I went here to wash linens and a huge comforter. It was nasty dirty and hadn't been kept up in a while. Dirt in corners and hair on the floor. I loaded my laundry into 2 big machines only to find out that the coin changer was broke. Had to take my stuff out of the machines and left. UPDATE: To the business manager's reply, yes, it is the correct location. This laundromat is in the North Benson Fred Meyer complex. It's next to Jerry's barber shop and a nail salon on the south side. This place was filthy. Coin changer out of order. I spoke Spanish with the patrons who were there. They told me mucho basura & no dinero. Only 2 coin changers, not 4... Red light on both aka out of order. No other coin changers. I've looked at other reviews that you said reviewers were rating the wrong laundromat...they are not lying. That many people can't all be liars. Keep your place of business fully operational and clean, you won't have 1 star ratings. read more

Pleasantly surprised, it's clean, well lit, and conveniently located in a shopping center, can do your banking, get your Sbux fix, or snd shopping at the same time. Machines are fairly new, including large Electrolux dryers, $5.50, $4.50, & $2.50 per load depending on size. Dryer is $.25 for 4 minutes, but it's really fast. Plenty of baskets, and coin exchange machines. Bathroom was clean, and the attendant was very informative and friendly. Only 3 folding tables 1 large, and 2 small ones, though they have a coin operated laundry soap & softener disperser, they lack bleach. Overall, it's one of the best laundromats I've been, though smaller in size than most. read more

2 guys walk in off the street loudly then they scope place, go thru the lost and found and then they both in the bathroom FOR WELL OVER 30 MIN. DOING ONLY GOD KNOWS WHAT.... I am here as Im typing this and I'm disappointed. Maybe because I am comparing it to the one on rainier (Renton Laundry) which is amazing. This one ONLY ACCEPTS COINS (caps for the people who don't like to ready lengthy reviews :) PRICES LISTED ARE WRONG, says one thing on their signs but on the actual washers themselves it says another thing. Ended up paying $4 more than what the signs said but there is NO STAFF AVAILABLE ANY DAY OR THE WEEK.. they only have security cameras watching you, so I couldnt even complain to a face, that's why I'm on yelp. It's a nice location because of Starbucks and Fred Meyer, and at least it was clean. Hopefully this better prepares you before coming to this location :) read more

Very clean and excellent, well maintained machines that were super quick. There is a customer only bathroom that was clean and well stocked. They have a coin operated dispenser for detergent, dryer sheets, etc. I also appreciated the multiple folding tables and ample carts. Ended up going to this one when my regular laundromat was unavailable. This one is okay but a little pricey on the dryers. The washing machine I used was one of their bigger ones and was a little over $7 which was fine since that's about what I pay at my regular one. The dryer though was something like .25 for 4 minutes. I'm used to .25 for 10 mins. But it is open early so that's a bonus and it's located bu Fred Meyer, Starbucks, Taco Bell. Door says 6:00 am but people were coming and going when I got there around 5:30 so that was nice. You'll need to get here early, though, if you want a good parking spot as its located in the same strip mall as Fred Meyer, a hair salon, nail salon etc. There also isn't a lot of places to fold your clothes so you may have to wait if someone gets to the folding tables first. Also, the change machine is awkwardly located. I missed it the first time I came in. Had to ask someone. This one will be my go-to if my regular one is unavailable. read more

The lady who runs the store is very nice and welcomes you in and points you to open machines. The place was packed so it was good to know which machines were open. The owner strikes up conversation with customers as they sit and wait for their clothes making the atmosphere seem very homely and welcoming. I'm gonna come here more often haha or at least if the washing machine stays broke. This is a good spot. read more

I love this place this place is super busy on weekends if you have rowdy kids like I do I don't recommend going on weekends(early morning is best) I love this place they attendant here is super helpful and has change when u need it as well as two quarter machines which are normally fully stocked and ready to go. It's super clean and affordable I can normally was one giant load for $6 to $7 that's covers 3 ppls laundry for a week. .25Cents per 4 min on dryers all around I would recommend this place to everyone it's an awesome affordable clean place to bring your laundry. read more

This is the BEST laundromat! Vonna is the best! She keeps this place impeccably clean! Clothes always come out super clean. Their washers/dryers , floors and counters are always being wiped down so you don't have to cringe when you're by yourself folding sheets or when your unmentionables fall on the floor!! All the machines work good. I thought maybe I would spend the whole afternoon to wash my two comforters and some clothes. But surprised it saved my time. Just about half hour I finished all the wash work. It's really wonderful. And all the people wash there are very kind, the help me to use the machines and how to set the time. Because long time not doing the wash I almost forgot how long it will take. So feel good about the experience there. Will come back for sure. read more

By far the cleanest laundromat I've ever been in. It's almost 5 stars except for two things: 1) The last load goes in by 7 pm which seems very early to me; 2) There is a sign that says 'No blankets or comforters---ANY SIZE.' Other than that it's clean with great working machines. read more

