Every time I come to this place to get anything done both the owners are so impatient with me. I come to get a lot of my work done here. A lot!! Their customer service to me is pathetic. Any question I have to ask and its a fiery answer back. I hate to pull the race card, I never do but every time a white person walks in it's all smiles and warm welcomes. The owners are Korean. This PostNet location is my go to when needing to return packages via Fedex, UPS, and USPS. The owners have always been friendly and I've NEVER had a problem tracking my packages after dropping them off even though this location cannot scan prepaid labels. read more

Wow. There is the rudest woman worker (owner?) there. I was waiting in line, which was taking forever. I used a small piece of tape that was clearly for customer's use while I waited to try and keep my UPS package secure. She stopped what she was doing and screamed across the store "Don't use that tape!" I was shocked. She then yelled it again as though I was deaf. I finally yelled back "I HEARD you!" So, I stood there in embarrassment, still awaiting my turn. I finally got to the counter and asked for a receipt. The woman snottily said "we don't do UPS receipts". WHATEVER. Just go to UPS, don't bother stopping here even if it SEEMS convenient. Because it's not and she is horrible. Not quite sure how they remain in business. Yikes. read more

Went in with packages sealed, labels ready to be taped on. I asked if they could tape them and the man said "For $1 each I'll tape them on. ARE YOU KIDDING?! I said "I'll go to the Snohomish one, they never charge for that...I guess that's why they have better reviews than you." He just laughed rudely and said "Oh, ok!" Save yourself the trouble and go to the Snohomish location. They're the nicest and so helpful. read more

Brian and Kim are always very helpful and friendly. Kim even fills out the paperwork for me so I don't have to. If you want to pay the cheapest price possible and be treated like a huge nuisance and have someone be super rude to you then just go to the post office and then be angry the rest of the day because it's a horrible experience. Otherwise, go to PostNet but expect to pay a markup for the SERVICE you are receiving and the help you're getting with everything. (I've never had them charge me for tape before, seems like that review was a little exaggerated - however at the post office I do know they make you buy an entire roll of tape) Then leave in a good mood because you avoided the horrible Mill Creek post office, aka the place where all the employees seem to be super miserable. read more

This 'business' is dishonest and deceptive with its business practices. I dropped boxes to be sent with USPS and they were never given to USPS. I have yet to find the boxes through the tracking numbers given to me by the male owner. When I returned to find out where the boxes were, I could barely get the woman who co-owns the place to even look for the tracking numbers or date or any information that would be useful. I had mentioned to the man that the box contained several thousand dollars worth of dresses, so he knew what they were. I haven't seen them since. The next thing she did was claim they don't accept packages for delivery (since when?) and she could no longer speak English. I will never use this business again. There is a good postal annex across the street in the Fred Meyer parking lot that has good reviews and does good business, I have used them several times since, although with important items I use the USPS on Avenue D in Snohomish. read more

I came in for 1 color copy. Yes, I know, big sale. But I make copies for business now and then and thought I'd give this place a try instead of Staples. I did not want to stumble around on the machine, so I asked for the gal to make 1 color copy for me. 3 minutes later I was charged almost $2! The price on the wall was like $.60 per color copy! I brought the advertised price to the attention of the gal and she said "but I help you". Labor costs were not on display, so I could not argue. I should have walked out. It was only $2, but that is over a 100% mark up. They make up prices as they go at this place, deceitful, dishonest, and not above board. AVOID! read more
