Not sure why you hired the guy with the long hair, but his behavior was extremely disrespectful. I came in with my dad and uncle, who do not speak English well, and he kept speaking to them in a very rude tone. He repeatedly told them to move because people might get confused about who was in line, even though they clearly did not understand what he was saying. After I explained the situation to another employee and asked why he was talking to my dad that way, I was told he didn't mean anything by it. However, he never apologized or acknowledged his behavior. Instead, he continued sitting on his phone. I went into the UPS store to deliver a vaporizer to a relative in New York did not have a box requested a delivering package I was told that I could not send this vaporizer and refused to take care of me. If I could give 0 stars, I would! Whether you bring a box or not they will charge you, because they want you to buy their own specific box! They gave me crap before about this when I didn't bring a box, even though I was told I didn't need to bring one from Amazon. This time I returned medical equipment in the original box it was sent in so they would have a box, and they charged money to put the box in an entire new box, with new packing equipment and crap even though all the equipment was already padded and packed correctly to be sent. AND they charged an extra two bucks for a service fee! Total $12.66 when the medical equipment company give me a label so I wouldn't have to pay anything!! I have nothing but good words for this UPS store. Been here multiple times. To send packages, to get the notary, pick up some shipping materials - they've always been great! Most of the time, I dropped packages here. I used to visit the Mill Creek location, but ever since they started the renovations, I started coming here. Staffs are always nice to me. Very friendly and quick service. Availed the notary service once from here as well. Real shame that I forgot his name. But he was very friendly, super helpful and patient when I notarized N number documents. lol Great value for money! read more

Went to return Amazon stuff and received horrible customer service and the counter person walked away from our transaction to help someone who was already being helped. When I asked the other employee for a manager, the person assisting me became professional at the end of the transaction I asked for his manager and he said he was the manager. I asked whom I could talk to about his professionalism and he said leave a comment so here we are. Honestly not the first bad experience with this person. read more

It's 100% genuine when I say I've never had such a terrible customer service interaction before this. Here it is the next day and I'm still fixated on why such a simple transaction went so awfully. An older guy attempted to assist me in shipping a package 25 minutes away. Immediately he was standoffish and annoyed. It was weirdly tense, our interaction had the other employees glancing over like they were hostage to this dude. The second-hand embarrassment was felt when he kept asking me the same question repeatedly and he wouldn't listen to my response. The most bizarre thing was when he suggested I should just drive the package to the destination myself. (lmao wut??) Is that dude okay? Please believe me it was so awkward, I had to give up and dip out of there. Other locations are much nicer, friendly, and have the materials to help you prepare your package. I doubt I did anything to provoke the situation, because I took my transaction to Redmond and everything went smoothly. UPS Stores in general would be out of business without all the Amazon returns. Went to return shoes in a box, and they literally told me to put the box in another box. I asked if they could seal it or wrap it in plastic, and both nope, the guy just wanted to sell me another box. Avoid this location, the service sucks or is inconsistent at best. read more

This is my go to in the neighborhood for amazon etc returns ! The guys there are all super friendly and helpful and always patient with my (many!!) returns ! the line gets long sometimes but they get through it fast. They also offer notary and other services. read more

Employee was very unkind, but the other customers were pleasant! Just so you know if you are taking Amazon returns here, customer packaged means "fully packed" ie the end of the box cannot be open or they will refuse to take it. I said that I won't be coming back to that location with that level of customer service and he was ok with that! I heard they don't want business. Heaven forbid they need to use a little tape or help with a box that I would of gladly paid for! I just would have had to go back to my car real quick for my card but didn't even offer after he was upset when I asked if he could tape my 2 boxes together because Amazon only gave me 1 code for something that came in 2 boxes. I don't typically write reviews, but I just went to the Kirkland location off 124th, and my negative experience there prompted me to leave a review for the Maltby/Bothell location. I have had nothing but great customer service here. If I have an Amazon return it's a quick in and out (usually don't need a receipt). For other things such as Notary Public or odd size shipping I've always been please with my experience. The staff are professional and let me know pricing and the return policy so I have the information to make my choice. I definitely recommend this location! read more

