I was promised better pricing than another local company and that didn't happen. I was promised he was going to source locally and that didn't happen. My stickers were delayed by three weeks. Passed my grand opening. Tyler wouldn't respond with any questions I had or why there was a delay in the first place. He didn't even remember what type of company I had or what I even did. I do like the shirts that were made, but that was because of PB and J textiles. I've worked with them before and they're great. Just go straight to the source. This is a broker company they don't do the work themselves.

They were unfortunately…read moreclosed when I stopped by and I called the number and the person who answered let me know someone would be at the shop within 30 minutes. I returned back and was able to order my item and get it on the same day within a few hours. I also was able to use my own hoodie and email my design and choose the vinyl for the custom print. Also, I received 10% off for checking into Yelp! Wooo. I'll definitely be back for the other items I wanted because they did such a nice job with a quick turn around!!

Well, if you are looking to have just one item printed, expect to be treated like they don't give a sh*t about you. I had to call and email them several times just to get a reply, and then they just stopped replying all together. If they had initially simply said they're not interested in doing such a small order, fine, at least that way I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to get them just to respond. But when they let you know they don't want your business by just ignoring you, while at the same time claiming they've "got you covered" no matter how small your order is, well that's just irritating. So, my advice is, if you are looking for a local print shop to do a small order, don't bother wasting your time with Banksii. I recommend Pork Chop Printing in SODO. They were happy to print my shirt (even on very short notice) and were very responsive. Edit: The owner's response to my review is very inaccurate. It is true that I said I had decided to not go ahead with the order (which I decided mainly due to his lack of responsiveness to my emails/calls leading up to that point), but a couple days later I decided I would give them another chance. So I called and left them a voicemail but never received a reply. I then sent them an email, to which they also never replied. I then tried using the chat feature on their website and never received a reply to that either (it claims that they reply to chat messages within one hour). So his claim that "All email were answered" is total BS. As far as his claim that "All of our services on the website list minimum order quantities, except vinyl", while it is true that it says that on the individual pages linked under their "Services" page, the FRONT PAGE of their website says, again, "No minimum" and "From one T-shirt to 10,000, we've got you covered". So, like the owner's response to my review, their website is very misleading. In fact, my experience has always been the opposite and my daughters are 10 years old now. Both Lael and Kathy, the owners, even let them pick out little trinkets to take with them. Their teaching is top notch and I highly recommend going and learning this form of art that is slowly becoming lost. If you think you aren't artistic enough, Think again.