My fiance and I live in apartments with laundry rooms. Unfortunately people are less than attentive when it comes to keeping things moving. Today, that meant having wet clothes with no dryer. After patiently waiting for some time, I mentioned that I had seen this laundromat and that we could take our clothes there to dry. Maybe if it looked food, we could save ourselves some hassle and just and do laundry there in the future. And that plan is now shot. No sooner did we walk through the door to the dryers were we approached by the owners daughter. She started talking about how it wasn't their policy to allow people to just dry clothes. At this point, I'm thinking she's telling us to leave so I point out that there are twenty dryers open and ask why she can't spare thirty minutes with one. She then tells me " if you'll let me get to it..." If I'll let you get to what? Apparently she was going to tell us that this time it was ok but not again. She also said that the policy is really clear and on a sign. I tell her that we just walked in and didn't have time to breath much less read a paragraph long sign. She then said she didn't need my attitude and that I was being hostile. Oh my. I swear to you the above account is what happened. Was I irritated? Yes. Was I hostile? Absolutely not. I know I'm not from the area, but to me that seems like pretty thin skin. I went on to explain my perspective to her and said that if she would have started off with the "good news" maybe I would have been more receptive. She then said some nonsense about it not being fair to actual customers and that she didn't know where our clothes were coming from and they might have chemicals on them. Listen- I get it. You need to make money, and you don't do it with the dryers. That's fine. But why drag out the news? Personally, I don't know why I would choose to dry dangerous chemicals onto my clothes, but it's beyond the point. If someone wanted to dry clothes that were already dry, I would be suspicious. But come on. At the end of the day, if this place is close to you, it will get the job done without a problem, but if knowing about this kind of general attitude bugs you, go somewhere else. read more

On my third week traveling for work I needed a drop off service. I came in here on a Wednesday afternoon about 2. After yelping googling and using waze to find the place there was no attendant and the office window was shuttered. I'm not dropping off anything to anyone that can't guarantee their hours. They have 3 sizes of washing machines. And while they are more expensive than the washer/dryers in my apartment. They are a lot bigger (even the small washer) so that balances out. The place is clean, and seems like it's very well maintained. Next time I can't do laundry at my place I will go here. It is a bit further away from me than other places, but it was clean and the machines worked really well. And they were clean. read more

I have nothing to say but positive things about this laundry mat . It is the cleanest one I have ever been in . I have reached out to every laundry mat in burien, Renton highlands, Kent , Tacoma and Redmond m; by far this is the cleanest one. I am really spoiled because some friends of mine Refered me to get my laundry professionally washed ,cleaned ,dried and folded by Vonna Nguyen . She is super professional always available when i need her & she will even take me close overnight and have them ready the next morning. It's not costly always reasonable. I don't have to buy laundry soap or tell her what has stains in in it . She folds my boyfriends clothes and mine neatly & in order categorizing them perfectly. She always has a smile on her face & and texts or calls back immediately every time . She is a hidden gem in the Renton. I have an extra large (king size) Sherpa fleece comforter that wouldn't fit inside my washing machine at home so I went around sunset boulevard in Renton to a couple places to find out their large machines were busted. So I drove up the hill to Benson and came here to find out that I can drop off a comforter and have it cleaned and come back to pick it up for $17.50 which is pretty much the same I would spend in change washing and drying it. The owner gave me a lock combo to keep my belongings in a cabinet away from others and even sent me a text message when it was ready for pick up. She was simply amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I asked for her business card because I definitely plan on coming back. I highly recommend this place. Vonna was really sweet! read more

There are a lot of washers and dryers but no modern conveniences (e.g. Credit card enabled machines), 5 chairs, machines don't seem to be well maintained. As soon as I added sops it started to drip into machine. For me, It's considerably shabby and I'll happily travel further away next time. read more

Before I have been coming here for two years and have enjoyed it better then other laundromats I've been to. It's very clean and never had any problems with the machines. When I have a ton of laundry, I usually do the drop off service and it saves me a ton of time and my clothes are folded perfectly every time. Washers are great only thing I can't stand every time I come here is the dryer just sucking money out of me because my clothes never dry all the way . The dryer will stop like every 2 minutes and then resume after 10 seconds what the heck is that all about . Great hours, always clean and the signage for everything, and I mean everything is great, gas dryers and they dry your clothes all the way. Folding tables and plenty of carts to use. They have a change machine and I have never seen it broken and vending machine for soap dryer sheets etc. and if something Goes wrong, like it took your money but won't start, you can call the emergency phone number and they actually will answer or get there as quickly as they can, this is the best little Laundreymat around here! read more

Very clean fast washers and dryers. Prices are a bit high .25 cents for 4 minutes of drying. They have smaller regular washers for $2.50 + an additional .25 cents for hot water. They have bigger units for $5.50, $3.50 and $4.50. I'll probably come back to do bigger items. read more

I use the laundrymat here often for my comforters and bedding. They always have enough carts to accomodate its' patrons. Their washers have a fresh smell with sterling front loaders which clean my items well and without abusing them. The washers also have an optional short wash if that suits your fancy. The dryers work fantastic and tend to take less time (time is money) to dry thoroughly. The facility has an attendant so the place is never unruly and there is a Fred Meyer attached for shopping while items are washing. read more
