They've always been friendly whenever I've come here, drop off laundry, pick ups. I think the pricing is pretty decent.

First off, I've been coming here for years and been doing this exact routine for these past few years and no one has said a single thing to me. You are no longer allowed to come to this establishment to only dry your clothes. And I know some people don't believe this to be true but homeless people are people too. They're someone's mother, sister, brother, father, daughter cousin..... Some have just fallen the wrong way and some need some help coming back up and that sometimes is in the form of a laundromat so they can be warm and cozy and some soaking clothes from the street.... anyhow For example, my washer works at home and my dryer is broken so we wash our clothes at home and bring them here to be dried. But that is now against the rules at this establishment. I was chewed out this morning by an elderly Asian man hanging signs about how you can only wash and dry together here. What a disappointment to the community. He kept telling me it was because homeless people come in and put things in and then they have to disinfect it and I told him that was the way of the world and the way of his business. If he's going to work in a laundromat, he's going to have to expect that people are going to put things in. Sometimes that aren't the best or that are going to need some extra assistance. Not everybody has the sound mental health to understand how everything works. Extremely disappointing and extremely gas lighting by the manager. I will no longer be coming here and I hope anybody who needs to just dry their clothes won't either, because now they'll kick you out. read more

Found this place because our hotel (Comfort Inn -Auburn) does not provide/offer a laundry facility, so we've had to go elsewhere. Had gone to 5-Star Laundry and Wasco laundry mats, however, there is not a tenant on site if issues arise. So, I found this place, is my third time here and have been pleased!. Mind -a few of their machines are out of order, but they still have plenty for you! Four rows of washers (their count goes up to 57), and dryers wrap around (about half) the facility with the dryer count going to 53. read more

Staff is friendly for the most part, not many seats. The machines have been pretty clean, though the dryers don't always feel the cleanest. It's a bit more expensive than any other laundry. Other then that it's a decent place up wash your clothes. read more

I put in the coins to get detergent from their machine. First dollar accepted and then gave me my product. The machine took the second dollar but didn't give me anything. I went to the man up front and told him I thought maybe it was stuck since nothing fell down. He shoved a knife up there and said nothing's stuck. Walked away and came back with 4 quarters and said if this works it's not my machine and I will not give you a refund. Keep in mind they have cameras right above the machine. It works. I asked him if he could check the machine because even though I had the money to purchase it again it was the fact that it didn't give it to me and basically saying I was lying because he got the machine to work just fine. Left a note for the manager to check the footage and give me a call. He could have easily checked it and saw when I put the money in that it didn't give me anything rather than running on a whim if it works for me next you lied. Will never come back here. I love this laundromat ! I typically hate going to public laundry facilities because people can be rude or creepy and the staff are careless, but this place to different. The staff are friendly and helpful because one of them actually took the time to show me how to use the washer and the dryer machine. They're easy to use, and I feel like the machines are always available. Another bonus is I can easily get my grocery shopping done while waiting for my laundry since Hong Kong Market and Safeway are just 5-7 minutes away. One last brownie point is this laundromat opens 7 days a week from early in the morning to late in the evening. That's awesome! My only dislike is the little parking lot in front of PT. I had an experience where there was a big pick-up truck parked in front of my car, but at least the driver was nice to help guide me backing out my vehicle. Then, I encountered another big pick-up truck trying to enter the little parking spot as I was trying to exit. If you want your life easier as I do for mine, I suggest you should park your vehicle out of that little parking lot. The small space is such a hassle for vehicles keep going in and out. read more

Haven't been to a Laundromat in years... and it is usually rundown and filthy. This place wasn't anything close to what I thought. Clean and friendly staff, I walked in with my comforter and she told me what machine I should use. $4.75 to use their Medium size washer and .25 per 6 minutes for large dryers. Dirty, rusty, barely functional dryers at best. Washers poorly maintained, dirty, bleach residues to ruin your laundry. Yet that's not the problem. The owner seems to be a little nazi, like he thought the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld was neat. Tell him the dryer won't stay closed? He insults your intelligence and tells you to start it despite it not staying shut. He seems fine with your clothes falling out on the floor. Talk to your spouse about anything? He inserts himself, tells you not to argue (with him, presumably) or he'll kick you out. If you want this fascism, you can have it. He begins closing the laundry hours before closing time, causing the process to run late due to most of the equipment being cordoned off hours before close. I won't ever come back except to check for the nice, friendly and helpful woman who probably quit since we were here last, our first time, to tell her we won't be back because the owner is a little, limp dork. read more

