I have had one of the worst experiences with Seattle custom printing. I started a second business and needed merch. I received poor communication, practically no communication at all. I was promised better pricing than another local company and that didn't happen. I was promised he was going to source locally and that didn't happen. My stickers were delayed by three weeks. Passed my grand opening. Tyler wouldn't respond with any questions I had or why there was a delay in the first place. He didn't even remember what type of company I had or what I even did. I do like the shirts that were made, but that was because of PB and J textiles. I've worked with them before and they're great. Just go straight to the source. This is a broker company they don't do the work themselves. read more

I've worked with a lot of custom printing companies. Never have I ever enjoyed the experience as much as I do with Tyler at Seattle Custom Printing! Tyler and his team have designed and delivered so many projects for us: Yeti tumblers. Patagonia jackets, Patagonia down vests and jackets, beanie hats, embroidered patches, lounge pants, and Lululemon sweatpants. I love that I can trust them. They work well with me and understand my expectations. I am not just a loyal custom, but I am a fan! I look forward to my next project with Seattle Custom Printing. read more

Tyler and his team are such life savers! The first time I reached out to them was in a panic because my boss was flying to Seattle to meet with some high profile clients and needed 100 t-shirts delivered in less than a week. After finding Seattle Custom Printing on Yelp I reached out to Tyler and asked if this was even possible. He assured me that it was and they would even make sure the t-shirts were delivered the morning of my boss's presentation. I was a little nervous since I usually request a sample from a printer before putting in a full order, but Tyler told me that he would make sure that the job looked great and he would use high-quality t-shirts. Well, Tyler's team came through with flying colors and when I asked my boss about the t-shirts (they were all snapped up so fast my boss didn't even get to grab one!) he said they looked great and people loved them. I've since used Seattle Custom Printing several times even for our jobs in San Francisco because they do such a good job and ship really quickly. We had been using TeeSpring for most of our t-shirt printing, but Seattle Custom Printing comes in at half the price and their customer service is so much better. read more

this place is super friendly but doesn't keep to their word. i has dropped off my product and they told me they would have a mock up by the end of the week. it took 2 weeks after that to finally send me a mock up. my finish date was january 9th and it was almost february when my hoodies were finished. i'm glad i didn't need these don't for any special event or anything. also, i was previously just making my merch myself and it had a reflective print on the back. that was what made me hoodies desirable, it was my selling point. i confirmed with the front desk THREE TIMES that my product would have this effect. when i picked up my items, it was just a metallic finish. i said something to the guy and he just brushed me off and was like "yeah we can't do the reflective" i was pissed, because i had gone back and forth with the girl and she assured me i would have reflective print. to top it all off, i had one of my customers send me a picture that the ink transferred onto their yoga mat. i had send the picture to the manager and i NEVER got a reply. i will never do business with them again. not only did i wait 5 extra weeks for my stuff to be finished, the items were faulty. i now have 100 hoodies pretty much wasted. read more

Our school program used Seattle Custom printing and will NOT be using them again. Specifically, we worked with Tyler and got limited communication about all of our orders. We ordered early November and students didn't receive their orders until February with NO update on the orders, no tracking information provided and no reassurance that the orders were actually coming. There were a few items that were apparently cancelled with no email sent out to tell students who ordered that what they ordered was actually not coming. The only good thing to come out of that was that they were refunded. Additionally, there were a few orders that never showed up. There was no help from the team at SCP - Tyler basically said there is nothing they can do, no refund, no apology. These orders were paid for and NEVER came. It was impossible to reach him by email (some students even emailed multiple times with no reply), we could only call and listen to the excuses that were made and the gaslighting about the order information he "claimed" to have sent. There was no tracking information sent out for these orders and no communication from Tyler about the status of the orders UNTIL after the fact. We are very very very disappointed with our service at SCP, please find another printing shop to do fundraisers with as SCP has terrible communication, no guarantee that you will get your items, and will not provide refunds for their mistakes. read more

I've worked with a ton of printing and production companies, and SCP is the best. Tyler, specifically, is just amazing, super responsive and always has a good attitude - even in the face of looming deadlines! Even if you're not in the Seattle area (I'm not) I recommend working with this awesome crew. read more

Tyler was a joy to work with. I had requested a quote from him for about 250 T-Shirts and he responded almost immediately and we got the ball rolling from there. Easy to work with, and the quality was GREAT. This was for a Key Club convention with over 2000 other people, and I'm proud to say that ours were definitely the best looking there :) read more

These folks are exceptional at their job and I am forever indebted to them for the amazingly fast turn around time on a last minute request. I needed 2 shirts made in a ridiculous turn around time (aka same day) for my son and his best friend to wear for a surprise scavenger hunt. I reached out to the team on Friday morning (hunt was on Sunday) and was in contact with Brian within the hour. He was very kind and super helpful. He said it was no problem to make the shirts and he just needed the files. This whole endeavor began around 9ish in the morning and we were picking up shirts by 3 in the afternoon. This last piece of our 'puzzle' for the hunt was the icing on the cake of weeks of hard work. Brian was kind, thoughtful, courteous and super helpful throughout. I will send EVERYONE I know to these folks for their printing needs in the future. When tons of other places couldn't do it, these folks did. I'm beyond grateful and the finished product was exceptional. We even got two 17 year old boys to wear the darn things. LOL Somehow we didn't get a picture of the front of their shirt which is a photo image of the two of them. It turned out great. Thanks again Seattle Custom Printing for an awesome job and super speedy turn around. For anyone reading this trying to sort which printer to use, just go with these guys. They rock! read more

