It is so hard to find a great dry cleaner! Well, let me just say, Renton Cleaning Center is the BEST!!! My mum and I have been coming here for at least 4 years now, and we have always been more than pleased with quality of work and the value! And the customer service is impeccable! The owner is just one of the most caring and friendliest men you will ever meet! We just found out during our last visit, that he may have to close his doors after I believe 45 years due to the weight of the pandemic! Please, support this business! read more

Quality is average ..the husband was nice and polite but the wife was very rude in customer services, price range is acceptable

Went here for the first time to have some delicate Indian outfits dry cleaned and they came out absolutely perfect. Beautiful ironed and had a nice smelling scent to them as well. The clothes were ready on time and were nicely hung for pick up. Felt great to find and support a local, family owned business! The owner informed me he's been in this location for over 50 years. Quite an accomplishment. I'll definitely be back again read more

RIP off. Charged $3.50 a shirt. $34 for a 2 piece suit. Shirts had wrinkles. Suit smelled like it wasn't washed and had a lot of lint. Really wish I could do negative stars. I came here because I saw reviews saying they had cheap prices but I'm beginning to think those people have never been to other dry cleaners. read more

The best cleaners I've gone to! I really enjoy the service the gentleman gives as well as the value and reliability. I have taken my work clothes and a wool coat I've had since 2008 (yes it's still in great shape ) and he has done an impeccable job with every piece. I've had the worst experience at other places to the point where they even switched my buttons for old ones they had. So yes, I appreciate this cleaners for doing a great job and the owner who is always in a good mood . read more

I trust and highly recommend Renton Cleaning Center with all of my dry cleaning needs. Excellent customer service and always reliable.

I do not do reviews on Yelp, although I probably should. I am doing this review because I have just received one of the best service experiences in my life. I am from out of state and came into town for work and a wedding. I had forgotten what a poor job my dry cleaners in TX had done on my suit, it wad a wrinkled mess. My new friend, Mr Amin assured me he would take care of me and he absolutely overdelivered on his promise. Please use this business for your dry cleaning needs, you will not be disappointed. To those of you that posted poor reviews regarding his opening late or being slow - my guess is you have never owned your own business or been in the service business. Be kind and understanding as you will receive kindness in return. You never know what a person may be experiencing and a smile may go a long way. read more

Yesterday was my first time going to the Renton Cleaning Center and I could not have been happier. Mr Amin was absolutely wonderful. All the reviews here about the customer service do not do him or this place justice. If you are in the area and need some dry cleaning done, please support this wonderful local business. They have been at the same spot for decades. read more

I have been coming here for over 25 years, and the service and end results are always excellent. Most recently, they were able to get yellow curry sauce out of a sweater! Very unusual! And the pricing is always fair. Last but not least, the parking is easy. I highly recommend these two fine gentlemen, and if you've never been here now would be a good time to come. Besides the after-effects of the Covid shutdown, they now may face a significant rent increase from the landowner (Fred Meyer). Let's keep this business alive - they are worth it! read more

Very clean facility. The staff are constantly going around picking up garbage if there is any any offering assistance to anyone who needs it. Great place. read more

This is the only place locally I trust. The owner is wonderful and friendly. He even carries my items to my car! If anything is ever a little off, ie a hem comes out or the color is running, he calls and lets me know what's happening and his plan to fix it. Very communicative and reliable. A wonderful business that goes above and beyond. read more

I have been wearing suits and using dry cleaners for over 20 years. I've lived all over the country and have had the privilege of using some great cleaners and the displeasure of using some not so great cleaners. I can't say enough about Renton Cleaning Center's fantastic service. They do a great job and always remember the little things you prefer. Want your French cuffs pressed? Ask for it once and it's done every time. They always remember you and what you have in their care. I really am amazed at how they know, without looking it up. The owner and his son both remember your name from the first time you come in. They're very friendly and accommodating to whatever it is you need. And if they can't get the stain out or job done, I'm willing to bet nobody can! Look no further. I moved South and now drive an extra 15-20 mins because they're THAT good! read more

Do you want to know why these guys are the only dry cleaner in Renton out there with 35+ reviews and 4.5 stars? It's because they actually care. My fiance dropped off 12 shirts for me with these guys and they had them ready in about 3-4 days. When we stopped by to pick them up I parked outside and my fiance insisted she would just run in to save time because we were late for a couple of other errands. Not only did the owner ask her how her day was going and genuinely care...but when she went to grab the 12 shirts he said "no, please let me get those for you". Then he proceeded to walk them out to the care and hang them on the dry cleaning hook inside the car while my fiance walked out beside him. Where do you get service like that anymore? Well you don't. That is why these guys are amazing and have won my business forever. To top that off the 12 shirts was only like $35. These guys simply rock. If you are in Renton and need your stuff dry cleaned trust only these guys. read more

