The final straw was one night me and my fiancé were at Coconuts Thai restaurant that is literally right next-door to the cleaners. Both these businesses close at 7pm and we parked at 6:30. It's not like people were banging down the dry cleaners door to get service... I just happened to pull in and didn't see a sign that said dry cleaners only. The old guy goes out to my car and takes a picture. I see him and I go into his establishment and said " did you take a picture of my car" and he said "yes ". and I said "why did you do that" and he said "because I can.".....He then took his hand and waved me out of his store. Absolutely the rudest experience I have ever had and will NEVER go back to this dry cleaners, they will never get another dime from me! Okay fine. A month goes by I call the rug is not ready. Another month.. not ready ..another month not ready every time I called I spoke to a female and the rug was not ready. Called maybe 4-5 times over 4 months. The last time they couldn't find the rug. I had already kind of counted the rug as a loss and was just whatever at this point ended up buying a new rug. No hard feelings, no bad reviews, I should have been more persistent but hey life was busy and I trusted they could take care of things. Anyways- Fast forward to may 29, 2024 I get a very aggressive call telling me to pick up my rug and pay at this point i had already replaced the rug. (I was told it was lost!). He yelled at me and wasn't very nice.
