I have had one of the worst experiences with Seattle custom printing. I started a second business and needed merch. I received poor communication, practically no communication at all. I was promised better pricing than another local company and that didn't happen. I was promised he was going to source locally and that didn't happen. My stickers were delayed by three weeks. Passed my grand opening. Tyler wouldn't respond with any questions I had or why there was a delay in the first place. He didn't even remember what type of company I had or what I even did. I do like the shirts that were made, but that was because of PB and J textiles. I've worked with them before and they're great. Just go straight to the source. Tyler and his team are such life savers! The first time I reached out to them was in a panic because my boss was flying to Seattle to meet with some high profile clients and needed 100 t-shirts delivered in less than a week. After finding Seattle Custom Printing on Yelp I reached out to Tyler and asked if this was even possible. He assured me that it was and they would even make sure the t-shirts were delivered the morning of my boss's presentation. I was a little nervous since I usually request a sample from a printer before putting in a full order, but Tyler told me that he would make sure that the job looked great and he would use high-quality t-shirts. Well, Tyler's team came through with flying colors and when I asked my boss about the t-shirts (they were all snapped up so fast my boss didn't even get to grab one!) he said they looked great and people loved them. I've since used Seattle Custom Printing several times even for our jobs in San Francisco because they do such a good job and ship really quickly. We had been using TeeSpring for most of our t-shirt printing, but Seattle Custom Printing comes in at half the price and their customer service is so much better. read more

Our school program used Seattle Custom printing and will NOT be using them again. Specifically, we worked with Tyler and got limited communication about all of our orders. We ordered early November and students didn't receive their orders until February with NO update on the orders, no tracking information provided and no reassurance that the orders were actually coming. There were a few items that were apparently cancelled with no email sent out to tell students who ordered that what they ordered was actually not coming. The only good thing to come out of that was that they were refunded. Additionally, there were a few orders that never showed up. There was no help from the team at SCP - Tyler basically said there is nothing they can do, no refund, no apology. These orders were paid for and NEVER came. It was impossible to reach him by email (some students even emailed multiple times with no reply), we could only call and listen to the excuses that were made and the gaslighting about the order information he "claimed" to have sent. There was no tracking information sent out for these orders and no communication from Tyler about the status of the orders UNTIL after the fact. We are very very very disappointed with our service at SCP, please find another printing shop to do fundraisers with as SCP has terrible communication, no guarantee that you will get your items, and will not provide refunds for their mistakes. read more

this place is super friendly but doesn't keep to their word. i has dropped off my product and they told me they would have a mock up by the end of the week. it took 2 weeks after that to finally send me a mock up. my finish date was january 9th and it was almost february when my hoodies were finished. i'm glad i didn't need these don't for any special event or anything. also, i was previously just making my merch myself and it had a reflective print on the back. that was what made me hoodies desirable, it was my selling point. i confirmed with the front desk THREE TIMES that my product would have this effect. when i picked up my items, it was just a metallic finish. i said something to the guy and he just brushed me off and was like "yeah we can't do the reflective" i was pissed, because i had gone back and forth with the girl and she assured me i would have reflective print. to top it all off, i had one of my customers send me a picture that the ink transferred onto their yoga mat. i had send the picture to the manager and i NEVER got a reply. i will never do business with them again. not only did i wait 5 extra weeks for my stuff to be finished, the items were faulty. i now have 100 hoodies pretty much wasted. read more

These folks are exceptional at their job and I am forever indebted to them for the amazingly fast turn around time on a last minute request. I needed 2 shirts made in a ridiculous turn around time (aka same day) for my son and his best friend to wear for a surprise scavenger hunt. I reached out to the team on Friday morning (hunt was on Sunday) and was in contact with Brian within the hour. He was very kind and super helpful. He said it was no problem to make the shirts and he just needed the files. This whole endeavor began around 9ish in the morning and we were picking up shirts by 3 in the afternoon. This last piece of our 'puzzle' for the hunt was the icing on the cake of weeks of hard work. Brian was kind, thoughtful, courteous and super helpful throughout. I will send EVERYONE I know to these folks for their printing needs in the future. When tons of other places couldn't do it, these folks did. I'm beyond grateful and the finished product was exceptional. We even got two 17 year old boys to wear the darn things. LOL Somehow we didn't get a picture of the front of their shirt which is a photo image of the two of them. It turned out great. I reached out to this place because their reviews were excellent. Unfortunately my experience was not. I had one phone call in which I was told the t-shirts I wanted would be very expensive due to a specisl provess, but that regular screen printed shirts would be less expensive. No problem. Due to time constraints the conversation moved to email. I asked for a quote on regular screen printed shirts and was asked how many of the expensive shirts I'd need. I said only a few but more of the regular screen printed shirts. No reply. I reached out again asking for a quote and never received a reply. I ordered sweatshirts for my friend early December from an online printing shop, and they didn't arrive before Christmas (even though it was guaranteed delivery) so I was desperate and called December 23rd (after I got the news from the other place that my shirts wouldn't arrive) and needed some insanely last minute custom printed shirts. I called Seattle custom printing and I cannot even begin to say enough good things about this place. First, he accommodated me RIGHT before Christmas and said yes we can do that for you. Ordered me the sweatshirts, and said they'd be ready the next day on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, UPS didn't deliver the sweatshirts to them for printing, since it was a holiday they (UPS) messed up the order and there was nothing to be done. They called me to let me know, we're SO apologetic and offered me 3 free t-shirts with the same print that could be picked up in an hour. They went completely out of their way to make something work for me and it was SO unbelievably kind of them to be so accommodating and helpful for me SO last minute. I have nothing but good things to say about them, they were professional, speedy, kind, responsive, and never made me feel like an inconvenience. These guys are phenomenal. I was shopping around, and spoke to the owner at the Seattle location, whom I informed that I had gotten a very similar quote from another business for my project. He went out of his way to make his shop the better choice by providing a lightning fast turnaround time and customer service that blew me away. The Tacoma team processed my order because the Seattle team was backed up further out, and they did a great job, getting us the products faster than I ever expected.
