I have struggled with local dry cleaners and prices. I tend to do more general alterations or…read morerepairs than cleaning items. I have been burned by a couple locations in town. I bought three pairs of jeans and tailoring was needed. I walked in and asked about pricing. The kind woman took a look, ask a couple of simple questions and priced them. I felt her authenticity and warm matter-of-fact approach. Others have significantly increased pricing and also offered excuses at the time of payment. Not only was this consistent from start to finish, on time as promised, the work was better. The price point slightly lower so with the service and skill, I'm beyond satisfied and look forward to recommending them. I am pleased I stepped in after grocery shopping just to ask questions!

The quality of the alterations looks like a 12 year old did it, it bunches up and you can see the thread, the sleeves are just folded in instead of cut off like a professional would do . I could have done it better myself. I will never come again.

I counted one, the black silk shirt that was actually dry cleaned, the rest smelled different. My main issue, my blue silk shirt came back rough to the touch, wrinkled or creased all over, and felt like sand paper. They washed it in water then pressed it with starch. Ruined the item. I just paid $30 for it off eBay so wanted it cleaned, it was perfectly fine but to be sure I wanted it cleansed before wearing. For these prices it should have came back meticulous. Alas it wasn't. I give one star because the guy was nice enough. Buyer beware.

How can dry cleaners be so awesome? I didn't really know that until I started coming here. I have been taking clothing here for two years. They go way beyond other places. If something has loose or missing buttons or a small tear, they fix it for you for free. Last week, I dropped off a sweater with glass buttons. Two of them were broken when I dropped it off. I was thinking I'd have it cleaned and pressed and then replace all the buttons and be set to go. They somehow located these very unique glass buttons, replaced the broken ones, and rethreaded the small beads on the neckline of the sweater. They didn't charge me for this, or for the dozen other times they've done things like that. As far as they're concerned this is what a dry cleaner does. They're also use organic, biodegradable and non-toxic products. Regular dry cleaning is harmful to the environment and bad for those with sensitive skin. This makes a big difference. You wouldn't know by the quality that they are using non-toxic products to clean.

You can pay by card or coins, which is super convenient for both washers/dryers. There are about 16 washers and 16 dryers, a couple of folding tables, rolling baskets, and a few chairs. I moved from the warehouse into the office, so I needed to upgrade my wardrobe, so I went to Value Village and bought a bunch of long- and short-sleeved shirts. Average cost, about $6. I hate tucking in shirts, and these all had tails. Country Cleaners was close by so I went there and told the lady that I wanted the tails removed. She measured me for length and said $13 dollars a shirt. She included cleaning and ironing. On line, the Untuckit brand shirts are starting at $58, so for less than $20, I have virtually the same thing. And the result was great. I told her no hurry on getting them all done at once. I took them in on a Saturday, and I picked them all up the next Saturday. read more

The combination was overwhelming and honestly disgusting. Even though my items look clean, they do jot not feel clean, and now I need to figure out how to remove both the smoke smell and the chemical perfume. For a place that claims to professionally clean garments, this was incredibly disappointing. I trusted them with pieces that matter to me, and I won't be returning. I hope they address whatever is causing these odors, because this is not acceptable for a dry-cleaning business. The people are nice but the cigarette smells are coming from them.
