I felt her authenticity and warm matter-of-fact approach. Others have significantly increased pricing and also offered excuses at the time of payment. Not only was this consistent from start to finish, on time as promised, the work was better. The price point slightly lower so with the service and skill, I'm beyond satisfied and look forward to recommending them. I am pleased I stepped in after grocery shopping just to ask questions!
