Customer service extremely lacking, requested a proof and when I saw ink missing and pointed it out they refused to offer a solution. Sadly when the proof comes back lacking in quality control that's the sign this is not the right place; especially when they don't want to correct it. When I went back for the one thing I had to print there was again met with a very argumentative person. I try to not bring up conflict but this guy wants to fight. I'm sorry to say that these people are very rude, and they act like they're doing you a favor when you come in to ask about pricing. The prices for basic printing are also very high. I went in and started to ask the guy at the counter about the cost of 1-sided copies and the response was rude and dismissive. Honestly, it's like the person at the counter felt like I was wasting his time by just asking how much something cost. I'm never going back, NEVER. Since then I've gotten far better service and pricing at FedEx and Kinkos. My suggestion is to just avoid them and go elsewhere. read more

When we first bought Pizza Works, we need some business cards reprinted. Jet City Printing had done all the printing for the former owner. I did some shopping around and went in. I asked for an estimate and the person who took my order gave me a firm price. When I picked up the order, the owner took the order sheet with the quoted pricing, told me how much it was, then added 10 bucks. I asked her to double check the price and she said "There's noting wrong with it" I haven't been back since. read more

I have been using Jet CIty printing for 2 decades, and am completely satisfied with their service, especially their quality of print colors and print textures. Chris is a master artist at print matters, who doesn't rush but works on a project until both you and he are satisfied with the final product. I have used their design and print services for business cards, rack cards, stationary, note pads - even gold foil labels for a backyard business. I haven't compared prices with other shops, because i wouldn't be able to compare the value of personal service and concern of Chris and Lisa. read more

Jet City Printing is a mom and pop print shop that has decent people working the printers but the service at the front desk has been poor. Prices on business cards are also more than expected. Their turn around time is, however, reasonable and the quality is decent. I would not say Jet City Printing is terrible by any means and I would take them over Fedex-Kinko's any day. I have, however, been to better print shops in the Seattle area. Good service makes the difference! read more

The company I worked for needed brochures and business cards pronto for a promotional event. We talked to the Jerry and Chris, who worked with us to make sure we had enough items on time, and they didn't even charge us for a rush order (which we would have paid). Since we were worried about not having enough time to see a proof before the final print, Chris invited us into the back and printed copies of our product on all different paper choices to we could get a feel for what we wanted. Beyond that, when I couldn't get to Jet City on time to pick up our products, the owner stayed beyond closing to make sure I had what I needed. Jet City printing had fantastic customer service, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Oh, and our brochures and business cards look incredible. We'll be using Jet City for all our printing needs. read more

Have been using this shop for about a year now for folders and presentation binders. Nice to work with, responsive when we want to tweak designs or create new ones, and great turnaround time. We had a misspelling of our web address on some of our folders (I missed it in the proof they sent over, and it's an odd spelling) and Chris was great, he sent us stickers to cover the issue free of charge on that batch and promptly corrected the error on the next one. I needed some help with business cards and brochures. I worked primarily with Chris, and he was fantastic: courteous, responsive, collaborative. He took a rough idea and designed a brochure better than anything I could have done on my own. He was willing to accomodate my schedule by meeting me after shop hours, and also worked over the weekend. He charged only an hour of design service. I love this place!!! I am an amateur photographer and was asked to do portraits for my daughter school. Once the work was completed, I had an idea of what I wanted to be the final print for the class. He (the person who has worked there for many, many years and learned on the job) did such an amazing job and was hands down the easiest person to work with during this very stressful time for me. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them as long as I live in the Seattle area. Heck, even if I move away, I probably will continue to do business with this company. They were also very quick and it was a perfect and timely turn around to get all the portraits out before the holidays. read more
