I was recommended by a coworker for alterations. The moment I walked in I was greeted with welcome smile. Staff was super friendly, professional and kind. I would recommend Classic Cleaners to anyone looking for alterations. I love my pants and I didn't have to spend a bunch for them. read more

I've had good service at this dry cleaners. Same day cleaning. I also had something altered and that took 10 days. Just a simple hem, but it did take awhile to get the pants back. Parking lot is very small because it's shared with other businesses. read more

LIFE SAVERS I desperately needed my wedding dress dry cleaned for my big day after another dry cleaner (not classic cleaners) damages it. Classic Cleaners went above and beyond to make sure my dress was restored and pristine. Not only did they make sure to turn around my dress in a tight timeframe, but everyone was so helpful and kind to made me feel so valued as a customer. I drove almost an hour to their shop, but it was worth the reward. Cannot recommend enough! Future brides, this is a place that can be trusted ! read more

We needed to get a blood stain out of our down comforter and after some research we decided to give CC a call. They explained their approach, the average cost, the possibility that they might not be able to get the stain out, the price and that they could get it done within 3 days. Their location is a bit of a drive, but we were hopeful by their response and the overwhelming positive reviews. Well, we got a text the next day that our comforter was ready for pick-up. We felt discouraged, thinking that they were unsuccessful. But far from it... they even took the comforter out of the bag, inspected it carefully and gave us the thumb up. The stain was gone!! They even carried it out to the car. We are totally impressed with their customer service, their quality of work and are definitely recommending them to anyone who's looking for outstanding service. 10 out of a 10 read more

I dropped off a dress of my daughter's that had ripped at some tulle on a Wednesday afternoon. Classic was hopping (lots of employees and customers!), but I was served quickly. I requested just a sewing alteration, no dry cleaning, and they told me it'd be ready by the following Wednesday. We didn't have to wait that long; I got a text on Monday saying it was ready. The dress was fixed perfectly, and it cost $10 (which felt fair to me given the fix and specialty fabric). Overall, I am glad I found them and would return! read more

I took my wedding dress and husband's suit here for cleaning and they did an amazing job. My dress had grass stains that were removed and looks completely brand new again! read more

They were friendly, fast and fair! I called and came in Monday afternoon to have my son's suit and shirt and tie dry cleaned. His suit had sun lotion collar rings. My son picked it up on Wednesday when it was finished for only $50. Now, it looks like new! They were miraculously able to dissolve the sun lotion completely out of the suit! We were able to confidently travel on Thursday to our event. He looked so sharp:D We will visit again soon! Thank you Classic Cleaners read more

My boyfriend tore his shirt pretty badly and we hoped to salvage it. Classic cleaners was kind, attentive, super fast AND so much cheaper than expected. Now we have a shirt that he can wear again! Thank you! read more

Quality. No issues. My jacket was looking like it was new I would recommend here to take your clothes

$25-35 to have something sewed up no fabric needed just string and some time! that's ridiculous the item itself doesn't even cost that much.

Amazing and professional! I was on a travel for the thanksgiving and when I came back home I found my cat had peed on my bed. There were multiple stain on my duck down comforters and really smelly. I almost wanted to just throw my comforters right away. I found this cleaner and wanted to just gave a try. I didn't expect too much as I knew how hard to deal with cat urine stain, especially the smell. Today I picked my comforters up and they were well packed in the bag and I couldn't smell any urine. This is like a magic! Highly recommend this place and they are really professional. read more

They are super friendly, quick, and provide excellent service. I had my military uniforms tailored and dry cleaned here with no problems!

I moved here 17 years ago and after going to several cleaners that ruined my clothes, I decided to go to Classic Day Cleaners. The prices are higher than surrounding cleaners but the quality of service can't be beat! You are always greeted with a smile. They will call /text if they notice a loose button or fabric issue before they proceed with cleaning the item to get your approval. They even carry your clothes to the car for you. One time I took it to them a wool and silk skirt sealed in a garbage bag. I explained that my friends child had a diaper mishap. They hand washed it, let it air dry so it would not shrink and then dry cleaned it. That's dedication!!! That's why I've been a loyal customer for 11 years! read more

I see a lot of complaint reviews below regarding the price and I really suggest that you ask the cost up from when you drop off your items! I dropped off a suit jacket and a vest that matched and she quoted me $14.75 for the jacket and $9.21 for the vest. When I walked in, I was greeted by such a friendly woman and she smiled the entire time through our transaction. They were very busy, but they were also very kind and accommodating. I dropped off on a Tuesday and was quoted a completion date of Friday, which is fine, because I was in no hurry. My items ended up being done the next day and at pick up I ended up paying $28 and some change. Little bit more than what was quoted. They did, however, take my dry cleaning directly to my car and hang it up for me. This meant I didn't have a chance to check my items before I got home but luckily everything looks great and the food on the vest that I had shown them was cleaned off. I've seen some complaints about spots not being removed and clothing but I would recommend that you always show the employees any problem areas when you leave your clothing with them. They handle a high amount of stuff and pointing out a stain really helps the staff do their jobs better. And check your items at pickup before you leave the store. That way, you can address any issues without coming back. read more

Business is a SCAM and fraud. Visited Seattle area last week from out of town and went on Friday April 14 at 930 am. Drove 25 minutes out of my way from downtown Seattle to bring business clothes needed for Monday meetings in another city. They said they were done receiving clothing for same day service. Without any good explanation at all. And of course Saturday return was out of the question. They prominently advertise the in by 10 out by 4 service on their website. Hell they even have it bright as day on their front signage. It is all a LIE. Falsity in advertising. There is no excuse. Don't patronize this place. read more

A very good place to dry clean down jacket. They are responsive, kind and helpful. The cleaning was done in the afternoon of the second day, after I dropped off my down jacket at noon the first day. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Thank you! read more

The people that run this business are polite and professional. They are Prompt , reasonable and do a great job! Exceeded expectations!

