Pulled up at 9:20ish on Saturday the hours of business state 9am-3pm on Saturdays. The open sign was on but the door was locked, figured I would wait since maybe the person working needed to use the bathroom or run to the store for a minute. Finally around 10:15 a guy pulls up. Just when I get ready to get out of my car he walks over to the mini mart gets an energy drink and a pack of smokes. He open the cigarettes and throws the trash right on the sidewalk. So I wait until he's done with his smoke and finally head inside to mail my package to Canada. Well guess what? Yeah they don't mail anything to Canada or international apparently, even though it's listed as something they're experts in. The inside looked like a super dirty pawnshop also. Trash and crappy electronics tore apart everywhere. I just got the feeling something is off about this place and the guy working there. Shippers beware read more

On Monday when I arrived at 4:30, there was a note on the door saying sorry for the inconvenience. On Tuesday, I called ahead. They said they would be open until 4:45. They weren't. read more

Boo! Terrible. Not open when they said they were, right. on. the. door! And on their vm.

I thought I would give this local business my business. Every time I go in, I'm greeted with apathy and annoyance. My husband told me to give them another try. I walked in and the customer ahead of me was trying to get a package to someone in a hurry. She asked the wavy, brown-haired guy, "is there any way to get it there faster?" He said, "I already told you, no." Then he looked at me and asked if I was dropping my boxes off and I said, "No, I need to pay for postage." He looked at my boxes and then at me like I was trash. When the woman left, he said, "So these are all going to 2 people?" and I said, "No, each is going to a different person." Then he said, "You said 2 people." I said, "No, I didn't." He said, "yes, you did." Like it even mattered what he thought I said. Instead of letting these employees get away with crappy customer service, I said, "forget it, I'll go somewhere else." and he said, "Good." I had to make 2 trips due to the quantity of boxes and when I came back in, I said, "I don't know what's going on here." He says, "I was willing to help you out." and I said, "obviously not." and walked out. If you want to feel like an imposition and bother to someone, visit this business. I agree with the reviewer regrading the "lengthy" person with a European accent. This place is unfriendly and I've been there a few times already over the past couple of years and it is the same environment each time. It has the appearance that they don't really care and things are messy. You'll be lucky to get a "thank you" from them. The one with the accent appears to be one of the unhappiest individuals that runs a business that I've seen. This guy makes snarky remarks as you're interacting with the other semi-unpleasant guy like you've done something wrong. I thought that a place like this was supposed to be customer service oriented. I usually don't write reviews, but each time I go there, I feel an environment of near hostility like I am bothering them or inconveniencing them. If you have the time to go somewhere else, do it. I consider myself thick-skinned and usually let it "roll off me," but these unhappy clowns, especially the one with the accent, need to take some classes on customer service. I won't be back and will not recommend you to anyone I know. You're a neighborhood business, so why don't you start acting like one. Did I mention that they're on the expensive side? Then I asked about a service and he gave me a weird look and asked me what I was shipping (cause I was asking about insurance).
