There's no visible business sign from the street, other than a residential home for the address publicly provided. Eric called me again about a week after to see if I was ready and told him I'd get back to him once the design is complete. In the meantime, I gave him an idea of the design and the number of shirts I'm looking to order. I got no response, via text, in the two texts sent. I called many times, leaving v-msgs and no call back. I called around June 19th, alerting him I'm ready and still didn't get a call back. I just placed an order with another company for about $2K worth of merchandise. They might be good once they "accept" you but trying to get a hold of them has been difficult beyond reason. I really wanted to give a local business a chance but clearly they didn't want my business. I'm hoping there was more going on than the silent treatment I got.

I went to Custom Creations before Christmas (aka at a crazy time), because I wanted to print some…read morecustom T-shirts for gifting. I needed them in 2-3 days. TL;DR I had a very tight timeline, and they delivered. They printed the T-shirts by the next day. I had 2 PDFs of the T-shirt graphics that I made in Canva. I emailed the files that morning, but being a busy holiday time, they hadn't seen my email. Luckily I was able to re-send them the files from my phone (I recommend that you just bring the file to the store or tell them in person you're sending it). The graphic files needed to be tweaked for print, but Abe is very fast. He worked on the file right then and there at the store counter. (If you're particular about fonts etc like me, you may want to work with them while they do that to make sure you're getting what you want.) They actually tried to print them the same day, so I came back a couple of hours later. (I think if it's a design they already have/simple design, they can print it within 1 hour, given they don't have other jobs lined up.) A font color on one of the T-shirts was a wrong color, and the other design had a spot where the line was disconnected, so they had to be reprinted. So I pickled them up the next day, but even then, that was a fast turnaround. The only caveat is that the base T-shirt colors/types may be limited. When I went, the only choices were white, black, gray or red in 100% cotton. (I'm not sure if they have more choices if I hadn't gone at such a busy time.) Also, unless you specify the size of the design, they may print the design really big to take up the front of the shirt. I had a more understated design in mind, but when I came to pick up my order the rectangular graphic took up the maximum space on the front. So if you have a vision about where you want the design to go, you might want to communicate that. I didn't know what I was doing, so I didn't press what I wanted--that's on me. All in all, I was impressed they could deliver in such a short amount of time. If I were to do it again, I'd try to go there at a less crowded time.

A little over a week ago, my cat decided to water test my laptop. Long story short, a glass of water spilled into (!) my laptop. The laptop sat immersed in this pool of water for nearly 20 hours. Everything was complete toast. Although most of my files are in the cloud, especially the most important ones, I decided there might be the occasional file or folder that I might not notice tomorrow or even a year from now. I decided it would be best to retrieve the contents of the drive on the laptop for peace of mind. I left the laptop with them to do an assessment first. That assessment was ~$80. After their assessment, they indicated that the contents of the drive were retrievable and gave me an estimate of $400 to retrieve the contents of the drive (the $80 would apply to that figure). I decided it was worth the cost, if for nothing more than that elusive peace of mind. I also needed a drive to put the contents on (or provide my own). Since I didn't have one, and didn't want to bother with purchasing a 3rd party drive, they charged me $140 for a Toshiba Portable Storage device. So, for about $600 (w/ tax) I got everything off the lost drive. Was it worth it? Without a doubt. Would I go back? Hell yeah.

I've lived all around the country and used labs all around the country, MoonPhoto is by far the most expensive lab I've used. $50 Toal per roll for developing, scans, and prints is pushing double what plenty of others charge. Not only that, when I dropped off my film, the cashier confirmed with me, not once, but twice, that I was getting scans, and prints, and that was over $117. Then to my shock when I was told my order was ready, I didn't see any scans, and upon asking I was told I still needed to purchase scans. This is even after explaining that I was told I was getting scans. That was an additional $80+, so I ended up paying $200 for 4 rolls. I won't be returning. Not even close to worth the cost, for how long it takes and how expensive it is.

I was hoping he would be able to give me an exact quote for what I was looking for, but he didn't seem like he really cared to do that. My whole experience felt rushed like he didn't want to take the time to get my business. Regardless, from what it sounded like it would be been more than $1/card with no room for savings no matter how many more I got printed.

