I do like the shirts that were made, but that was because of PB and J textiles. I've worked with them before and they're great. Just go straight to the source. Despite the rush, they did an excellent job. In fact, I can tell they care about detail because the sewer wasn't happy about how one of the jackets turned out (but because I provided my own, couldn't be helped). I reached out to them with only 2 weeks until tip off this time (late on my part) and they were still able to help us provide 2 locations for teams and families to purchase gear, get staff shirts, and over 130 championship shirts on time. There was a slight mix up in the colors of the champ shirts that were delivered, however they were quick to come up with possible solutions for us, and worked overnight to resolve it and had new ones to us the next day in time for the first championship game! I had to call and email them several times just to get a reply, and then they just stopped replying all together. If they had initially simply said they're not interested in doing such a small order, fine, at least that way I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to get them just to respond. But when they let you know they don't want your business by just ignoring you, while at the same time claiming they've "got you covered" no matter how small your order is, well that's just irritating. So, my advice is, if you are looking for a local print shop to do a small order, don't bother wasting your time with Banksii. I recommend Pork Chop Printing in SODO. They were happy to print my shirt (even on very short notice) and were very responsive. Edit: The owner's response to my review is very inaccurate. It is true that I said I had decided to not go ahead with the order (which I decided mainly due to his lack of responsiveness to my emails/calls leading up to that point), but a couple days later I decided I would give them another chance. So I called and left them a voicemail but never received a reply. I then sent them an email, to which they also never replied. I then tried using the chat feature on their website and never received a reply to that either (it claims that they reply to chat messages within one hour). So his claim that "All email were answered" is total BS. As far as his claim that "All of our services on the website list minimum order quantities, except vinyl", while it is true that it says that on the individual pages linked under their "Services" page, the FRONT PAGE of their website says, again, "No minimum" and "From one T-shirt to 10,000, we've got you covered". So, like the owner's response to my review, their website is very misleading. So not only are they obviously not interested in your business if your order is small, but they apparently are dishonest, too.

Here's what we received: - 14 large 24"x 36" board signage - 650 conference booklets - 40 mugs - 40 custom handmade notebooks - 500 custom designed pens - 1000+ custom sticker decals - 600+ tshirts In addition to the actual printing, Easy Print House also delivered all the print collateral to the conference venue the day before so we could set up. This was so helpful and really made an already great experience, difficult for any other print company to top. We have already decided to use them again for future events.
