I have been here many times because it's close to my house. I have a washer and dryer at home but I can knock out six loads at once here. Many of their machines are out of order. They raised the prices by $4. I lost money here once and came back and talked to a lady. She did not believe I lost money and would not refund me even though they have cameras and could have easily checked out my story. They need to spend some money on the place. This laundromat is so clean!! Prices are moderate, and there's lots of washers/dryers. When I went there were a few washing machines that were out of order or couldn't do hot water so make sure you look out for the stickers when you come. read more

They 'cleaned' up their since the last critique. Washers and dryers always seem available. The machines look new. I actually looked for black mold and couldn't find any. They have 3 sizes of washers, and 2 sizes of dryers. A coin machine. A detergent and fabric softener dispenser. They also have a bathroom. The attendant is helpful. I enjoy coming here to do laundry all the time. Basically they have enough machines to wash and dry your cloths. I know recently they just added new machines so it might've changed over time. But the owners here are very helpful, and they're welcome to help you if your machines aren't working. Also a big tip. Come early right when they open or to evening cause it's less busy. It's also convenient when grocery outlet and a bodega and a corner store is close by so you can grab last minute laundry supplies and a breakfast. read more

We have been using this laundry mat once a week for 2 1/2 months. Always clean and never a long wait for a machine (if any). No there is not a lot of "hangout space" but there is a TV and a change machine, as well as a vending machine for detergent. I've never had a problem with the machines not working. I'm usually in and out (including folding my 2-3 loads of laundry) within 1 &1/2 hours. read more

So I have come to Washco laundry now for the second time both times now and they have screwed me up I have not used the laundry mat in several years however once you put your money in these machines they do not even complete a cycle when you bring your clothes out of the washer they are ringing wet and you have to ring them out by hand in order to put them into the dryer. Also I left a bag on the table while I ran to get fabric softener. And the employee took my sunglasses and hat to the back basically stealing them.Also the employees here speak no English. We live in America and the USA and we need all employees to speak English to US citizens. It is downright insulting on every level.Do not support this laundry mat until you have had communication with the owners and the owners agree on fixing the situation here. We are Americans are we need to be treated as Americans everywhere we go in the US this is our country. I came here due to the 5 star review of another Yelper. Not sure that I'm that enthusiastic about my experience as he was but all and all bit a bad laundromat-- but far from the best one I've ever been too. First off let's start with the hours of operation -- currently the last wash is as 9 PM so that's helpful that you have more flex to do your laundry. I came I. In a Sunday afternoon and it's about as busy as I'd expect. The prices are reasonable for WA -- a 2 load washed is $2.50 and they have a fair amount of them as well as are for 3 loads. I doh d a large number of machines to be out of order or marked for repair -- for example one of my washers only had cold water avail -- it was the last machine avail so in just made it work. The dryers are large and are sold on .25 increments so that's always a plus. There are not as many tables or seating areas available and same true of parking. So plan to wait in your car, shop nearby or wait standing - there is a Safeway, cofeee shop, Mexican grocery and public library all nearby within walking distance. They also have a vending machine and two TVs. No WiFi. Be prompt tho if you leave to go off site as I waited forever in a dryer and many of them just had clothes in them and not actually drying. From what I could tell there was no attendant onsite It's coin operated so bring your cash and coins. They do have a change machine and wash supplies available for sale. I found there to be a shortage of baskets to wheel your wet clothes to a dryer or and not many tables to fold clothes on -- so I'll likely just do what I can to make due and hope things done get too wrinkled as I fold from home. read more

She don't smile she ain't helpful...she looks at you like she can't stand you like she's better than us....she takes up most of the equipment doing her own laundry...she has never said thanks. This place is amazing. I live in Bellevue but all the Seattle and Bellevue coin laundry locations had sketchy reviews. Our washer broke so I came here to get 2 loads done before the repair dude comes Monday. This place is so clean, coin dispensers on site, super helpful and knowledgeable employee on site. I've been paying $80 for my super heavy blanket to be washed at the dry cleaner....here they have commercial grade washers for $6.50. I'm bringing all my duvets here next week read more

i don't know how this laundromat isn't on yelp or google. by far the best laundromat experience in renton or even better, WA! very clean. have options in terms of dexter and new ipso washers/dryers (a lot of big washers). none of those member cards, actual coin laundry (come with cash!). clean bathroom. lots of parking space. read more
