First off, I've been coming here for years and been doing this exact routine for these past few…read moreyears and no one has said a single thing to me. You are no longer allowed to come to this establishment to only dry your clothes. And I know some people don't believe this to be true but homeless people are people too. They're someone's mother, sister, brother, father, daughter cousin..... Some have just fallen the wrong way and some need some help coming back up and that sometimes is in the form of a laundromat so they can be warm and cozy and some soaking clothes from the street.... anyhow For example, my washer works at home and my dryer is broken so we wash our clothes at home and bring them here to be dried. But that is now against the rules at this establishment. I was chewed out this morning by an elderly Asian man hanging signs about how you can only wash and dry together here. What a disappointment to the community. He kept telling me it was because homeless people come in and put things in and then they have to disinfect it and I told him that was the way of the world and the way of his business. If he's going to work in a laundromat, he's going to have to expect that people are going to put things in. Sometimes that aren't the best or that are going to need some extra assistance. Not everybody has the sound mental health to understand how everything works. Extremely disappointing and extremely gas lighting by the manager. I will no longer be coming here and I hope anybody who needs to just dry their clothes won't either, because now they'll kick you out.

Very friendly staff and pretty clean. It's in an older building so it isn't as shiny or fancy as…read moresome of the newer locations around but the staff is friendly, it looks to be cleaned often, and the machines are in good working order. I needed to wash bedding and then one load of regular clothes since we are currently without power at home thanks to the recent wind storm. Both machine sizes worked well and the dryers seem to be doing a good job. My only critique is that there are only two chairs so most people wait in their cars. Before you go: This facility is cash only with a quarter dispensing machine that takes up to $20 bills so make sure to bring cash instead of card. That said, these machines are priced a little lower than most of the debit card taking ones so that's a plus.

I came to do laundry last week in the morning and it was already flooded. The floors looked soaked…read moreand half the machines were broken or falling apart. The woman working there was stuffing towels under a hose from one of the machines. She was also heavily insistent and persistent about trying to get the man next to me to put his detergent in the bleach compartment during the spin cycle. He tried to refuse but she physically grabbed his belongings and did it for him. He had to re wash his clothes when she did that because the detergent didn't rinse off, being the spin cycle and all. He washed it again silently and she kept coming by to check on his laundry. Then she got frustrated with him for starting the wash again. She didn't understand what he was trying to explain happened because of their language barrier but she also wasn't letting him speak or even trying to listen to him.
