The desk was delivered promptly to my doorstep, is well made, and desk moves up and down well. It's held up well. I have a bunch of stuff on my desk 27 inch monitor, macbook, 2 arm clamps, clamp on light etc etc and the motor handles it without issue. I was confused about programming the memory functions and emailed them. They responded quickly with better instructions and it works as expected now. I have set the memory to go to my max and min range, and can also set the heigh manually. It was between this company and a competitor for the special height range. All other standing desks I found did not have the height range I needed (they're much cheaper unfortunately). I'm super happy with my decision to go with SitLess - it feels like this desk will last me a lifetime. I guess the only con is that the desk came with 2 large grommet holes that are 2 useless holes of space on the desk. And also I should have gotten a bigger desk because my mess has spread.
