I called but the person on the phone was completely unsympathetic and very short with me - said I would need to contact the printer manufacturer, which I did (took nearly an hour to reach a live body) but the upshot is Office Depot sold me the wrong cartridge. When I got the correct product info from the mfg rep I went back to Duffas Despot and was met by a confrontational sales rep who charged me for the correct cartridge. What a disgusting experience. I'll never shop there again, despite having an Office Depot Preferred Customer status. Eff that. They're less than useless.

I was in town for a convention last weekend and had the worst customer service encounter I've ever…read moreexperienced. To preface this, I just want to say that I have used other Minuteman Press locations with no problem. I specifically sought out this location because I did not want to go to a Fedex because I've had such a good experience with MP in the past. Well, there's a first time for everything. My friend and I showed up around 9:30 AM on Friday to get a couple of illustrations printed for a comic book convention. The man helping us at the front desk was exceedingly rude to us - which I would have understood if we came in late at the day, but we were there early specifically to get things done fast and be out of everyone's hair. He was grumpy and despite us saying that we needed to be at the convention soon, did not offer any sort of an apology as he kept leaving us to take care of other orders. It's not the lateness that bothered me, but rather his demeanor. It was like he didn't want our business and just wanted us to leave. After finally getting all of our files he said they would be done in about an hour and that he would email us when they were ready to pick up. We did not get a call until past 2 PM. When I called him back, he asked if I had checked my email quote. I told him I never received an email but he insisted that he sent it to me and I needed to tell him yes or no so he can go ahead with the order. Remember - he told us initially that everything would be finished and ready to pick up in an hour. 4 hours later, and he still hadn't gotten around to printing our relatively small order. I told him to go ahead and print it and he guaranteed that we could come pick it up by the end of the day and that he would email us. I did not receive a call nor an email that day. This particular location is also closed on Saturdays and Sundays so that meant that I had no way of picking up my order at all considering I was only in town for the weekend and wouldn't be around Monday. We ended up going to the Fedex located in the convention center instead. The staff there were welcoming and helpful and did not outright lie to us about when our printing would be finished. I do a fair amount of conventions around the country, and if I'm ever back in the area - I will never be using this location again. I would advise other artists to do the same.

Not only that, when I dropped off my film, the cashier confirmed with me, not once, but twice, that I was getting scans, and prints, and that was over $117. Then to my shock when I was told my order was ready, I didn't see any scans, and upon asking I was told I still needed to purchase scans. This is even after explaining that I was told I was getting scans. That was an additional $80+, so I ended up paying $200 for 4 rolls. I won't be returning. Not even close to worth the cost, for how long it takes and how expensive it is.

I felt confident that after a short conversation with multiple staff, the film choice was the right one. I left them with my new luxury SUV, which already had privacy glass that they had to tint over. After the service was done, it was completed on time with extra care. I believe two to three individuals worked on the car, and it was absolutely flawless. When I got inside, it was hard to imagine it was the same car. A corneal disease impacts my ability to drive with lots of rain on the ground or at night. These folks were great about getting me the right film that took care of the car. The one additional thing that I would add is that after the install, there was a small bubble on one of the windows. It wouldn't go away after a couple of days, and I was concerned. When I returned, they assured me that within a week, with the hot temperatures and parking in the sun, it would go away, but scheduled a replacement appointment under warranty at no cost regardless. Just days before the appointment, I was happy to call them back and say that it cured perfectly. I couldn't recommend these guys more. They're absolute experts at what they do. The price is absolutely phenomenal, and they certainly have experience working on extremely high-end cars. Strongly recommend.

Wow - thus far Lotus has been awesome. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product but have been extremely impressed with their service. After many years of reliable service and topnotch work from Pork Chop, the choice of where to bring my next printing job was an easy decision to make. From being one of their first customers to one of their most recent, the quality of their work remains consistently flawless. This latest project consisted of 5 different designs. I appreciated the fact that they encouraged a press check for each design and were willing to take time to make sure the color and placement were correct. They even took time to remix an ink to see how it would look, despite the fact that their original color mix was right on. The results of all 5 designs are, as always, perfect. The whole project was done on time, which I know was no easy task as it was a big job and they are a busy shop. Again, very happy with the results. read more

I've gone to Porkchop on many many occasions, both for business and for personal projects. When my band decided we wanted to make shirts, I called around to check prices. Pork Chop's price was 5 cents higher than the other couple places I checked, but they said they could have them done in a week, and the girl on the phone was really nice and helpful even though we only wanted 100 shirts. The process of getting the art to them and picking colors and shirts was quick and easy, they were ready when they said they would be, and the shirts look great. I've been printing through Pork Chop for about 3 and a half years. The quality is unmatched by any other screen printing. The old manager Julianne is no longer working there, so anyone who complained about her poor customer service can stop whining! It's under new management! Long story short: My boyfriend went through the trouble of designing a couple T-shirts on Photoshop. 300 DPI, etc. (We're both graphic designers, we know how printing works.) Shirt 1 was a vector penguin face... simple enough. it was pretty obvious that they cut out the shapes and ironed them. However, the mouth was flipped upside down and there was a visibly difference in the "sheen" of the black parts of the face which created a line. Think of a puzzle piece. Now perhaps they printed the black on 3 separate sheets, but that doesn't mean it's OK for quality. Shirt 2 was a turtle face. For a custom print shirt where the design was originally brightly colored... the shirt print turned out super faded. Also the lettering was abnormally pixelized. Printing normally does that, but this was very obvious and that was not the original intent of the design. Mind you, he paid $60 for 2 shirts, neither which are good quality. Maybe it was his fault for falling for planted reviews on Google... but please take your business elsewhere, like My Favorite T-Shirts, which is also in the mall. Or the internet. When my boyfriend went back to complain (which he hardly ever does)... all they offered was a free T-shirt. No partial refund for a crap job? Seriously guys, you're suppose to specialize in custom clothing.

We had a really great experience using Blue Rhino Graphics for printing shirts. They have lots of…read moregarment choices from low cost to higher quality name brands. Our start-up is still cost conscious on dollars spent for marketing but we're also aware that if the garment isn't a certain style or softness, it isn't going to get worn and thus not seen and thus, a waste of money. We went with a middle quality, moderately priced. Not the lowest, but not a budget-buster either. We chose District Made, it's like a dupe of one of the Alternative Apparel brand's v-neck, very popular and very soft. We were super happy with the choices provided and thankfully had plenty of time to be able to get samples before deciding. It is really satisfying to see employees and friends sporting our logo, knowing we didn't waste our money. Cheaping out to save a few bucks really costs more in the end. Not having enough time to get samples and make the right choice can also cause disappointments.