Good Laundromat! I used a very large washer for $6.50. It fit 3 loads, which was everything I had. I could have put in more if I had more. They had good TV's and the volume was turned up enough so that you could watch if you wanted, but not so much that it would intrude on your listening to an iPod or something. The dryers are excellent. I used the largest and it only took 20 minutes on low heat to dry all of my things, including jeans and sweaters. One star was subtracted because on the large washers, I couldn't find where to load the soap. Luckily I was with someone over 6 feet tall so he saw that they were on the top of the washer. I had him put in the soap, but I definitely wouldn't be able to do it myself. I wonder if they have a step stool for people under 5'3" who have lots of laundry? The man working was friendly, smiled, and waved goodbye when I left. It was a pleasant experience and I'll go back for my next mass laundry occasion. Over all, to wash and dry my many clothes, it costs $7.00 and took about an hour. Not bad. They close at 10pm, last wash at 8:30pm. I had to call for the hours, so hopefully this saves someone the trouble, because their English (at least on the phone) is pretty broken. read more

I have never spent much time in a laundromat. I usually only go to one when I am cleaning my winter blankets or when I have something big to wash. However, this summer I made the conscious decision to do my laundry at this place. My husband and I have gone to this laundromat every weekend since it began to heat up. I wrote a poem describing my experience this summer. I don't frequent laundromats but every now and then I need one when washing our comforters. I normally have low expectations with laundromats. But this one far exceeded them! It's newer but that's not the only reason it is incredibly clean. You can tell from the minute you walk in that the owners take pride in this place. True, the machines are more expensive than the ones you might find at older, more run-down laundromats. But they have huge ones that can easily handle several loads of laundry. Same for their dryers. Bonus that their dryers don't seem to have hot spots! (No one wants burnt laundry.) As I noted earlier, the place is spotless. I would have no problem letting my kiddo play on the floor here. And they have nice tv sets and lots of magazines to read. I left one star out because they could honestly use a couple extra tables for folding space and their prices are on the steep side as far as laundromats are concerned. But when all is said and done, thanks to them my few laundromat experiences have been very enjoyable. read more

I went there today and I have to say what a great experience it was. I haven't been to a laundromat in years so I asked the owner for help. She was so accommodating and helpful. She helped me get my first load underway and even put the detergent in for me. Once I moved it to the dryer she came over to check on me and didn't want me to over-dry my comforter. Place was super clean, machines were clean and well taken care of, and the bathroom was very clean! I'll be back for sure! read more

Worst place, they machine are won't work probably but they expect you to keep putting money in them! I used the big machine 7.25 my clothes was still soaking wet, obviously the last cycle didn't do it correctly and an error was in the machine. The owner said because the clothes was wash I had to put another $7.25 and just run quick wash! I won't keep putting money into your broken machines! She said take smaller machines even if I do it will be more because I have to break it into more smaller machines. read more

I love the prices they offer however the gentleman that is there at night really could calm down with the OCD ... Everytime i go there he has something to say to either me or my kids that really just are not necessary. When i go in the morning or afternoon and its the lady there we have absolutely no issues at all. I just told all my neighbors about this laundry mat as i was new and had a great first experience. However now this being my 4th time there i have told them all about the gentleman at night. Not sure if hes really that bored and he has to pick on people or what.... But then to come outside hearing him bad talk the customers to other customers is just not cool. I think i will keep going to the one in federal way they have same setup and no rude employees. Used the drop-off laundry service. Lady who helped me was most friendly and knowledgeable. Laundry was completed on time and bagged nicely.

This laundry mat is the best! I'm a massage therapist at Flynn Chiropractic in Kent (a few streets down), and we take our laundry, drop it off, and pick it up when we need to drop off another load. They are so wonderful at getting it done as well as folding everything so nice and orderly. I really appreciate their professionalism as well; and prices are great! read more

I came here with two loads. I appreciated seeing how clean it was, and they were actually cleaning several of the washing machines when I got there. Everything was good, except the chairs were a bit uncomfortable, and the loads were a little expensive. Other than that, no complaints. read more

Although the machines are good and the place is clean, the owners are not compassionate or caring whatsoever. I was lost so I pulled into a Domino's Pizza parking lot. It was raining like crazy, I had forgotten my phone at home, and was hoping to find a hot spot for my laptop. PT Laundry came up as open but had a screen that said ask attendant for the password. I saw that they were next door so I did. The owner told me that it was for customers only. I tild him I was lost and could he kindly let me just pull up a map real quick. He said no. I asked if he knew how to get to I-5 and he told me to find a gas station go to the restaurant across the street. Totally his right not to be helpful I guess. But I will NOT be using any of his places. read more

I needed this place to help clean stinky college comforters and duvet covers, PT laundry 10/10 came through with amazing and big washers & dryers, an extremely kind and helpful staff, and change machines. I'm usually very picky about the efficiency/health of washing machines, too. This place exceeded all of my expectations. It's extremely clean here as well.