The owner at Snap, Mr Siddiqui will create a story to make the customer look like the bad guy anytime there is a problem with work he has performed, not meeting the expectations of the client. He has a bad attitude, his artist Lamont aka Da Vinci doesn't show up on time and uses the excuse that he was painting houses Da Vinci does not clean his airbrush which causes it to splatter and not be precise in the design which he is airbrushing. Mr siddiqui hides behind his sales receipt/work order/contract by not having the artist draw what you actually want. He claims that this is doing the work twice. If he were to actually draw what you wanted or Da Vinci's interpetation of what you wanted you would know what to expect. I would like to add that I am documented with multiple disabilities. Sleep apnea being one of them. Mr Siddiqui knew this from day 1 and in my BBB complaint accused me of being on heroin. I must say this I will take a urine test at any time. Will the employee at Snap custom clothing do the same? Will the owner of Snap custom clothing take a urine test? I will not call Mr Siddiqui names as he has with me. I co-own a small game store in Normandy Park, WA. We are fully self-funded (no loans, no franchise support) so we have to mind our promotional spending very closely. We tried to do this by printing our own shirts with mediocre results. The screens were expensive, the process was fun, but tedious after a while, and the whole thing was just something we didn't want to repeat. When we came up with our second design, we decided to go with a local printer. We looked at a large number of local shops. Generally, the price was prohibitive. We'd have to pay screen fees, setting fees, and filing fees if we wanted to keep the design around. Because we weren't ordering a large run, this meant our shirts would average out to 20 dollars apiece. That was beyond our ability. I happened upon Snap! when my girlfriend was shopping for a dress at Westlake. I wandered in and asked the guy at the counter - Ibad, who is amazingly helpful I must add - if they did small custom runs. He said yes and we started talking about price. He was able to get me into a custom single-ink print for about 8 dollars a shirt and was able to keep the run small. No screen fees, no filing, just great shirts for a great price. I am a graphic designer and had everything already formatted, so that helped keep the price down - your mileage may vary. But for my money, Snap! is the best game in town when it comes to custom prints. read more

I was looking for a custom T-shirt printing shop that did not need a bulk order. I went here first because of all the good reviews I had read on google and Yelp about the quality of the results people were getting. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I showed the gentleman working the picture I had of what I needed on my phone and asked if he could do it. He said it was no problem and would only take 10 minutes to have completed and ready! The results were true to the reviews! Great quality in the finished product and the print is on straight and exactly the size I wanted! I received great service and was really impressed by everything. I will definitely come here again! I wish I could remember the employees name because he gave great representation. STOP! Don't consider order ordering custom shirts from this company!!! You'll regret it!!!! I spent over $700 for their direct to garment shirts and they look like I bought them from Goodwill. They don't look new but look as if they are 5 years old!! They're horrible! Not only that...they sent me the wrong sizes than what I ordered. I'm still waiting over 3 weeks for them to send me the correct sizes. They have yet to apologize for their mistake and refuse to give me a refund. I stumbled across Ibad at SNAP and have been impressed every time! He is friendly, fast, and helpful. I have had shirts made three times now for different events, and the turnaround and price is great everytime!! He does a rush, shirts look great, and he cares!! Prices are incredibly reasonable, and if he is busy, you just follow-up and bug him. He always makes time and goes beyond to get the project done. I was sad to know his airbrush artist is no longer working for the store, I have gotten a few shirts airbrushed shirts and shorts. all of them were wonderful, the artist helped me to pick my colors and when i took all of them on vacation I was constantly asked where they could be bought. I have gone to uniforms made for a business, i think they use Vinyl? They all came out great and really clean. I recommend it to everyone. read more

