Sent my husband there and instead of the 5$ per large machine my mother paid they charged him 5$ pending on our debit card and then 10.50$, 13.50$ and 20.20$ when initial swipes for a regular load was listed at 13.50$ per machine. This place will scam you and we are not coming back, even better when I called their number today it was disconnected so you can't reach them. If I could dispute the charges I would, do not wash your clothes here unless you like surprise charges. read more

I have not been to a laundromat for years. And this was an unexpectedly pleasant experience! Clean and well-maintained. A staff member was there the three times I was there, again very pleasant. Paying requires no quarters, just a credit card. You want hot water? A small additional charge. Makes sense. They will be adding a drop-off laundry service soon for those who need it. For the purpose of visit my here today, thankfully, wasn't to wash any personal clothing. Specifically here laundering large bulky pet beds. For this purpose this establishment was alright for this kind of service. Their largest washers have a 4 load capacity which was ideal for one very large/bulky dog bed. Cost for each one load full is $5.75 a wash full. Not bad prices, comparably to other like kind establishments. Others I have used in the past where as high as $7.00 to lowest of $3.50. Making this fairly reasonable. There are various sized dryer's. Large to regular drying capacity. Large, fast drying .25 cent's for 3 minutes. Regular dryer .25 cent's for 5 minutes. However, with this said, there are "No Onsite" Employees or public postings for any "Covid-19" standards, distancing or even mandatory face mask. Even though I took precautions, not everyone coming into this business had, nor seemed to care otherwise. Even though there is a "public" restroom, there is no onsite personnel wiping down machines or bathroom fixtures. There were dry paper towels, (during my time here - which was surprised about), making my visit a bit more user friendly, from my user aspect. Only grabbing what I needed during my time here. My final thought is, take ever effort to protect yourself while using this laundromat during the "Covid-19" state regulations and guidelines yourself while using this business machines for your laundry needs. read more

New machines that work great and look super clean! Pricing was expected as washing was a little pricey but drying is really fair and a great value! I did 9 loads of laundry including towels, blankets, clothing all within 2 hours! Yay! This is the second time I came and I choose to come late in the week and it was busy. This time I went early in the week around mid-day and it was empty! It looks like it's an older building so the floors look kind of dirty. Rated a 4/5 because some machines are out of order and the floor looks like it hasn't been swept in a few days. Also there are no outlets to plug-in your phone to charge. However, there is a nail salon next door, grocery store, and gym to kill time while waiting for laundry. read more

I washed and dried four loads of laundry today and have to say this place is lovely! Everything is very clean, the new machines are super efficient, and the gal working was very friendly and kept on top of everything. The floors as others have noted are older, but have clearly been cleaned despite their age and everything is well maintained. Machines take quarters and debit cards and they have a quarter dispenser that takes paper money. I highly recommend this place and will be back. read more

I had used the laundromat for years for all my big quilts and sleeping bags, so while my house was being recently being repaired after a fire, I went up and could tell someone was re-vamping the place. I found out there was a new owner and about a month or so later, there were all new machines and someone was in fact taking care of the place. The large capacity machines are great for all the big stuff and it was easy to access. Saturday mornings were a bit hectic but never had to wait too long. Glad it was available and thankful the new owners seem to take some pride in the place. Little by little I've seen some work being done to improve the looks. AK read more

Lol NO!! So I found this place on Yelp, trying to find a laundromat closer to my house. I've been here twice and both times have been discouraging. After today's visit I will not be returning... although it is convenient. It seems as if management is severely lacking. It would be nice if somebody could stop in or just gave a damn about the cleanliness of the place a couple times a day. I've included some pictures. To start, the price is much more expensive than other local laundromats. Seems like kind of a rip off being that they can't even take a minute to clean the damn machines. There's animal hair everywhere!!! Today I found a big pile of hay below three of the washers, even the doors of the washers aren't cleaned. I'm really not sure if the facility has ever been swept either! Dust bunnies collect in all the corners and even on some of the walls. The bathroom seems clean however. They do offer a vending machine with all of the laundry supplies including bags, and it seems like they have pretty standard laundry mat hours. Unfortunately, the place is absolutely filthy!!! I am currently sitting in the parking lot waiting for my laundry to finish up. While changing loads, I heard some noise coming from one of the locked doors. The door has a peephole and there are cameras everywhere. I saw a woman walking in but never came out of the laundromat! Thinking about it... The woman most likely works here and is back there watching TV rather than cleaning the laundry mat, which adds to my frustration! This place is a no go, and has apparently gone head downhill over the years. The comments are out of date, and amazing were given 3 to 4 stars. I gave one star because I had to, not because I wanted to. Not worth the money, the drive, or the frustration. UPDATE: Ive noticed the doors of the dryers don't close properly, be sure to watch them.. Mine popped open in the beginning of the cycle. Also, 40 minutes in an extra large dryer on high heat should've been WAY more than enough to dry a large size load! At least it is in any other laundry mat I've been in that has the extra large dryers. So, not only is this place charging you extra but they don't even monitor the heat on the dryers. Total scam, now my frustration has turned into anger! Hey but thanks, I love being ripped off!!! Ugggh!!! read more

Change machine, soap, laundry bags, clothes racks, vending machine for drinks and a restroom. You will never get bored since there is a lot of shops and restaurants near by. Even though I have wonderful front loaders at home some stuff just doesn't fit! So I go here! Did you know your suppose to wash your pillows once a week? Your pillows, not pillow cases, pillows, yuppers! So I get them all together and take them and wash them all in their biggest washer on the hottest temp. Great place. I use it mainly 2 wash my king size comforter since it is 2 big for my washer. I can wash 5 huge blankets in 1 load & be done! Has a machine in there to get coins for the washer and dryers. Takes $1's, $5's and $10 dollar bills. It also has detergent if you forgot yours, but if you did, it is right in the QFC shopping center that you can run and grab one as well. Happy am I that this place is close by when I need it. I wish persons would clean up after themselves. For instance, when their washed cigarette butts and ear plugs fall out of their pockets in the dryer, they should pick up after themselves. I can't see the owners cleaning out the dryers after every use. I CAN SEE people owning how they utilize the machines. read more

Im very unhappy with this place...I spend almost 200 dollars a month here and cant get ahold of the manager to save my life...if something happens there is no emergency contact Info...the phone number rings at the unsupervised laundromat. ..voicemail is full...never a refund when u spend 575 to wash and the washer stops in the middle or if a melted crayon is in the dryer and ruins 5 plus loads of laundry... very unhappy read more

This laundromat is clean and feels safe to be in. Unfortunately for me, the day I visited one of the washers I used did not spin properly, leaving my clothes heavy with dripping water which cost me an extra few dollars and an extra 40 minutes of time to get dry. And the 1st dryer I put clothes in took a dollar of quarters and would not start. The really frustrating part was when I called the number listed for the business and got a recording saying the mailbox was full and I could not leave a message. It was a bummer read more
