It's always very clean and smells nice. The bathrooms are clean!! Large variety of machines, which is nice, especially when I have a much larger load. The sell any and all laundry supplies you could need. That's come in handy a couple of times when I forgot something. The staff is always super friendly and they're always available to help if there's a problem. The parking lot is well lit and I always feel safe there, even at night. They also do drop-off service for an incredibly reasonable price, and the clothes always come back folded. I would definitely recommend this laundromat (especially if you have sleeping bags, comforters or anything else big and bulky!! The XXL capacity washers and dryers can handle it!!). read more

Now you pay with a card that you purchase at a kiosk inside. Not hard. Then you can reload the card on future visits. The management is there to help you if you run into problems. And I did. As an outsider (not from WA), Renton gives me...not safe vibes. So I was really nervous coming here one morning by myself. Also, side note: I never use a laundromat, but I needed to wash a comforter that my cat puked on. So I was a complete novice to a laundromat and how it works. OGs will find this entire process much easier than I did. And honestly, it's simple after you do it your first time. Currently there's a lot of construction in the area and figuring out how to get in to the front parking lot is a little wonky. So I decided to get here about 20 min after it opened on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to deal with traffic. Which ended up being a great idea. (But the nice gentleman I was speaking with said there's an easier way to get to it from the back-like you end up pulling into the back parking lot, so there's that option too if you're not a morning person). There's parking in the front, on the side, and in the back. The laundromat didn't have many people in it, maybe like 8 when I first got there at about 7am? But as the morning went on it started filling up. A really nice gentleman saw I was struggling trying to figure everything out, so he showed me out how to use my credit card to load the special laundromat pre paid card that you get there. There are also attendants walking around who would have helped too. You have 4 sizes for laundry small,med,large,super. And that's the size of the washer, which is also the size of how much laundry you're putting in. They call small, med, large, etc - double, triple, super, etc. At first that was confusing, but now I understand why they named it that and it actually makes sense. The dryers are all HUGE. Which threw me off. They are all the same size. And you pay $.50 for every 7 min. That's the gist of it for first timers! It's intimidating at first because I didn't know what to expect. But everyone was SO nice! There's a bunch of people that use this place often so that tells me it's pretty good. Place was clean, everyone friendly, signs are everywhere so even if that nice man didn't help, I would have eventually figured it out. Also, if you use your card to fill up the prepaid laundry card-- it's a MIN of $3. So, figure out how much you're going to spend for the entire thing before paying the prepaid card. Very clean laundromat! You must have a laundry card to pay for washing and drying. There are card machines on the wall to replenish your card that accepts cash or debit cards. I love that there are employees on site to answer questions or assist if there is an issue. They also keep things tidy which a plus! I advise to arrive early as it can get busy. There is parking in the front and more parking in the back of the building. There is also a stationary Taco Truck in the front of the building that has pretty good tacos to enjoy while waiting for your clothes! read more

Located at the southwest corner of Renton Airport, just across Rainier Ave. Our home washer suddenly died after 10 years of heavy use. We immediately ordered a new set, but with delivery a week out and needing to do laundry, Yelp lead me to Renton Laundry - what a great experience! As soon as we walked through the door, employee Leslie explained the process and the machines. She was so kind, attentive and helpful - great sense of humor too! ATM type machines take cash, debit and credit card where you purchase a "laundry card" that the washers & dryers take (washers & dryers don't accept cash or credit, they only accept the "laundry card"). At any time, you can slide your laundry card back into the ATM type machine and check your laundry card balance, and it shows the machines you used and the cost of each load you did - pretty cool! You can purchase detergent, there are TVs, vending machines, seating and free wifi. Plenty of free parking too! There's a taco truck out front, but understandably it wasn't open during our 8am visit. Tho I can't wait to get our new washer & dryer, I'm looking forward to at least one more visit to Leslie and Renton Laundry before our new setup arrives! Experience was good. My dryer broke so I needed to go to the laundry mat and I asked if they offered services for them to do it since I have a young child and no time to sit with all 3 kids. They told me how much per pound and I had at least 5 loads and they said they would have it done in 3 hours. They also provided me with a receipt with invoice number and description to provide to my property manager. The total was more than I expected but worth it. They called me and emailed when finished and everything was folded so nicely which I didn't expect. We were staying nearby at an Airbnb for an extended amount of time and they didn't have a washer and driver in the unit. Renton Laundry was just 5 mins away. Going to a laundromat was our main option and I'm glad that it was Renton Laundry. How it works: You get a card that you put money on from a machine in the front. Then you just dip the card into whichever washer or dryer you would like. They have several sizes of washers and they are actually pretty big capacity (even the smallest one!) compared to what someone might have at home. I love that the dryers are all just one rate for increments of 7 mins. I was able to do several loads simultaneously and save lots of time. And it took only about an hour from start to finish. The space is clean and well maintained. If we were in a position where we needed a laundromat, I wouldn't hesitate to come back! read more

Went here to Dry my clothes, due to my dryer being broken... And I was refused serviced because I didn't wash my clothes there... I was still coming there with my business going to pay to use their dryer but couldn't because you can't dry your clothes there, unless you wash and dry... This is the 1st and only laundry mat I have encountered that has this ridiculous rule. I don't recommend this place poor service and very rude owner. read more

I've been here a few times throughout the years I've lived in Seattle. I drive my laundry out here because I like: - that there is always an attendant on site. Easy to ask questions about machines or get attention if I'm not sure how a machine works - that I can pay with a card. The laundry in my building is quarters only, which is really annoying when it comes to washing big items like bedding and towels - that it is clean! You can tell machines are regularly cleaned and are on the newer side. This means clothes get clean and dried more efficiently. I don't come here on a week-to-week basis, but it's nice when I want to do the BIG STUFF and get on with my day without having to beg the grocery store for rolls of quarters. Also, there is a popeye's not far from this location so I usually get myself a special laundry treat to enjoy while I wash. Minus one star because sometimes people are not so courteous with the laundry carts which means a bit more wait time/asking folks to use the carts they claimed while their laundry is in the wash. read more

I use Renton Laundry for their wash and fold service and at first it was great! They would shrink wrap my clothes when done and it would all stay wrinkle free. Now they put it in a trash bag, folded, so it smashes, moves, and gets very wrinkled in the short drive from pick up to unpacking. Wish they would go back to how they used to do it. read more

I just went for the first time and let me tell you I was not impressed with the way I was treated. I brought in my laundry I put headphones on and I was applying spray and wash to a couple stains on my clothes at one of the tables.
