so I was a little concerned as I have not ever worked with a lab that refused both guide print and proof. It was a reproduction of my wife's oil painting so color matching is important to us. Communication was over the phone and email so I might have gotten better service in person. A bit defensive when answering questions. Maybe it was me? or they are just too busy because they do good work at reasonable prices.

I have set the memory to go to my max and min range, and can also set the heigh manually. It was between this company and a competitor for the special height range. All other standing desks I found did not have the height range I needed (they're much cheaper unfortunately). I'm super happy with my decision to go with SitLess - it feels like this desk will last me a lifetime. I guess the only con is that the desk came with 2 large grommet holes that are 2 useless holes of space on the desk. And also I should have gotten a bigger desk because my mess has spread.
