I typically don't dry clean items very often, I mostly have shirt jackets and jackets in general that require gentle dry cleaning a few times a year and Country Cleaners has worked out perfectly each time. I'm not sure how it works, but my items come back feeling the same condition as when they were purchased, even though they've been worn dozens and dozens of times. I like that they are open a bit beyond typical business hours, which makes them very convenient for me. In terms of price, I think the value is reasonable. When you pay so much for an item, finding reliable dry cleaning service is much appreciated so I think the charge per service is perfectly set. Would definitely recommend. read more

I took a beautiful, ivory colored wool dress coat to them for a small stain removal. She looked it over and got really quiet when I asked if she could remove the small stain. She said--"Nice jacket" When I went back there to pick up my jacket, she gas lighted me and said--We do not have a jacket for you. I believe she stole my jacket. I told her that I will never come back there again. This jacket probably retailed for over 800 dollars. I only wore it for dress when I went out to nice place (twice per year). This jacket was a gift from my mom from a family friend who passed away. I had given her business for 20 years. She had been snippy with me at times. The theft was the last straw. read more
