I sent off some clothes for a light cleaning, nothing serious. They came back smelling putrid - the cleaner had clearly reused solvent and made my clothes reek of other people's body odor! Rinse agreed to clean them a second time, and once again they came back with a gag-inducing stench. The most disappointing part is that Rinse will not disclose where it takes your clothing, so now I'm stuck not knowing which cleaner reuses solvent. I love Rinse! I've got 3 kids involved in multiple activities, so our family of 5 generates a lot of laundry. As a person with a disability, it is difficult for me to keep up with all of our laundry. We're on a regular plan and when I think about all of the time it saves me, it is definitely worth it. The bag that they give you is a generous size, and easily holds a week's worth of clothing for us, with room to spare. I have been using Rinse since December 2024. I did a test run with 3 other companies comparing services, prices, convenience. Rinse came out the winner. Their open communication via online or a phone call, answered all my questions. I have my nice looking bag I put out in the hallway at night for pick up, I choose next day delivery and it's here the following night, clothes so neatly folded most need no ironing. I have a lot of options to choose from such as hypoallergenic, oxiclean. They separate the darks from the lights but launder my order individually, no mixing with others. It is such a time saver! After they charge you for laundry service, then charge you for delivery service, they add a 5% "service fee". What they just did is steal $5 from their driver. The shirts came back so badly wrinkled that I could have just put them in my in-unit washer, fluffed them for a few minutes in the dryer, and then hung them dry. What a waste of money. read more

Rinse bought out Loopie and almost doubled the prices. They did a great job with the laundry - all items were beautifully folded, smelling fresh, looked great. However, three bags cost $150, including a New Customer $50 discount (in other words, it would've been $200). It's *way* too expensive. They offer a scheduled service at a discount but I don't want that as I'm too unpredictable. If you're money-conscious, don't use Rinse. If money doesn't matter, then Rinse would be a good choice. read more
