I used this laundromat today to wash four large blankets. I was very pleased with how clean and well maintained the place is. The attendant, Annabelle, was extremely helpful. She directed me to the washing machines I should use and how they work. I especially liked that the big washing machines that washed and rinsed the clothes twice. Annabelle's customer service was above and beyond. I really appreciate such dedication. Thank you, Annabelle, for being so wonderful today. I hope the owners know what a gem they have in this Annabelle. One request: Would you please provide ALL's scent and dye free laundry detergent and fabric softener in your vending machines. !Not a friendly spot! I've been coming here for the past few years, and appreciate it is generally a warm and friendly place, decent machines, lots of tables, and from a people standpoint the other customers are mostly pleasant, even with the occasional sleeper. No easy disabled spot but the lot is workable. Well, today I screwed up big time by trying a new laundry soap that had too much scent, which I discovered after the dryer had run and I realized the badness. So back in for another full round with plain rinse water.. ..and now I have a parking ticket. This place is a trap. A $79 ticket after two hours. Nice. No warning, even tho I am sitting there in my car waiting it out.. and the lot isn't even full. I spoke with the young gentleman who pleasantly handed me the ticket in person to learn this was standard tactics there; a poor powerless pawn in a game bigger than him, hmm. No tip for that parking valet. Why do they keep an agent on site? Really, for my security? Ironically, I had just propped up their fallen sign last week when I found it on the ground. won't be coming back and am warning off my friends. Stupid mean place: pls fail soon. read more

7/2/2017 Our washer broke and I wanted a Laundromat that had access to things to kill time in. Saw some great pictures on Yelp showing how clean it was and I was sold. It is very clean. I'm pleasantly surprised by the number of washers available and the size variety as well. It's Sunday on a holiday weekend and quiet Single load small washers are $1.75. 3.5 load washers are $4.50. 5 load washers are $5.75. Dryers are 25¢ for 6 minutes. On Wednesdays all small washers are only $1.25. There is a small sink and paper towel holder near the front washers (California Ave side) and a Soap and Bag dispenser near the back entrance. Also a small private parking lot in the back. Note the one way traffic if you're driving. Enter from Admiral just before the Wells Fargo Bank. No restrooms! So plan accordingly. I do see some homeless people but generally have not had any bad interactions. A lot of people have said hello and generally the community vibe is friendly. I have not smelled any marijuana in the air as some have noted on their own reviews. That is not to say that it probably won't happen. Still I've been here about 40 minutes now and haven't seen anything janky so this is nice. There's a lot of community amenities around. On the California Ave side there's a dry cleaner right on the corner in case you have items that need extra care. There's also a theatre right across the street, a pizza shop, a sushi joint and a few other restaurants. On the alley side there's a Bartell Drugs, the Benbow Room where you can grab a beer, The Heartland Cafe, and just behind that a Metropolitan Market. Safeway with a gas station and Starbucks is about 2 blocks away. I've got exactly what I wanted and more here: clean clothes and things for me and the kids to do and snack on while we wait. The location of this joint is prime and I'm happy to make a trip of it again if my washer has more issues. Great Laundromat! read more

West Seattle Coin Laundry gets 4 stars from me because I'm particular about washhouses and I can vouch that this one is well-managed, well-maintained, clean and safe. It's also in a convenient high Walk Score location so while you're doing the wash you can also go grocery shopping, go to the library, get your nails done, have a glass of wine or Happy Hour, go to a movie, take your car to the filling station, do your banking, etc. because all of these services are within one block of this washhouse. I've never seen riffraff or bad shit going down there. The clientele that I'm used to seeing there won't put up with that kind of crap. This is a respectful family friendly establishment and many of us put in our little bit to help keep it that way. They're open 6:30 am - 10:30 pm. There is a $1.25 small washer special every Wednesday. There's plenty of parking all around. I've been coming here off and on for over 8 years and regularly since last summer and have found Gwen C's 1 star review to be unfounded at this time. read more

i come here on occasion to wash blankets and things that are too big to fit in my home washer and dryer. whenever i use the facility, i'm impressed by how clean it is. there are lots of people who use this laundry to do their weekly washing, which is evident from the quantities of baskets they bring in and haul out. the counters are always clean but the trash cans are hidden underneath them so you have to know where to look. the bill changers are always reliable. they change $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills which is handy. i always bring my own soap and fabric softener so i can't speak to what they have available because i honestly haven't checked. the dryers are efficient and even with a load of heavy blankets this morning, i divided it into two dryers, put enough coins in for 24 min each and when i came back, everything was bone dry. i love the fact that i can drop my stuff, walk the neighborhood and do some errands before the 30 min of washing time has elapsed. if you're looking for a clean place where the people are friendly and there are nearby places for you to grab a variety of food offerings, coffee or even walk to the library, bank or grocery store, this place is very well located in the heart of the admiral junction and equally well maintained. read more

This laundromat is super clean. All the machines seem to be in great working order whenever I stop by to do a load or two. I tend to go at off peak times and there's never a wait. It is an unattended self-service place, but the patrons are nice and helpful ad well. I do smell a strong scent of marijuana in one corner though. And when I called the phone number I found using Google for the place, I asked for the Wi-Fi password since my computer found it available, but the lady who answered said they didn't have Wi-Fi in this location and that must be the Burien location Wi-Fi that is showing up on my computer. I just said, "Okay, thanks" instead of trying to explain to her that that's not how those things work. Overall a pretty good place to get your clothes done in about an hour to 1.5 hours. read more