While trying to print a small order for my clients prior to the holidays I unfortunately encountered delays in replies until eventually I received no reply at all. At that point the it was too late to meet my deadline, and I had to scrap the idea completely. I was really looking forward to working further with this well-reviewed local company, but unfortunately I did not have the chance to have the same experience as others here. C'est la vie! read more

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tyler, when having shirts printed for my company's customers. Not only was SCP very accommodating with the art I sent, but they also brought up some tips (the shirt color we wanted is no longer available and they suggested excellent alternatives) to help improve the quality of the final product. They were totally transparent about costs and processes, and remained communicative from start to finish. The turnaround was great, and the final product even better. I totally recommend using SCP if you want high quality custom shirts printed without breaking the bank or testing your patience. read more

Tyler and company was extremely responsive to all my questions and had the quickest turn around time for any tshirt company that I've worked with. I would go back to this company and work with them again! read more

I reached out to this place because their reviews were excellent. Unfortunately my experience was not. I had one phone call in which I was told the t-shirts I wanted would be very expensive due to a specisl provess, but that regular screen printed shirts would be less expensive. No problem. Due to time constraints the conversation moved to email. I asked for a quote on regular screen printed shirts and was asked how many of the expensive shirts I'd need. I said only a few but more of the regular screen printed shirts. No reply. I reached out again asking for a quote and never received a reply. I guess my order was too small for them to bother with me. read more

I ordered sweatshirts for my friend early December from an online printing shop, and they didn't arrive before Christmas (even though it was guaranteed delivery) so I was desperate and called December 23rd (after I got the news from the other place that my shirts wouldn't arrive) and needed some insanely last minute custom printed shirts. I called Seattle custom printing and I cannot even begin to say enough good things about this place. First, he accommodated me RIGHT before Christmas and said yes we can do that for you. Ordered me the sweatshirts, and said they'd be ready the next day on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, UPS didn't deliver the sweatshirts to them for printing, since it was a holiday they (UPS) messed up the order and there was nothing to be done. They called me to let me know, we're SO apologetic and offered me 3 free t-shirts with the same print that could be picked up in an hour. They went completely out of their way to make something work for me and it was SO unbelievably kind of them to be so accommodating and helpful for me SO last minute. I have nothing but good things to say about them, they were professional, speedy, kind, responsive, and never made me feel like an inconvenience. The shirts turned out awesome and were exactly perfect for what we needed for Christmas. Thank you so much Seattle Custom Printing!! read more

Fantastic experience working with Tyler and Seattle Custom Printing. I need a one-off shirt printed for a special event and it was printed promptly and professionally! Tyler and his team run a top quality business if you're looking for custom shirts and screening. They are easy to work with and go out of their way to make sure the product not only meets but exceeds specifications. This is a Seattle based business run by SeattleU graduates. Their commitment to providing a the Seattle community with support through their work shows in their willingness to work with me and my demands from a division I basketball program. All of our needs are met and we will continue to look to do business in the future. The shirts are sharp and very comfortable. Look no further, this is the company you want to use for screening and printing on apparel. read more

Tyler was great to work with. Very responsive and dedicated to making sure the job came out perfectly. We'll definitely be using him again!

Tyler rescued me! My prior jersey printer unexpectedly disappeared on me just as our ultimate frisbee season was starting. The team was wanting a new, complicated jersey design and I had no vendor. I found Tyler on Yelp and decided to call him based on the reviews. The 5 stars did not steer me wrong. Tyler assured me he could handle the order and committed to a delivery date. He was really helpful in talking me through what would and would not work or look good as we finalized our design. I walked out with our new jerseys on the date promised (he actually worked more to have them ready the night before) and they look great. I've reordered since and Tyler was really flexible meeting our needs. In one case there was a small problem and he went beyond my expectations in fixing the problem and making it up to us. Nordstrom quality customer service. Thank you Tyler and crew! read more

I used Seattle Custom Printing for a ~80 shirt order. Overall, I am happy with the product and they were very kind working with a UW group. The pricing was excellent. The 4 stars only came from some communication difficulties, delayed or not responded to inquiries. I can't recommend high enough! After a very frustrating experience with another (not local) printing company I decided to check reviews on Yelp for Seattle printers. These guys are great! I had a company order that we needed on short notice for a client event. Contacted Seattle Custom Printing and they were able to get us our swag days before the event when nobody else could. Unbeatable pricing and great customer service wins it for us. Wonderful response time and absolute delight to work with Tyler! Kudos to your proffesionalism definitely will use for future endeavors!

These guys are phenomenal. I was shopping around, and spoke to the owner at the Seattle location, whom I informed that I had gotten a very similar quote from another business for my project. He went out of his way to make his shop the better choice by providing a lightning fast turnaround time and customer service that blew me away. The Tacoma team processed my order because the Seattle team was backed up further out, and they did a great job, getting us the products faster than I ever expected. I would highly recommend either location if you are looking for a great product and the highest standard of customer service. Would give ten stars if I could. :D read more