The best in my area... I went to another dry cleaner close to my house, but was NOT happy with their "work". This place, though, has excellent service, friendly staff, and does a great job without punching holes to leave tags on your clothing. I'm much happier driving here an extra 5-10 minutes just to have them dry clean my clothing, since they're great at what they do! read more

Needed to get my suit dry cleaned, so I searched for a place near my work because I thought it would be easiest to drop it off on my lunch break. I discovered Renton Cleaning Center in my search and am super pleased I did! The gentleman who assisted me - he was there during both drop-off and pick-up - was extremely friendly. I told him that the slacks of the suit had been sitting on a shelf near a window and had somehow gotten a bit of mildew on them. He told me that he was pretty sure it would come out with no problem. When I picked up my suit, he remembered me with a smile. He told me he was confident all the mildew had come off of the slacks and that it had been no trouble at all. When I got my suit home and took it out of the plastic, it looked great. He was right - all the mildew had come off and the slacks were as good as new. They did a fantastic job. The price was reasonable (about $14). I would definitely come here again and I highly recommend it! read more

What great/prompt service! Great conversation with the owner (friendly man!) & a job well done on the clothes. Easy parking right in front makes picking up and dropping off hassle free. read more

1) didn't follow direction to not crease pants 2) white shirts had dirt stains from machines/God knows what on them after they were cleaned 3) $7 for pants? 4) the place is just generally dirty and unkempt read more

This place is STELLAR for customer service, skill in alternations and fast service!! I had to get a suit altered and the owner, who is one of the sweetest person you'll ever meet was able to get it done within the time frame I needed (I had an interview coming up and needed it ASAP). Sure enough, he had it pressed and ready to go as promised. The work was well done and PERFECT! I couldn't be happier!! Additionally, I've had my husband's suits dry cleaned & pressed there and it's a perfect job every time! You won't be disappointed!! Plus it's a very convenient location, parking right in front as well as plenty of parking in the Fred Meyer parking lot. read more

Our son Travis recently relocated to the Renton area. We were looking for a place to get his shirts and slacks dry cleaned. The Renton Cleaning Center was FANTASTIC! The service, follow up, and quality of work shined!! The Owner was a Rock Star...he gave us advice about the area, he personally helped my wife load and unload the cleaning, and most importantly in this fast paced, depersonalized society he greeted my by saying "Hello Debbie" after only meeting her one time. I can see why he has had a successful business for many years. This is where my son will take his cleaning in the future...I'd recommend everyone doing the same and support this business!! read more

I went here for the first time yesterday and was so pleased with the experience. I brought in some of my husbands shirts and had my daughter with me in her car seat. I had left our comforter in the car and said I would be right back with it but the gentleman working offered to get it out of my car for me. I was so thankful. Without even picking up our first drop off I know we'll be back. It's not often people go out of their way like that and I really appreciated his kindness. Picked up my things yesterday and was once again blown away by the owners kindness. He carried everything out to my car for me since I had my hands full with my 8 month old. He hung up the shirts in my car and told me about his grand babies and asked questions about my daughter. Such a sweet man. read more

This guy is the worst. I have him a winter coat to clean.... he never called me. Went back 6 months later cause I never got a call said where is my coat he swore up and down that he called me a million times and couldn't get ahold of me. Also swore he didn't have it multiple times. Said he checked everywhere it could have been. My number hasn't changed since I was 16!!!! Funny thing, as I was walking out after I threatened to post bad reviews (which I'm still doing) he magically finds my coat..... it's not been cleaned at all. I would stay away from this guy. Shady business practices. read more

I'm glad to see these other great reviews about Renton Cleaning Center. They are the best and I'm glad you all have discovered this place.