Contacted Ibad on Friday for T-shirts we needed Sunday. The excellent service included helping with ideas of how to keep costs to a minimum. He quickly was able to download a special font and re-create our design. He was patient and helpful during our naming process for individual member's names. My screen design kept peeling off multiple times, which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After he messed up the first screen, I took my second screen to him, and we discussed that if this happened again, I would be entitled to a refund for both screens. However, when I reached out to Dan about the peeling issue, instead of taking responsibility for his work, he blamed me for the problems, claiming it was my fault for not handling the screens properly. I tried to explain, in a respectful manner, that the issues stemmed from the lack of care and quality in his work on my screens, but he flat-out refused to consider a refund or any kind of solution. As a business owner myself, I understand how crucial it is to prioritize customer satisfaction and take responsibility for your work. It's part of building trust and maintaining a good reputation. In the end, after I pushed back on his claims, he blocked me from communicating further, which was incredibly disappointing and made me feel dismissed as a customer. I'd like those refunds, thanks. Coming from a young 23-year-old who tries to see the positive in everything, trust me when I say to GO TO ANYBODY ELSE BUT DAN CUNNEEN (ORANJ Printing) for screen printing or any other works. You deserve better service. This was Dan reply to my review: "Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I stand behind the work I provided. The screens were properly coated, exposed, and delivered in good condition, using the same materials and methods I use for all my clients - without issue. I've never once had another customer complain about this process. As a rule, screen printers do not guarantee screens once they leave the shop, because handling, ink type, and cleaning methods - all outside of my control - directly impact screen life. You picked up your first screen almost six weeks before raising a concern, and requested two more screens in the meantime, which clearly indicated the first was satisfactory at the time. When you later demanded a refund (after likely ruining the The screen yourself after letting water-based ink dry on the screen), I declined respectfully and stood by my work. I will not apologize for maintaining professional standards. I wish you well in finding a shop that better suits your expectations." That right there is exactly why I'm writing this review, and if you read it carefully, you'll understand where I'm coming from. I really tried to approach Dan respectfully, but it felt like he just deflected all responsibility onto me. As a business owner myself, I know how crucial it is to prioritize customer satisfaction and take responsibility for your work. It's all about building trust, right? When I reached out about the peeling screens, I thought we could work something out, especially since we had discussed a refund if things went wrong again. I would've been totally okay with an understanding, an apology, and most importantly, a recommendation from him to take the screens back and fix his mistakes. But instead, he just blocked me and dismissed my concerns. It felt like I was just another number to him, and that's not how you should treat customers. I really hope others see this and choose a shop that values their work and their clients more.

I love the creative designs of their existing merchandise and have been totally satisfied with their ability to use our design and logos. I had a design I wanted to have direct-to-garment (DTG) printed on to a sweatshirt (DTG is usually…read moreless expensive than screen printing, especially if the design has more than one color), and I wanted to have it done locally in order to save time because I needed to have it as soon as possible--like within two or three days. I did a search for printing shops in the Seattle area that do DTG printing and don't have a minimum order quantity (I only wanted one sweatshirt printed), and then contacted the few that I found. A couple of them didn't even bother replying, and the ones that did said they were unable to do it in such a short time. Except for one: Pork Chop. They replied to my email within a couple hours and said they could squeeze me in and have it ready the next day! Not only that, but they also didn't even charge me extra for the rush turn-around time! In short, Pork Chop* is THE go-to place in the Seattle area if you have a small DTG order and need it done ASAP (they do large orders also, so definitely check them out regardless of how big your order is). * Their full name is Pork Chop Screen Printing, but I think they should change it to Pork Chop Screen & DTG Printing.

Thought there was a potential problem with a screen outline on the print but it was just a light screen imprint that disappeared. The response was just as fast regarding that (non) issue. He was very quick to respond to email and was very interested in having me approve the proof before moving forward with the printing. For my second printing job, I was most impressed on how he was able to change the color very last minute and gave me no grief about it. He is reasonably priced! He runs his business out of his garage, which can be hard to find but I am really happy I found him. Not only was I able to the things I needed printed but I also contributed to the local economy.

I was promised better pricing than another local company and that didn't happen. I was promised he was going to source locally and that didn't happen. My stickers were delayed by three weeks. Passed my grand opening. Tyler wouldn't respond with any questions I had or why there was a delay in the first place. He didn't even remember what type of company I had or what I even did. I do like the shirts that were made, but that was because of PB and J textiles. I've worked with them before and they're great. Just go straight to the source. This is a broker company they don't do the work themselves.
