They were unfortunately closed when I stopped by and I called the number and the person who answered let me know someone would be at the shop within 30 minutes. I returned back and was able to order my item and get it on the same day within a few hours. I also was able to use my own hoodie and email my design and choose the vinyl for the custom print. I was looking for help getting face masks printed for my husband's 50th birthday that was originally planned for Vegas but had to be switched to camping so we can socially distance and remain self contained in our own RVs. I had a short lead time to make this happen and Monique and Custom Pressed Tees saved the day. Monique iterated on the face mask design and was able to print our project within a few hours. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I work for an online apparel store and the business owners decided to go with Custom Pressed Tees to print the first batch of shirts. C.P.T. did an absolutely horrible job. Let me start with the poor print job. At least 90% of our entire stock was printed poorly! Bubbly ink, faded prints, ink stains on many shirts, missing tags, etc. I never expected such poor service & execution. Especially after they required that we pay the full amount upfront! Our order was time sensitive. We paid an additional 20% "rush" fee. Over a month after the promised delivery date we still hadn't received all of our shirts. I sure wish we checked Yelp beforehand!!! Before getting paid Monique was very responsive via email & in person. After receiving payment she was like a ghost. Anytime we got a hold of her after making our payment all she provided us with were excuses & botched prints. Thank goodness my employer disputed the charge with their credit card company. I didn't realize how many other customers experienced similar issues with C.P.T.'s poor excuse for a business until I decided to check out the Yelp reviews. I'm not surprised after going through all the BS we're STILL dealing with. After over a month of cat & mouse I finally had enough. I requested a refund, wrote a letter, spoke with Monique over the phone, and threatened to get an attorney involved, but still haven't been able to conclude this nightmare experience. False promises and crappy execution! Our business suffered a lot. We weren't able to meet the demand from customers, forcing us to lose income during a crucial time. My employer is a public figure. Quality is crucial for our business to maintain a good reputation amongst our supporters. C.P.T. obviously doesn't care about quality the way we do. C.P.T. should stand for Crooked Petty Thieves. Had printing on our team jerseys done in spring of 2016 for our senior men's softball team. Many of the numbers on the back and one of the names on the front of our jerseys started coming off after first washing. Gave Custom Pressed Tees 10 of our 15 jerseys in August 2016 after our season end. Told them no rush and started calling and emailing in November 2016 to see when we could pick them up. Many calls and emails went unanswered. When we finally got thru to vendor we got one excuse after another. We picked up the untouched jerseys in April this year for our new season. Monique at Custom Pressed Tee's apologized for their inability to fix the jerseys with the promise she was looking to replace the jerseys and had found a vendor that sold them. We also sent her our jersey invoice with details where we bought them and how much they cost. We have called and emailed since April 2017 4 times only to receive no response. Could not be more disappointed with the quality of work but even more so the lack of response to our efforts to reach the vendor. read more

I tried this business based of peer reviews. They have done shirts for several events I've attended and their work was good. I spoke with the owner, Monique several times on the design of my order. Explained it was for a funeral and we need around 25-30 shirts. She said this would be fine. She was going to set up a link for payment - however, I never received it. In lieu of waiting on the link, we went to the store and it was closed and other people were waiting outside. One lady had been waiting on her items for over a month. My aunt and I left and I called the shop. The owners sister answered and said she would have Monique call me as she just got back to the shop. NO CALL.... I called once I got off work and the sister answered. I guess she was confused about my request and gave Monique the wrong information. She apologized and said she would personally do the shirts for us and that she would be there a noon the next day. My aunt arrive around 12:15 am the next day - NO ONE WAS THERE! So not we have to find another shop last min. As the funeral is on Saturday. I understand things happen, but communication is everything. I never again will recommend or "try" to do business with this company. I really didn't even want to write this review;however, there is a lot of miscommunication and poor customer service by this company. If I could give it a neg - I would! This review