Our washer at home just isn't big enough, and it always takes multiple drying cycles, so I figured I'd give this place a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The laundromat is very clean, well maintained, and wasn't busy at all. The employee working there was incredibly friendly and helpful. I grew up using coin-operated machines with my mom, so I was expecting the old-school setup, but they use a laundry card instead. It was super easy to load the card with either cash or a credit/debit card, and she took the time to explain how everything worked. The floors were clean, the folding tables were spotless, and there were plenty of chairs to sit and wait. I even noticed the employee wiping down the outside of the machines, which says a lot about how much they care about keeping the place clean. The whole place felt safe, and I didn't see anyone hanging around that made me feel uncomfortable. Another bonus is that there's a McDonald's and an ampm within walking distance, so it's easy to grab a snack, a drink, or gas while you wait for your laundry. I'll definitely be coming back whenever we need to wash our bedding. Highly recommend!

I wandered over and grabbed a sandwich and popped right back to wait, but the timer function is great. It's very clean, good prices and the large load machines save a ton of time. It's also nice to know I am supporting a minority owned business. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get laundry done in a clean and quiet place.

Overall, I suggest NOT to EVER go here unless you NEED to wash our laundry or if you have coins to put to use. I, however, will not EVER go here again. EDIT: And the only GOOD thing about this place is that it has free wifi. The bad part about that is that you need a Facebook in order to have access to it. So if you don't have Facebook, then I apologize. If you do have Facebook, at least you won't be bored out of your mind looking at the garbage feces.

There was no employee on premise so I called the laundromat's phone number which kept telling me to put the same number in again so I got nowhere with that. Finally another customer managed to open the machine for me. Out of 6 larger size washing machines, 4 were broken and one was in use. I had to wash 3 large blankets 1 at a time. There should have been someone to contact for problems but there wasn't. I will never use that laundromat again and I suggest you find a different one also.

Since the hotel doesn't offer laundry service, I booked Quite Clean Laundry for 2 people's worth of dirty laundry after one week and they did a fantastic job. I arranged everything online (but called just to check because it was my first time using it). I left the clothes in a bag at the front reception of the hotel, Quite Clean Laundry picked it up and brought it back perfectly clean and folded nicely the next day. They offer same day service but I didn't need it so requested next day. They texted when they picked up, when the laundry was completed and when they dropped off at the hotel reception. The driver even called when he arrived at the hotel to drop off. Highly recommend.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would! Please do not come here! The laundry machines are so over priced and like 97% of them don't work, not only that but I've had so many experience where people (homeless) or drug addicts come in the building ether harassing others or just sit there drinking making it feel so unsafe, the owner even has a worker there that literally does nothing (meaning call the police) when situations like this happen she's a short Hispanic lady that is not only very rude but when sees people like this come and harass others and does absolutely nothing to call the police, the Photo I have posted up here was the other day I came to wash and this guy was sitting on the chairs drinking with a bottle of tequila in hand and was screaming at customers harassing them and the worker did absolutely nothing or did not even tell him to leave or even call the cops he sat there for about an hour drinking until he finally passed out drunk on the floor for about two hours I was here washing for about three hours because like I mentioned before none of the machines really do work so it takes super long for clothes to wash and all the time I was there the man just laid there people coming in had to step over him, he eventually woke up for about two minutes but just to spit and fell back asleep. This made me feel so uncomfortable because there were children. I feel bad for the people who own this laundry mat because their employees absolutely do not care to do anything about situations like this which only pushes customers away because nobody wants to be in a situation where you will be harassed or even becomes a dangerous environment. I also do have a small video clip of the worker literally just standing there watching TV while the guy was laying on the ground with spit drooling from his mouth. But unfortunately I am unable to post it just because it only allows photos but please people save your money do not come here! I will be also reaching out to the owners about this situation and they're very rude worker read more

We did make change and the place was quite clean and had some space for sitting. The equipment is industrial so your stuff are going to get clean. I'd just look in the machines first before use to make sure there's no leftover stuff from previous users. The place is at a strip mall so there was time to kill at local places like the grocery store, Starbucks and Trader Joe's. Quick wash and dry for in between travel, no fuss.

I just come to laundromats when I need to wash 3-5 loads quickly and be done instead of washing at home. I would definitely come back to this one but only to do like 1-3 loads at a time. The dryer took about 45 mins or so to dry a small Load of towels on high heat. I wish it was quicker. They need to be a little higher in heat. Quarters only. No cards or Laundromat App or laundromat card to pay like I've seen at others. They have a machine to get change.

You are no longer allowed to come to this establishment to only dry your clothes. And I know some people don't believe this to be true but homeless people are people too. They're someone's mother, sister, brother, father, daughter cousin..... Some have just fallen the wrong way and some need some help coming back up and that sometimes is in the form of a laundromat so they can be warm and cozy and some soaking clothes from the street.... anyhow For example, my washer works at home and my dryer is broken so we wash our clothes at home and bring them here to be dried. But that is now against the rules at this establishment. I was chewed out this morning by an elderly Asian man hanging signs about how you can only wash and dry together here. What a disappointment to the community. He kept telling me it was because homeless people come in and put things in and then they have to disinfect it and I told him that was the way of the world and the way of his business. If he's going to work in a laundromat, he's going to have to expect that people are going to put things in. Sometimes that aren't the best or that are going to need some extra assistance. Not everybody has the sound mental health to understand how everything works. Extremely disappointing and extremely gas lighting by the manager. I will no longer be coming here and I hope anybody who needs to just dry their clothes won't either, because now they'll kick you out.