The hubby had dropped off his work shirts and a couple of pants and everything came back cleaned as ordered with no problems and on time. What impressed us was the friendly salesperson at the counter. He was very nice, made eye contact, smiled, asked about our day and was genuinely interested and even made suggestions as to where to go for lunch when the conversation had progressed; all the while not feeling pushy or contrived at one bit. He was a really nice guy. Because if that we make the trip out to see him and give him our business even though there are other much closer cleaners nearby. I like knowing that when we come here our needs will be met and we'll have made a real connection to a local facility and that makes me a happy customer. If you haven't already please come by and say hi. read more

Cleaned up an old Pendleton jacket I'd found in a Wyoming pawn shop and installed a new zipper. Get compliments on the jacket all the time. The owner is an old world pro. Knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. Impressive. read more

I have used this dry cleaner several times now and have never been disappointed in the quality of the work done or the customer service! I have had suits cleaned and pressed, long ball gowns, a silk shirt and a king size comforter dry cleaned here. I've only been here twice, dropping off and then picking up some clothes that got mysterious oil type stains on them (which he was able to get out!). The gentleman that runs this place is incredibly warm, friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. He even helped me carry my clothes out to my car because I had my crazy toddler with me. Just a really genuine person, if I have more dry cleaning needs I would come back here for sure. Pricing for my items was totally fair too. I'm happy to support a small business like this one. read more

It was my first time using Renton Cleaning Center and I am so impressed! I live in West Seattle, but my sister who lives in Renton recommended this place. I will definitely be using them in the future, even though I live far away. I had them clean and repair two silk blouses and they did an excellent job. The shirts look brand new! Amin (I believe he is the owner), was so friendly and warm. He even remembered my name! Just great customer service and quality work! read more

The guy here is very slow. One time he couldn't find my clothes and I had to come back. Another time I waited 5 mins and no one came out to help me and I found him sleeping in the back room next to the laundry machine.... Often forgets things and made a hassle when I only brought in 3 or so things every week and was picky about my clothes (like people should be when dealing with expensive suits) that it got to the point where he said please go to another dry cleaner.... like what fantastic customer service. read more

Nice people but too expensive. Part of it I'm sure is that everything is farmed out. When companies outsource the core of their business the only thing they can offer is convenience but after a while customers will look for value. read more

The guy is the worse, terrible service. I left my dress shirts and picked them up like how I left them barely cleaned. When I complained the gentleman was very rude. I went home and used my washer and dryer to wash them and to my surprise they were cleaned. read more

The other reviews are NOT kidding- the owner is SUCH a nice man!! He does a great job on the clothes too! My husband is very picky about how his pants and shirts are creased (or Not creased) and they did great! Good prices, fantastic service. Our new dry cleaner for sure!! read more

I been coming here for a while now. Not a problem until recently. I brought in a while dress here for cleaning and pressing. When I got it back, it had a big brown stain. I asked them what happened. They said that it was there already. I know it was not because I checked it before I brought it in. Terrible customer service. read more

Very friendly staff. The owner insisted on carrying my laundry to the car because it was raining. Clothes came out great! I also got a "Thank you for being my new customer." I am impressed he recognizes everyone. read more

Sign clearly states he opens at 9am. I arrived at 9:15...no one there. Ok no big deal, so I swung by later about 11am. As he was checking in the stuff I brought in I asked him...without sarcasm "so I came by at 9am, have your hours changed?" He got very upset and started railing on me about some bs, he has been here 40 years, traffic was bad, he cant always be here on time, he works hard etc. I mean this old man was visably, shaking upset that I dare asked for clarification about his hours. I mean he became unhinged, bitching a full 3 minutes unhinged. Uh, so yeah, I took my stuff somewhere else. The End. Good luck ya grumpy old fart. Maybe its time to retire and put yourself out of your misery. read more

My sister brought her wedding dress here and she told me the owner was such a nice person, genuinely. Service was done without a problem, and the owner went out of his way to help her out to the car. I think that was beyond necessary! But, that was a great assurance that I should definitely bring my dry cleaning there. She was not lying! I've been here a couple times and have never had any issues, service is straight forward, and very affordable! When you enter you are happily greeted which is what I like to see and what I expect. They really appreciate your business. read more

Everything everyone says on this website regarding customer service is legit. I just dropped off a handful of things to dry clean and I was instantly impressed by the customer service. I can you tell the owner knows his business inside and out. Keep in mind I am a very critical customer. If anyone needs a dry cleaner, this is the place! I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. read more

No other dry cleaner near where I live and I was suspect dropping off a pair of jackets (tweed and a dress jacket) after reading a single reviewer of these guys on Google who lamented collars and cuffs were not cleaned. I went so far as dab some white flour under the collars/lapels and both jackets came back looking very well pressed and completely clean. 21$ for two jackets (included taxes); excellent service and agree Amin is a very service oriented fellow. read more