My wife orders lots of shoes from Zappos and since she has such narrow feet she ends up sending most of them back. Of course they use UPS and this is the closest location to where we live. They have been very friendly and super helpful here every time I go. They have even used their own tape to seal packages that I have sent out as well. Also, I've never experienced a line up. Just make sure you get there before 6:30pm as this is when they close. The only downside is that the parking is rather limited near this location. read more

I hate having to ship back my Amazon orders as the people at this UPS store 2020 Malty Rd. Bothell are so Rude. I'm so tired of being yelled at. God forbid I offer my extra empty box to someone that needed a box. Yelled at for offering box. Yelled at again and told Not to put Heavy boxes on empty counter right next to tiny are guy is working in.. Nobody using it the whole time we were there. So I can stand there and hold them. Then he puts them in his tiny space with rest of my items and then doesn't believe they are mine after he does my other returns. Who the heck do they think they are yelling at customers. This is the worst UPS store. Bad service. Grumpy employees. You can't "drop off" a package that you already have a label for and don't need a receipt for, without waiting in line. That's the whole reason I already have a label and everything done..so I don't have to wait in line. Every other postal office has an option for dropping off pre-paid packages. I do not recommend you go to the UPS store in Thrashers corner. There is a lady there who is arrogant and disrespectful. I went there today and wanted her to give me some packing peanuts. She said sure but will need to charge me $3.50 for it. I was shocked because I was sending a phone for repair and the box is extremely small. If at all it will cost about 20 cents for the material. I told her to charge me a fair amount looking at the box size. And she said she can charge me $2.50 for it. She also gave me an option - "Buy it yourself and come back with the box later". If I were the store manager, I would have fired her on the spot. People like her produce bad reputation for a store. I will never visit the Thrasher's corner UPS Store any more. This is the second time I have been there. The one in Mill Creek has way better people. At least they know how to talk with customers and not be a arrogant like this lady. With very polite and helpful staff, this store is well stocked and very efficient. I have never had to wait but the costs are a bit high for me. Of course, they are not subsidized by the US federal government, so maybe that's not fair for me to say. Their knowledgeable staff can pack almost anything, are always suggesting ways for me to save money, and have *never* lost anything I've mailed. As we run Etsy stores and sell on eBay, this is huge. My wife enters the dimensions for an item she is shipping to Florida. The UPS web site says $35. She takes it to the UPS Store and they quote her $38. Is there a $3.00 surcharge for going to the UPS Store. Why not just call UPS to come and pick it up? These UPS Stores are poorly managed and they don't seem to care if anyone ever uses their services again. They're almost as bad as the USPS! read more

The UPS Store on Maltby Road is great. The owner Sam is super nice and helpful. Some of the other employees are a little less efficient than Sam, but I haven't had any real problems. I have a mailbox here and have used them for copy projects as well. They have been great to work with. I don't have anything bad to say. Well, the parking lot sucks but that isn't their fault. Starbucks traffic messes up the program! But it is nice having the Starbucks right there also! read more

I have been told for some time how bad this store was, but I tend to take what people say with a grain of salt. Out of all the UPS Store this one has to be the worst I have ever been to. Watching a young kid behind the counter confused on how to do his job is nothing new, even see him take a phone call in front of a line of people making everyone wait while he talks to his friends is not new to me. Sadly. What was surprising is when he grabbed my open box (I still need to put in a card in), have him ignore when I said "wait!" tape it up with 6 inches of tape is rude. I had my own tape. When he told me he was charging me for the 6 inches of tape; that was a little much. What was over the top is when he asked me for mailing information (which I gave him), watching him read yet again from the same sheet of paper he then ask me for ID, (which I gave him), then ask me for more ID, and kept asking for ID until I finally did not have what he asked for. I had to say I only have a US Passport as I am not a citizen of another country. He then told me he could not mail the Package even though it was only going to my granddaughters place in Spokane, and he saw the contents, a doll.
