I felt her authenticity and warm matter-of-fact approach. Others have significantly increased pricing and also offered excuses at the time of payment. Not only was this consistent from start to finish, on time as promised, the work was better. I called the day prior to get an estimate on a specific type of garment and was quoted with a starting price. I dropped the item off the next day and was told it'd be ready for pickup 5 days from drop off which was totally fine since it wasn't a rush cleaning. The gentleman who helped me was polite and quick to get my info into the computer. I was able to quickly setup my payment method on my phone, apply a fantastic coupon and pre-pay for my item. Additionally, my item was ready for pickup 2 or 3 days earlier than anticipated and I was notified via text. Wonderful experience at Morrell's and I'll definitely be back!
