I submitted an order in person the gentleman who assisted was friendly and easy to work with. With no hesitation he agreed my design would be able to be brought to life, it wasn't a complicated design just the placement of the wording was tough due to the fact that there was a seam right in the center of where i wanted my design printed. with no hesitation he advised me that it would not be a problem and would be able to have it completed by Monday "anytime after 530pm" was his exact words. Monday came and it wasn't ready which I understand the order was placed on a weekend. I called Tuesday to find out if it was ready to only find out they were waiting for me to contact them cause they didn't know how they should've printed the sweater. I like the final product but for a company to make such an unappealing design placement after it was clearly drawn out the way it should've been executed is the only reason i couldn't give them 5 stars. Ill be back to get my design reprinted and i definitely recommend them for speedy and quality service.
