I take no pleasure in leaving this bad review. I have been bringing my dry cleaning here for 20+ years and alterations too. Service has always been excellent, friendly service. But I picked up a sweater last week, went to wear it and discovered a huge stain on the turtleneck collar. Very large stain. It was not there when I dropped it off. I would definitely have noticed. I'm very careful with my clothes. I understand things happen, I wouldn't have let this ruin my relationship with this business, but I just got back after taking it in to discuss this with them and they denied that they had anything to do with it. Please, if you fucked up then admit it. I am blown away by their complete denial. They have just lost several hundreds of dollars a month in business. It's a shame. These guys are apparently great until something goes wrong, but when it does you're on your own. Just be aware. read more

I recently took my suit here to be dry cleaned. I had never used this company before. They did a really great job with my dry cleaning. I thought the price was a little on the high side for a dry cleaning, but quickly remembered its Seattle and cleaning is more expensive here. The reason I am giving four stars instead of five is the customer service wasnt great. When I dropped off my suit, the lady wasn't that nice, and when I picked it up, the guy seemed a little rude and I went in the drive-thru lane and still had to physically get out of my car. Otherwise, they cleaned my suit well and it was spotless! I would totally recommend them, just dont expect world class customer service. read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I never post any reviews at all, but this is something I feel the community and neighborhood should be aware of. I am new to the neighborhood and wanted to support businesses within my neighborhood. I first visited this place in the fall, I wanted a few things done and primarily a grey coat that had a large coffee stain in addition to getting a small rip on a pant. Fast forward to pick up, the stain was not removed and when confronted, they shrugged their shoulders and said it was impossible to remove it. When I checked the pants after paying for the service they realized they had not repaired it and quickly ran a quick stitch trough their machine, afterwards not only did they inflate the overall cost of services but charged me double for fixing a half inch rip. Fast forward to today. I decided to give them a second chance, I figured they would be able to remove a stain from a very thin sweater and deodorant stains from a white knit top. When I dropped off the 3 items I asked how much it would cost and agreed to the price (which btw was still incredibly overpriced). When I picked up the items, they again told me they could not remove the stains, I was confused as deodorants stains aren't hard to remove. The service was very fast less than 24hours without my request for a fast service. I was disappointed, but really what aggravated me was when they shrugged it off and asked if I wanted to send it again for additional fees. I told them I would wash the top at home. Once I was ready to pay with disappointment, the person proceeded to charge me triple the original amount, for a service they did not complete! I will never be returning ever again. read more

I've used them a couple of times, and it was usually overpriced, charging sweater prices for a thin polo. But the last time, two of my tops and one pair of pants were returned with wholes in them. I have been using this service since 2019 and they have always exceeded my expectations. The day before Thanksgiving I really needed a jacket done by Saturday. Even with their machine broken they still got the jacket in my hands by noon today which is Saturday. Impressive! On the day of my father's funeral, these thieves tried to get me to pay again for a suit I'd already paid for when I dropped it off. I showed them the charge on my phone, yet they still followed me out to my car yelling at me, trying to get me to pay them for a second time. Dry cleaners are notorious for sketchy behavior, but this was exceptionally deceptive and thoughtless. Go anywhere else. I know I will. read more

Ridiculously expensive for sub-par service. They were not ready with my clothing on time, and I had to come back a day later. No apology, no compensation for the inconvenience. I had them shorten the sleeves on a blazer, and not only did they charge me $10 more than they quoted, but they also sewed the sleeve slits closed instead of lengthening them and adding back the buttons. This place is great! I came here for the first time to have a dress dry cleaned for a last minute event. I brought it in around 2pm on Thurs and it was ready the next day at 2pm just like they said. I don't have a lot of dry cleaning done but $21 for a 24hr turn around seems pretty reasonable. They also have extremely convenient parking! read more

If you care for your clothing, do not take it here. They have a sign in the store that they are not responsible for missing buttons. That's because their machines mangle most buttons. I took in about 10 shirts, and 9 came back with completely smashed or missing buttons on the cuffs. They were all completely different manufacturers and some of them quite expensive. That was annoying, and then a couple of days later I noticed they had written my name in permanent marker on the inside of all of my white shirts. My shirts are not cheap and I do not want anyone marking them up or putting my name in them like I'm a kid in school. Do not go here!!! read more