I have had many clothes and suits dry cleaned and altered at Classic Dry Cleaners. Every single time I have had my items completed before their anticipated date. Their customer service is always top notch when I come there, and have always been greeted by a smiling face. I mainly want to place this review to defend this business from the various one star reviews stating a pricey service. I have used many alterations and dry cleaners in the area over my years living in the south Seattle area; the service provided here has been the best hands down. Many of these other alteration locations are much more pricy than CDC and lack a lot of what CDC offers. Hope this review helps: I know how bad reviews, true or not, can hurt a company a lot, just wanted to add some perspective. read more

To add insult to injury with these people, I have just uncovered a Fall/Winter jacket that I had dry cleaned there, that has been wrapped up all summer as pictured, and I see a hole. I wish they had at LEAST made me aware of the hole, and/or tried to sew it back shut. My jacket has barely ever been worn, and it did not originally have a hole in it. It's the INTEGRITY that keeps a business going. I am not the only one who has had issues with them as you can read in the other reviews. Nor would I have a personal reason to fabricate anything with these people after giving them my business and HUNDREDS of my hard earned money. Perhaps take some accountability from here forward, and correct your mistakes. read more

Gets the job done at affordable prices. I've been going to Classic Dry Cleaners for a few months now and haven't had any bad experiences. They're nice people who do a great job. One thing I like is that they have a text system to notify you when your items are ready. This is the first dry cleaning service that I've seen use this so it's pretty convenient because I always forget about picking up my stuff. Also, during my most recent visit, I actually left my stuff there for over a month due to a busy schedule. They were fine with it and never thought to throw anything out, which I appreciated. read more

Who would have thunk I'd write a review for a dry cleaner that's not even local? I discovered Classic pre-pandemic. I gave them all my dress shirts, suits/jackets as well as repair. Quick, efficient, and extremely competitive pricing given the level of service. Who uses collar and sleeve stays for each shirt ensuring wrinkle free delivery. The kicker is I travel 14 miles to this dry cleaner. Enough said about it being worth the drive. read more

Perfect work for decent value. Will go again. On time delivery but charged extra for quick delivery

My first time ever going to the dry cleaners and I'm so glad it was with Classic Dry Cleaners. They're so sweet, as soon as you walk in the atmosphere is so welcoming and cheerful. Not only are they inviting but you get good quality dry clean for an affordable price (in my opinion). I brought them my oversized chunky knit cardigan that had debris and wood bark from dragging down the floor. They cleaned her up so nice it was unbelievable. Along with my wool cardigan, I ended up paying 36 for both. I wish they were a tip based service they really are good at what they do! read more

This is my neighborhood dry cleaners and they are simply the best! I'm so lucky they are only a few minutes from our house. They do great work. They removed some very tough stains on my clothes. They text you when your garments are done. And usually they are done earlier than expected. The customer service is top-notch. Everyone who works here is very friendly and caring. It is easy to trust them with sensitive/valuable clothes and garments. read more

I fell in mud in January 2022 and thought I ruined my brand new coat and jeans. I couldn't part ways with them just yet and rather put them in a paper bag and in the back of my Subaru to "take them to dry cleaner." Long story short, they sat in the back of my Subaru until December of 2023 when I finally got around to bringing them in to Classic Cleaners. I was shocked when they texted me within the week telling me they were ready for pickup. They look AMAZING and I am so happy to have them back in my closet! I was also very impressed with the text alert updates and that the cost was far less than I thought it would considering they were caked in mud. 10/10 would recommend! read more

This place isn't too far from my house, very clean, in a nice location with parking! Brought in one shirt to have the make-up stains taken out and to be pressed. Pressing job wasn't the greatest I've ever had, but the shirt still looked good! It was $7. They texted me when it was ready the next day which was really convenient! Will definitely come back! read more

They did a competent job of dry cleaning my shirts & suits. However, they absolutely did not inspire confidence when I went to collect my clothes and ran around the shop looking for They also charged me incorrectly for my suit and they split the jacket & pants as opposed to a suit. Prices, since they don't have a list & only tell you when you go in person Shirts 2.99 Trousers 7.99 Jackets 11.99 Suits 19.99 It's close to where I live so it's ok for a quick order but I'd rather drive a bit and go to my go-to at Aloha Cleaners read more

When my cleaners closed I had to find a new cleaners and I tried Classic because they are fairly close to home. I'm very happy that I did because they are great. Fast service, everything done on premises and they text you when you stuff is ready. Friendly people top it all off. read more

Quality was good. Response time great. Price misleading. Make sure to get a drop-off receipt itemized with a rate for each item. They will give you a blank (0) piece count receipt with a pick up date only if you don't. Hold them accountable to the rate quoted because it will change on pickup with some excuse about what extra had to be done. Very misleading! read more

AMAZING service provided! I relocated to Renton over a year ago and was looking for a good drying cleaning service.
