I responded and said my timing was flexible but never heard back. On the plus side, I'm now a client of a competitor on the East Side ( Snoqualmie Suds ). My whites came back gray. My colored clothing came back dulled as if it had been washed with dark clothing. The folding job was terrible! Everything look wrinkled! Some items were folded inside out! I received two towels that didn't belong to me. This left me wondering what items I had sent to them that were delivered to someone else? I had to rewash and bleach much of the order to get the dark coloring out of the whites. I had to steam the clothes that came back completely wrinkled! I suppose this laundry service would be fine if you were college boy who needed somebody to do your laundry. But if you're a adult with reasonable expectations about how your laundry should look, then I think this service is completely and sorely lacking!! When Laundry Out has done my laundry, they have been very, very good, or very, very bad, or not there at all. It depended on who did the job. When V did it, she followed my directions. When she didn't understand, she asked me. She also provided extra help as I am elderly and multiply disabled. I tipped her 24%. She earned it. When A did my laundry, she folded everything fine, but she did not follow my directions as to how to hang my turtleneck tops on hangers that have four rungs, each rung designed to hang and drape a separate garment on. To do this, my directions said to hang one turtleneck in front of the other. Instead of doing that, she packed two or three tops one on top of the other, so all the turtlenecks are more wrinkled than they were before Laundry Out laundered them. They have hung in my closet for over a month now. During that time, I have tried to contact them from 11/7 to now (12/13) by 3 phone numbers, voice and text, email, and their website, to resolve this matter. I wish I could write a more favorable review, but until or unless they resolve this, I can only tell people, my experience has left me extremely upset with their service. Vonne Worth read more

We were excited about the idea of this service, but its execution was lackluster. We were given a four-hour pickup window, yet our laundry sat out for more than two hours beyond that span--enough of a delay that I contacted the service to make sure it was still coming that day. We could've overlooked this issue, but the greater problem is that our laundry (bed and bath linens) came back with a bad, stale smell. It's very disappointing to have to rewash them after the expense and coordination of having them washed by Laundry Out. read more

Lifesavers! Our washing machine died abruptly when we came back from vacation AND our cats were unhappy about our absence, which they let us know about ... on our bed. Yeah, not how I like to end vacations! We couldn't get a new machine delivered quickly due to the pandemic, so we gave a service a try. I was thrilled with how it went. I scheduled the pickup online, and on the day, just left everything on the porch in plastic kitchen bags. A day or two later, I got a bill via email with a link to pay - easy-easy. My clothes were returned folded perfectly, clean, and smelled nice too! I liked that they offer different detergent choices, as I have crazy skin allergies so I have to be careful, and they made it so easy for me. The service ran like clockwork. Pros: they were fast and my clothes are clean. Cons: The washer shrank all of my clothes and ruined the soft fabric. I am not rich, I used this service because I was sick. Game changer! If there's one thing that stresses me out it's a giant pile of laundry. You would think with only 3 people our household wouldn't have much laundry! But with nearby family, dogs, and busy weekends you would be wrong! I didn't know how it would all work but they came and figured it all out for me. We got our second load of laundry back last night and it's such a relief to have it all handled. My favorite part is the option to use hypoallergenic 7th generation detergent. I'm allergic to tide which disqualifies most laundry services as an option for me, but not laundry out. My husbands favorite is how they perfectly fold his numerous tshirts. Laundry Out saves the day! My dryer broke down and had piles of laundry laying around my house. With a baby and a toddler it was just chaotic. This summer, when my washing machine was on the fritz, I used Laundry Out to control the chaos. They were friendly and professional. You have many options to choose from regarding what products you want used on your clothes. The first two times, I sent my clothes off in a couple black trash bags. Two days later, three boxes (brand new) of clothes appeared on my doorstep, folded so neatly they'd have made Maria Kondo weep with JOY. Once I became a regular, my clothes were returned in brand new plastic tubs, that could be reused for both ends of the exchange. A little pricey for me to use full time, but an absolute miracle for times of sickness, broken washers, or high stress. read more

This is a review as a first time customer- I am very, very impressed! My clothes came back very neatly folded and separated by type (towels vs robes and bedding vs clothes) and they followed some specific requests I made perfectly. My clothes had some cat hair (I have cats that shed outrageously) and came back better than when I put them through my laundry machine twice! Really, they were a lifesaver. I had some initial concerns because their communication wasn't exactly as advertised (the weigh in is at the end of their business day and I had to request photo verification, and they also didn't communicate delivery delay due to snow), but considering they answered me promptly and quickly remedied any concerns I brought to them right away, I'd wholeheartedly recommend them to my friends and family. I was a little nervous at first having a stranger washing and folding my laundry but you can definitely tell it was all done with love and I'm so greatful! They come into your house, pick up all your dirty, smelly laundry and put it in big bags, and 2 days later, it's folded perfectly in brand new boxes delivered to your front door. This review is primarily to alert the business owner to the behavior of the employees while representing his/her business. On 6/1/19 at 5:30pm I was driving west on Denny way. They had one lane closed and so I was preoccupied trying to merge from two lanes to one. I didn't notice a vehicle that was headed eastward that was paused apparently trying to enter a driveway that required cutting across our chaos of 2 west bound lanes merging to one. Once I saw him I tried to back up a couple feet for him. He didn't wait for me to make room but cut through aggressively in the small space between the cars, visibly irritated with me for not prioritizing his needs. I thought that was rude enough, then the other person in the car flipped me off! a) you have zero right of way b) I didn't even notice you as your maneuver was an unexpected one from the other direction of traffic and c) what kind of employee flips off random drivers while on business for their employer Since I was stuck there in traffic I had the time to see that it was a laundry delivery service called LaundryOut.com I noted the date and time so the business owner can identify the stellar representatives of his organization. Sad to report a negative experience with Laundry Out. We were regular weekly customers for nearly a year. We had a particularly bad experience with our service last week when our regular delivery driver was replaced by Irmin. He had a clash with our Management staff and had zero patience when we were all trying to get him access to the building for a pick-up. The same thing happened upon drop-off. I am not able to lift our heavy bins we re-use, and my husband told Irmin that when he buzzed him in and he said he was just going to leave the laundry with Reception, which would have been bad enough (they usually get the key from the Property Manager and leave in our apartment), but he literally our Laundry by the front door in the Lobby of our building, which has 100 Apartments, on a Friday afternoon when we were trying to go out of town. Admittedly, this was an unusual experience with them. I was totally polite about this as we were hopeful we'd get our regular driver back, who was great. Then, curiously, I got an email from Irmin personally the next week, that stated they were discontinuing our Service "due to a zoning problem with Seattle" but went on to say they were continuing service in W Seattle and expanding up from there (we are in Ballard). This made no sense to me, as obviously, W Seattle is in Seattle too. It sounded like an impatient person's way of dealing with a busy business where they've stopped appreciating customers enough to make it seem worthwhile to deal with a 2 minute wait of getting buzzed into a building and waiting for a key for our apartment. Lastly, this email was sent with less than 24 hours notice. There are many Laundry Services in Seattle. Why would anyone want to deal with this level of unprofessionalism? read more

I save about 3 hours a week using LaundryOut's service and membership and absolutely love it. All I do is gather up all our clothes, put it outside for pick up time and get my clothes back marie kondo folded and ready to put back! It's honestly just a relief having this service and one less thing for me to do. The staff is amazing, very helpful and sweet. The kids love the candy in the boxes too.
