Lovely customer service. I came here to get my pants hemmed and the lady that did it was so sweet and careful with them. I didn't go for next-day service, since there wasn't any rush on them, but they were still ready earlier than when she said they would be! Costwise the service was a bit more than what I'm used to, but the convenience of the location is great. I also appreciate that she took the effort to learn my name and refer to me by it when she was serving me, even though I've only been here a handful of times. As far as I'm aware there's just the one lady who works here so if there are multiple customers there might be a bit of a line. There's plenty of parking in the area as well. read more

Lakeside Cleaners - Store exterior - Laundry Services Near Me - Kirkland, Washington

Always a great place. The Kim's are nice and attentive to detail. So if you make sure YOU are clear with your visit and instructions. Everything turns out extremely nice. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Kim for your alterations and cleaners shop! **********! read more

Mr. Kim and his wife are excellent owners of Lakeside Cleaners. Their attention to detail and help is so incredible and their workmanship is absolutely outstanding. I have read some of the reviews here. But this shop is well managed. read more

Used them for many years for alterations and cleaning. They've always seemed nice and to do good work. But over $30 after tax to hem pajama pants with just a normal hem seems a bit too steep. Looking for a new place to bring my alterations. read more

Efficient but not super chatty. I tried to point out a spot on the suit but was quickly cut off and reassured that he was look. Was friendly enough for a drop off/ pick up interaction. read more

I've been a customer for a few years and the cleaning and service quality is great. No complaints.

Friendly, no-hassle, professional service, right next to Walgreens in Juanita Village. Prices are slightly higher than what I was accustomed to in California. However, based on my experience thus far, they also handle clothing with greater care than my previous dry cleaner. A MAJOR benefit to using this dry cleaner is that they will hang your clothing on YOUR hangers! That's right! This saves me so much time and effort! I just bring in my hangers with my dry cleaning order and when I pick them up, they're ready for my closet without having to do the old "hanger-switcharoo-so-the-hangers-match-the-rest-of-my-closet." (Anyone else OCD about closet hangers? No wore hangers! Mommy Dearest? Lol!) They also do alterations and repairs. I can't tell you how many times I've noticed the hem dropping on a pair of slacks when I was turning them in for dry cleaning... And this place will have them hemmed properly for you by the time you pick them up! They accept major credit cards and will also take your clothing to your car for you. A+ service. read more

I have been going to Lakeside Cleaners for around 4 years now. I come once a week to have my husbands shirts dry-cleaned. They do a wonderful job! They have wonderful customer service and they always make an effort to greet me by my name. read more

Been going here for the last 5 years. They have always done an excellent job. Everything from dry-cleaning shirts and suits, to tailoring drapes and hemming those expensive jeans. They are super friendly and have always been very accommodating - many times doing cleaning and/or hemming next day for me if I asked. Perfect spot for anyone who lives in the Kirkland/Juanita area. read more

Gracious professional owners who do high quality work from dry cleaning to stitching Boy Scout merit badges on sash - their strong work ethic and pride in their work make me a happy customer; never disappointed. read more

We have been going here for years. Even when we moved to Bellevue, we still made the drive because their service and quality of work is always amazing. We use them for our basic dry cleaning needs and have used them many times to hem items or clean blankets. read more

Extremely friendly staff and quality dry-cleaning service. Great local business in Juanita. They are always over-delivering. read more

They charged me for nothing! They didn't clean my vast, they refused to refund it, do not go there, awful! Really awful! After complaining they refunded! read more

They did a great job on my dress! It was 15 dollars which I don't normally do dry cleaning so not sure if this is a good price but hey they dida nice job and would totally come back read more

I've used Lake side cleaners for 10+ years through two owners. The quality of their work is great and they are always lovely to interact with. Price for dry cleaning and alternations are only okay, but laundering shirts is a great deal. read more

Fantastic cleaners! Not only do they do a great job cleaning my clothing (and my wife's wedding dress), they are always so friendly and helpful. I am greeted by name each time I walk in and always have quick service. read more

I was looking for a place to have my dress shirts washed and pressed and found Lakeside Cleaners. They are very conveniently located and were easy to find coming from 98th st. I was a little nervous dropping off 8 shirts as a new customer and never having tried them out before but I was well overdue to have my shirts laundered. Now that I've started wearing the shirts after picking them up, I am so impressed by how thorough of a cleaning job they did. The collars were well pressed and cleaned all of the dirt off the neck area, the press lines were excellent and it feels like they did a very thorough job. I will definitely be returning! read more

December 2016 - "TERRIBLY DISHONEST STORE OWNERS". I brought in a jacket to have the sleeves altered. A few days after drop-off I got a call from the cleaners saying there is a rip /tear in my jacket and that I should come in before the alteration takes place. The tear was horrendous! On the rear right shoulder and punctured through the front side too. Why on Earth would I pay $35 to have a damaged beyond repair jacket altered??? They claimed I brought it in that way. It was obviously damaged by some sort of machinery. The store owners lack of English speaking skill made communicating my displeasure all the more futile. Or maybe they were faking it. At any rate, I'm out a very nice Marmot jacket.IT'S SAD BECAUSE i'M A LONG TIME CUSTOMER! It hurts to be treated like my business means nothing to them. read more

This is in a great central location if you live in the Juanita area. I come here about twice a week and have been going for about 4 years. I use them to have my clothes dry cleaned (silk tops/dresses/dry clean items) and I have my husband's shirts/trousers/suits cleaned and pressed. I have had clothes that shrunk after going to some other dry cleaners and that has never happened here. Turn around time is very quick, always. They are super friendly and always do a terrific job. I have also used them to hem skirts and jeans and they do a good job there too. Much cheaper than going to a tailor. Pricing is very reasonable for everything and service is great and they are really reliable. Would highly recommend! read more

Called them ahead of time to make sure they do the service I needed. Sure, they do it; no problem! Packed everything and took it there just to find out they are not willing to. Couldn't you just tell me so when I called?? read more

they use Downey in mens dress shirts. It was so strong, we had to rewash 3 times and smell still isn't out of it. They should have let us know thats what they use, especially since Downey as it has so much chemicals in it. read more

I've been coming here for a year now since I moved back here and trying a few other places first. I've found they've done a great job on both clothing and some non clothing items, drycleaning and alterations/repairs, at a reasonable price, and they're always super friendly. read more

The shorthaired lady was extremely rude. She has no regard for customer services. I kept asking her questions whether my shirt would be ready for Saturday morning, and she didn't give answers. While she was asking for my phone number to find me in her records she looked at me viciously and in a demeaning way without making eye contact or trying to be courteous. I didn't feel welcomed in her places of business. It doesn't matter if there is a language barrier, but the gesture and posture has to be there in a customer service role so a customer is welcome. This woman was blatantly rude without any regard to customer service. read more

Love this place! Go out of my way to take my clothes here. There are cleaners closer to my home, but noone does as consistently as good a job as Lakeside. Lately, some new people have been running the shop, and it has only improved, with little improvements the store itself. Great, friendly service. read more
