They make a great product and have good prices, but when things go wrong on their end, everything falls apart--I lost a lot of money and opportunity because of the lack of transparency. Good until something goes wrong. We have been a customer for several years with custom embroidery on a handful of jackets and pants. Always good quality and good turnaround time. Emails were answered same day or next. Until there was an issue with an embroidery on two jackets. The store said they could fix the issue. It took several weeks this time and the jackets came back with the same problem (and one of them worse). After that the business did not answer our emails for three months. When we finally heard back we were offered another solution to fix the problem and that they would be working on it right away. I am still waiting to hear back. There is zero effort from the business to make things right. I always try to give the most fair reviews I can give. And in summary I will say, great work but if anything goes wrong you're on your own or you need to get a lawyer (which we decided against). 5 stars for great work done previously, 0 stars for how the business handles things when an embroidery goes wrong. 2.5 points read more

Paul was very helpful in creating custom shirts for my crew for Valentine's Day. My staff loved them! I wear a Polo shirt with my logo that PB & J Textiles made for me frequently. It is cheap advertising and a good conversation starter. The three-in-one jacket that he created for my delivery driver is nice and warm! It has a liner with my logo, a raincoat with my logo and both can be worn together for extra warmth. It is a walking billboard when the driver is out making deliveries. The quality is excellent. I stopped in a few weeks back to inquire if they could reproduce my baseball team's logo on a hat and David Robertson (the owner) said if I could get them a good digital image of the logo or the stitch file from the previous embroiderer, they could do it no problem. I was able to get both for him and he told me we were good to go and it would be ready the following Saturday to pick it up. Saturday (first game of the season) comes around and I stop in only to be told that it hasn't been done. David starts making excuses saying that he didn't have the right font but they might be able to do something similar. Perhaps this is something you could have told me over a week ago when I contracted the work? If you couldn't do it, why not tell me when I placed the order or call me sometime during the week and let me know so I could try to find someone else to do the work? Instead, you chose to lie to a customer and screw them over. Thanks, I really appreciate it. You hear it all the time from small business owners how hard it is to run a small business in this economy. I have a hard time feeling sympathy when they offer this level of "service" to their customers. I hope they like PB&J because art this rate, they won't be able to afford to eat much else unless they get their act together. As an extra bonus, prepare to have the shop's greyhound nose-rape your crotch while you're there. That's an extra-special bonus I guess. Yay. read more

Much to my delight and surprise, he agreed to take my order, charged very reasonable prices, and actually finished the work ahead of schedule! The process was seamless: We arranged for the product to be delivered to PB&J directly from the vendor. I emailed instructions. Paul sent photos and status updates, and once the job was finished, he shipped the items to my 15 recipients and provided me with tracking information. We never met in person, yet I was reassured all along the way that everything was being completed according to my specifications. Paul from PB&J has made our experience ordering our company's apparel so seamless, easy and straightforward. We are not the only customers of theirs, but I'd never know. The guy is RESPONSIVE. His average response time has been 5 minutes or less (and closer to 2). I can't even believe someone can type that fast, let alone provide me the info I need and correspond with wholesalers that quickly. But somehow he does it. We were previously working with a large company whose machines wouldn't even embroider the jackets we wanted, plus they charged us astronomical prices for our email correspondence alone. With PB&J, there have been no hidden fees or surprise charges. PB&J has taken all of our requests and delivered. Plus, they are super reasonably priced. Paul at PB and J Textiles was super easy to work with. I'm a photographer, and I wanted chapsticks with my logo on them. I needed them quickly, and Paul got to work on them right away. They arrived in just a few days, and Paul personally delivered them to me so I would have them for a graduation I was photographing a few hours later. One in-person visit, three emails, a phone call, and an afternoon trying to contact via phone only to get a no-voicemail recording... over the course of a month. We had a large embroidery order(~100pc) with a file ready-to-go, but could not get anybody to send an estimate. I wanted to give the local guys the job, but the national mega-promo business gave us a quote in less than an hour. After waiting a month for these guys, it almost didn't even matter what the quote was -- they got the business instead. :( The hidden reviews indicate this is a consistent issue. read more

You have to park past the building by the bar next door, and ring the doorbell at pb&j textile. Not the most obvious location but easy once you know where it is! Really great service. Had great service spring of 2015 getting business logo embroidered on 30 aprons. Stopped in 2 weeks ago to have some names added to a few aprons and the door was padlocked with a thick chain and a do not trespass sign posted by the sheriff. What's going on read more

I have used PB&J for several years, they have provided my business with shirts, jackets and hats, they have always been easy to work with and provide a good quality product. The biggest advantage is that they allow for small quantity runs and don't require huge set-up fees. This means I can call and order one jacket where as the 'other guy' wants me to order 500. read more

We had a rush job because the first embroiderer I went to told me last minute (they had the backpacks for over a week) they could not embroider on the backpacks because of the piping. I had a great experience with Dave (and everyone else I worked with) at PB&J Textiles! Our company wanted to get an order of "swag" embroidered with the company logo on a (semi-tight) deadline. Dave worked with me on digitizing the logo, making sure it would show up on both black and light-grey jackets, and churning out professional, quality embroidery in plenty of time to distribute the swag at our company meeting!
