With delayed shipping, I only had a few days to get it finished. But thanks to Maryna and Vlad at PC, they worked to get all 52 jackets embroidered (I'm pretty sure they worked through Thanksgiving) so that I can have all of them on my flight early Monday morning. Despite the rush, they did an excellent job. In fact, I can tell they care about detail because the sewer wasn't happy about how one of the jackets turned out (but because I provided my own, couldn't be helped). There's no visible business sign from the street, other than a residential home for the address publicly provided. Eric called me again about a week after to see if I was ready and told him I'd get back to him once the design is complete. In the meantime, I gave him an idea of the design and the number of shirts I'm looking to order. I got no response, via text, in the two texts sent. I called many times, leaving v-msgs and no call back. I called around June 19th, alerting him I'm ready and still didn't get a call back. I just placed an order with another company for about $2K worth of merchandise. They might be good once they "accept" you but trying to get a hold of them has been difficult beyond reason. I really wanted to give a local business a chance but clearly they didn't want my business. I'm hoping there was more going on than the silent treatment I got.

It's a little too late. I didn't want to argue with the guy becuz he is stoic and seemed like I was a nuisance to him. I decide not to even ask about the fourth trophy because he was making me feel uncomfortable. I just rushed out the store after paying the bill. He then response back to me demanding that I change this rating. The rating of my satisfaction on the experience I had with the products and services he provided. Not what anyone would expect out of a 5 star service.

When I asked about "smart returns," the staff member was unfamiliar with the process and couldn't provide clear information, even though many retailers use FedEx for 'smart returns'. The interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive, with more focus on process than customer support. My overall, the experience was frustrating and not aligned with basic customer service expectations.

Paid $227 for "FedEx 2 day Express." It was "guaranteed" to be delivered in 2 days, then it was…read moredelivered 5 days later. I tried to file a claim for a price adjustment online, it failed multiple times, then put me through a series of dead ends and restarts. I tried the chat feature, which was the least informed AI chat I have ever used, and got nowhere. I asked for "Operator," and it gave me a phone number. So I called 800GOFEDEX, 800-463-3339, spoke with a very impatient man who did not give his name, and told me to file a claim online. I explained I tried to file an online claim for the past hour, and asked him to walk me through it. He gave me 3 steps then hung up on me. I'll never use FedEx for "Express" again. If you do, expect it to be late, and you probably should select FedEx "Ground" to get it there in about the same amout of time for less money.

I can't say enough good things about Banksii! I had been trying to repair my husband's France soccer jersey after the two championship stars had peeled off. I visited several custom T-shirt and printing businesses in the Bellevue area, but every one of them turned me away because the jersey wasn't their product and they didn't want to risk working on it. Then I stopped by Banksii, and the experience was completely different. From the moment I walked in, they genuinely wanted to help. They first spent time trying to reattach my original stars, and when it became clear they couldn't be salvaged, they didn't give up. Instead, they offered to recreate the stars from scratch, helped me find a material and color that matched the originals as closely as possible, carefully cut new stars, and professionally applied them to the jersey. The biggest surprise? They refused to charge me anything. In a world where customer service often feels transactional, this was the exact opposite. They invested their time, expertise, and materials simply because they wanted to help someone solve a problem. They had absolutely no obligation to do any of this, yet they treated my jersey as if it mattered to them too. Their kindness, generosity, and commitment to helping a customer have absolutely earned my future business. I'll be looking for opportunities to use them for custom apparel, team gear, and corporate printing, and I'll be recommending them to anyone looking for a company that truly stands behind outstanding customer service. In Short: I will very highly recommend this shop to others in need of costume printed material. Their customer service was great and the product I received in the end was great quality and under budget. The Longer Story: I had a very good idea of what I wanted but given other price estimates that I had gotten from other shops and the timeframe (2 business days) that I needed it turned around in... I started with an expectation that I would need to make compromises on material or amount I wanted printed or the quality of the print... But once I got started talking to them they quickly reassured me that nothing I wanted was a problem and even helped me pick suitable materials and types of print that were best for what I wanted despite it not being the most expensive thing they could have tried to sell me on. I was able to get just the single hat and shirt exactly as I wanted... but even better! Not only was it then under my budget mark but the print was higher quality than I even expected and I could tell they very carefully resized the picture that I had given them because despite the small size I gave them it was perfectly fitted to the shirt and not blurry at all. It really let me keep the office celebration fun, light-hearted and lasting in both minds and the teammate that now wears the items proudly. read more

Custom Wear Hub was amazing! I'm an officer for a club at school and we had to order club shirts. They were quick to respond with a quote and some mock-ups, they really listened to my requests with the shirts and were incredibly accommodating with even the most minor adjustments. We also had to work together to figure out the process to get them to become certified vendors at my school and they were quick to get in contact with the right people and made the whole process so simple. You wouldn't believe this but I approached these guys with a request for a very small order of shirts the same day for an emergency I had, and they took care of us in about 5 hours!!!!!!! Wasn't a lot of money, he could've ignored my quote request, but they responded in 15 minutes and got to work. True customer service to make the customer happy. I called local companies and each one said they either would not be able to finish it in time or could not print on that material.
