I wouldn't recommend here, I went in with my high fashion pieces and the customer service just sucked. they couldn't give special care to the items I was bringing in which on average was $4,000 and above even after I mentioned several times I was willing to pay extra to ensure they are done properly the lady was like "yeah nah we can't help" what terrible service, what's the point of having a dry cleaning service if you can't pay special attention to particular items brought in? I ended up given them some work shirts and my Burberry trench but outside of that Definitely loss a Customer. read more

I don't know about dry cleaning, but I took a pair of pants and a jumpsuit to be hemmed/altered. I also took a pair of my pants that I wanted to be used as an example to measure. When I got them back one side was about an inch shorter than the other. Horrible job!!! It was about 2 weeks later that I went back, they did offer to re-do it at no cost (hence the 2 stars) and the lady was trying to tell me I had to wait about 10 days because other people were coming in with alterations and would be made a priority. She also tried to say it was way past the time they would normally take re-do's. The fact I had to plead my case to be done sooner was just absurd and I also didn't know I had a certain amount of time to wear the pants post the hem. I wore the pants on Christmas Eve and got them about 10 days prior so I had to argue that too. The lady was like well you may need to talk the alterations lady and I was open to that too. It was ridiculous. Not to mention they charged 15 dollars, yes 15 dollars to alter the pants and the quality is crap. If they can't even hem pants I'll assume they can't dry clean either. Too many dry cleaners around. read more

I took a full size quilt in to be cleaned. I didn't notice until I came back to pick it up that it had been incorrectly written up as a Queen size quilt. I pointed this out to the lady at the counter and she got angry with me, grabbing the receipt out of my hand, wadding it into a ball and throwing it on the floor. She refused to even talk to me and began looking behind me and talking to the gentleman who came in behind me and proceeded to help him while continuing to ignore me. The only way I could get my quilt back was to pay the incorrect charges for cleaning a Queen size quilt. Will definitely not be doing business here again. read more

I went here for several years, got my shirts laundered and pressed. Then I started getting them back with 2 to 3 inch tears along the weave of the fabric on the left sleeve near the armpit. It looked mechanical to me, like a machine was pulling it to hard to failure or the like. I talked with them about it and the lady, very nice, asked the owner. They said it was from deodorant and claimed there was nothing they were doing to cause it. The thing is, it was in the same place each time. I checked the shirts before I dropped them off there and they were fine, no damage. They would come back torn, same area, pretty much the same length of tear. Seven of my dress shirts were ruined there and they didn't take responsibility for it, so I went some where else. I have been taking my shirts to another cleaners for over 6 months. I get them laundered and pressed, just like I was doing here... but NO tears. I'd avoid going here. read more

Every time I've gone in and told them what spots to look for on my clothes, they have come back perfect. I took in a white dress with a blueberry stain and I was delighted that it looks as good as new. And they are always very friendly. read more

I took in a beautiful cashmere scarf along with a couple sweaters and a black pantsuit. They stole my clothes and without a I am sorry or any compensation. I have no doubt in my mind that the Asian lady I handed my clothes to for cleaning kept my clothes. The cashmere sweater was very valuable I guess to valuable to have trusted he. It makes me sick to think of the loss and not want to do something. What I know is that I can't do anything beyond this, God will take care of the thief. read more

I've taken clothing here a few times to be cleaned and pressed. No issues at all and they've been able to get last minute items done for me the next day. The staff I've talked to have been very nice and helpful. The first time I took my fiancé's suit in I had no idea what starching was and couldn't get ahold of him to ask what he wanted. The guy at the counter was really nice and explained all the options and recommended what he thought would work best. read more

I don't know about these other reviews experiences. But I have been taking my husbands 6xlt dress shirts here weekly for the last 6 months, the ladies are always really helpful and the shirts look great when I get them back. I was double or triple charged at other dry cleaners in the area. Told one price and then paid another at pick up, but here they charge me $2 a shirt and they come out clean and pressed perfectly. The shirts are always done in less than 3 days, they sometimes even rush them for me for free. I go out of my way to take my clothes here because it's been the first honest and hardworking laundry service I have found in the Renton/Kent area. I have also had a few Blazers dry cleaned and I paid a reason a reasonable rate for quick and awesome service. I highly recommend. I always pre pay for my clothes. You get a small discount, and there is also less hassle when you pick them up. read more

I'm surprise at the rating ratings 6/2013 and 6/2012. I've been taking my clothes and bedding there for years. I've had great service. I always pre-pay to get the discount. I've been happy with the work they have done on my work pants, dresses, and husbands work shirts. My only complaint is that they aren't a drive through. That would be convenient. They are in a great location. We are remodeling our laundry room so I plan to try out the laundry service too. I'll let you know how it goes. read more

If I could give this review zero or negative stars I would...I expected standard service, but received disappointing and dishonest service. I brought a cute top in for cleaning, but when I brought it home I took it out and noticed that one of my straps was broken, my strap adjuster was gone and it had just been plain sewn back up. I brought it back to tell them what I found and the lady behind the counter said to leave it and will let the owner know about it. I went back to pick it up and all they did was leave a note on my top saying that it was already broken when I brought it in the first time. I was completely burning up inside and so furious of their dishonesty and that they killed my top that I couldn't wear again. I would never have brought in a broken top to be cleaned in the first place. This place is so ridiculous, never thought any business would be so dishonest. I have no idea how it could stay open for so long. read more