I would rather wear dirty clothes than deal with these people ever again. Time and after time I receive snarky, unfriendly service often bordering on just out right rudeness. A simple question as to potential cost of a project elicits an attitude of hostility and anger. And, have you ever wanted some alterations where you need to put on the pants for hemming? Don't go here. You are in the corner window on East Olive Street, up to you to figure out the privacy, no hooks for hanging your clothes ("dump them on the floor") and no stool for sitting to put on your shoes. This has been the dry cleaning and shirt laundering location I've used since 2008. A couple of times a month I take dress shirts and pants, along with the occasional suit or tie, and they always do a good job. The service is always friendly and professional - I've never had a bad experience with the people who work here. My sense is that the prices are about market price for the neighborhood. I've never had an item of clothing ruined, though once, out of hundreds of shirts being cleaned, a button on one of my more well-worn, and poorer quality shirts broke. No big deal. They don't always get tough stains out, but they often do, especially if I point them out when I bring the clothes in. They have convenient hours on Saturday, though with most cleaners, I wish they were open on Sundays. If you're running errands and driving, it's always easy to pull through the drive through bay, and run in really quickly, without having to struggle for parking. read more

I'm absolutely SHOCKED that this place is lower reviewed than the crappy, extremely overrated nearby Phillip's Cleaners. I dropped off several items and having gone to the aforementioned Phillip's before, expected to be told to come back in a week. He told me to come back the next day, despite me coming in less than an hour before they closed! The price quoted was extremely reasonable, again made even more stunning when compared to Phillip's. Upon receipt of my clothes, I was blown away by how perfect my clothes were. Every step of the way, the staff was polite and kind, In addition, I had accidentally left my wallet there and didn't realize it till much later. When I went to look for it later that night in my apartment, I freaked out. But I checked my phone, which had been on silent, and saw that I had a voicemail. It was from the owner, who had tried calling me a couple of minutes after I had left. He told me clearly what I should do to get my wallet and what to tell the person the next morning if it turned out that I had to come in then. They definitely went above and beyond their duties to ensure that I got my wallet back safe and sound! Love them and will always give them my business from now on. read more

Needed a dry cleaner with same-day service. They told me on the phone that they could do same-day service if I got there within 10 minutes. I said I would be there and paid for a ride there and arrived in 4 minutes. They had already started the cycle and would not be able to give me same day service. I have been going to All Seasons Cleaners for 10 years, and they consistently give me friendly service and excellent dry cleaning. In the beginning they would use safety pins on some items, but it stopped immediately after I asked them to put a note on my account not to do so. I mostly bring them work clothing to dry clean, but they have also done a few minor repairs, after which they dry cleaned my items for free. They did a great job on my down comforter, albeit for a price. Most work is done in-house, so you get faster turnaround than at other places, and the driveway makes pick-ups and drop-offs easy the traffic-heavy Cap Hill. For what it cost me to wash a comforter, a few bed sheets, + one shirt. I can buy a new luxury comforter. They charge over $100 for washing these items. It's crazy expensive! I walked in and another lady was arguing the shocking sticker price $66 for two blankets. When I asked why, they told me the washed and hand pressed them because they were nice shirts. I wouldn't call a $10 Ross shirt nice. I starting using All Seasons Cleaners when I lived on Capitol Hill several years ago. I've since moved to Maple Leaf, a good 7 miles north, and I still drive back to the Hill (even with horrendous traffic and a pain-in-the-neck trek to a neighborhood to which I have little need to return) to use them. They're that good. Incidentally, I wear suits and laundered shirts daily, including Canali, Zegna and Armani, and I trust them with these folks. On the occasional instance when I can't make it down to the Hill and use other cleaners, I've always regretted it. All Seasons gets my shirts exactly how I like them, and they're the only cleaners I've ever used who, when noticing a stain they were unable to remove, wait for me to point it out and ask permission to try again with a more aggressive method, always without extra cost. Over the years, an *occasional* button may have been broken, but they're repaired instantly and without charge. Service is always professional, friendly and fast; they do a good job. Their prices seem to be consistent with other cleaners in the area, their hours are more convenient than most (they can do same-day service on Saturdays for just about anything and they're open most holidays), and their service just can't be beat. Convenient location with a drive-through so you won't need to find parking. The people who work there are always really friendly. And not in that creepy way -- they're genuinely nice. And they do a great job on everything I bring in. Oh, and they have a candy dish near the register that always has butterscotch discs. All Seasons is great. They changed management a few years go. The service is absolutely wonderful. Mei (owner) is the "rain man" of dry cleaning. At this point she knows what I want, I don't even take a receipt and she pulls up my stuff without asking me my phone number. It's AMAZING how she does that and seems like service from another era when people really card. There's an occasional mishap here and there but overall quality work at a very fair price. Overall, All Seasons takes a bit of stress out of a busy schedule and is really great. Excellent in/out parking is a HUGE bonus. read more

I've always had a great experience here. They're freaking miracle workers on stains. I drop off my cream colored vintage coat a couple of times a year after I've spilled on it (wine, coffee, hot dog fixings...) and I always get it back pristine.