pains me to give as I truly believe in supporting women owned minority businesses. I even have an organization to empower and inspire women to find their voice; stand in their truth and celebrate their wonder. This is my lifework! I am respectable member of the community and believe in the values of love; light and liberation. Today, I sadly must shine a light on how very poorly this business operates in terms of customer service and delivery of product requested. When I started my non-profit organization I intentionally looked for a woman owned business to print our swag. There were many signs I looked passed like--- not returning phone calls and not following up was generally how she engaged. My fiancé kept telling me to go somewhere else, and my heart kept saying to give her a chance. I knew she had like 7 kids and juggled between being a momprenuer and wife so I looked passed that and really tried to make it work. I expressed my dismay over the follow up calls, and we seemingly got through it. Especially when she delivered on my first order with a great product on time. The repeat orders from there went down hill. She required payment in full and it seemed after the payment was made the respect and kindness went down hill. Now you're on the hook and at her mercy with an event coming up right? During our holiday winter event with more than 50 attendees from Seattle and around the country she delivered the worse product batch ever! Our team jackets were printed with smudges; our speaker gift was ruined; t shirts has see through print; a stack of shirts had bubbled, curdled ink on them; the product was sent at the very last minute leaving my team with no time to organize before guests arrived and the bags had to be stuffed last minute by visiting/paying guests! Not to mention the sizes were all mixed up which made the product arrival pure disaster. It was extremely stressful and greatly embarrassing. You would think I'd never order from her again, right? Well... I tried once again on a smaller order and after all she did tell me she would rectify the disaster with a discount on my next order. Ha! (discount my a$$) She simply bumped up the prices and added a couple new lines she'd never used before on previous invoices. She also said she was working with a new printer. Monique sent me a mock up that looked nothing like what I ordered before. I told her "No way!" and text her a photo of the way it was before. She insisted it couldn't be done that way and became very rude and disrespectful. She told me it couldn't be done and that I needed to take the unprinted jackets she ordered. I told her NO and contacted PayPal to file a claim. Unfortunately, I was a few days shy of the deadline to dispute the previous order. I have fully and completely learned my lesson and will never do business with her again. I WARN YOU TO SAVE YOURSELF A BIG HEADACHE AND GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT. Having a wide selection for our needs, Monique was able to help pick out the perfect Smock/Aprons for our Teachers and T-shirts for the children to wear during field trips, by giving honest opinions about the different brands. Was told they would be done Saturday if I wanted to come and pick them up. I told them I would pick them up Monday but she stated she wasn't open. Told her fine, I will pick up Tuesday morning. Called around lunch on Tuesday, still not done. Told them I needed for that evening. She said they would rush to get them done and I told her I didn't want them rushed because that is when mistakes happen. She promised me there would be no mistakes. I'd make a comment on the quality of the shirts but I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. Do not do business with her. She worked with me to get my design looking the way I want, which was cool. But that does me no good when she vanishes and never delivers the shirts. When I was ready to pick up the shirts, she told me she would leave them with a business next door because her office was going to be closed. That's great, but she didn't actually leave them with the business. For the next week and a half or so, I called, emailed, texted, stopped by during her posted business hours, and nothing. She completely disappeared. What was even more insane was that I could see my shirts sitting in a bag on the counter. I paid for them, she made them, but she couldn't get it together enough to deliver the shirts. Then, after I was back from the event I had the shirts made for (a family reunion), she had the audacity to email me to say "Did you get your shirts?" No, I didn't get my shirts, because YOU NEVER GAVE THEM TO ME. Luckily we paid with a credit card to dispute the transaction. No way in hell was she keeping my money. I had an awful experience with ordering a tank top from someone online. I needed it for an event on 9/17 and it was the day before and I was desperate. I called Monique and sent her over the images for two tank tops and went in and we went over the design and she had it ready for me by 230. She saved my day and everyone loved my tank!
