Lovely customer service. I came here to get my pants hemmed and the lady that did it was so sweet and careful with them. I didn't go for next-day service, since there wasn't any rush on them, but they were still ready earlier than when she said they would be! Costwise the service was a bit more than what I'm used to, but the convenience of the location is great. I also appreciate that she took the effort to learn my name and refer to me by it when she was serving me, even though I've only been here a handful of times. As far as I'm aware there's just the one lady who works here so if there are multiple customers there might be a bit of a line. There's plenty of parking in the area as well. read more

We've been frequenting this location for nearly 4 years. The elderly man here knows my last name and always greets me warmly. He takes my orders quickly and assists me in putting the clean clothing up in my car. We've two dogs and on occasion one of them has gotten a ton of hair on the blanket and we have brought it in had it cleaned. It has always come back perfect and clean. read more

Friendly, no-hassle, professional service, right next to Walgreens in Juanita Village. Prices are slightly higher than what I was accustomed to in California. However, based on my experience thus far, they also handle clothing with greater care than my previous dry cleaner. A MAJOR benefit to using this dry cleaner is that they will hang your clothing on YOUR hangers! That's right! This saves me so much time and effort! I just bring in my hangers with my dry cleaning order and when I pick them up, they're ready for my closet without having to do the old "hanger-switcharoo-so-the-hangers-match-the-rest-of-my-closet." (Anyone else OCD about closet hangers? No wore hangers! Mommy Dearest? Lol!) They also do alterations and repairs. I can't tell you how many times I've noticed the hem dropping on a pair of slacks when I was turning them in for dry cleaning... I was looking for a place to have my dress shirts washed and pressed and found Lakeside Cleaners. They are very conveniently located and were easy to find coming from 98th st. I was a little nervous dropping off 8 shirts as a new customer and never having tried them out before but I was well overdue to have my shirts laundered. Now that I've started wearing the shirts after picking them up, I am so impressed by how thorough of a cleaning job they did. The collars were well pressed and cleaned all of the dirt off the neck area, the press lines were excellent and it feels like they did a very thorough job. I will definitely be returning! read more

December 2016 - "TERRIBLY DISHONEST STORE OWNERS". I brought in a jacket to have the sleeves altered. A few days after drop-off I got a call from the cleaners saying there is a rip /tear in my jacket and that I should come in before the alteration takes place. The tear was horrendous! On the rear right shoulder and punctured through the front side too. Why on Earth would I pay $35 to have a damaged beyond repair jacket altered??? They claimed I brought it in that way. It was obviously damaged by some sort of machinery. The store owners lack of English speaking skill made communicating my displeasure all the more futile. Or maybe they were faking it. At any rate, I'm out a very nice Marmot jacket.IT'S SAD BECAUSE i'M A LONG TIME CUSTOMER! It hurts to be treated like my business means nothing to them. read more

This is in a great central location if you live in the Juanita area. I come here about twice a week and have been going for about 4 years. I use them to have my clothes dry cleaned (silk tops/dresses/dry clean items) and I have my husband's shirts/trousers/suits cleaned and pressed. I have had clothes that shrunk after going to some other dry cleaners and that has never happened here. Turn around time is very quick, always. They are super friendly and always do a terrific job. I have also used them to hem skirts and jeans and they do a good job there too. Much cheaper than going to a tailor. they use Downey in mens dress shirts. It was so strong, we had to rewash 3 times and smell still isn't out of it. They should have let us know thats what they use, especially since Downey as it has so much chemicals in it. read more

The shorthaired lady was extremely rude. She has no regard for customer services. I kept asking her questions whether my shirt would be ready for Saturday morning, and she didn't give answers. While she was asking for my phone number to find me in her records she looked at me viciously and in a demeaning way without making eye contact or trying to be courteous. I didn't feel welcomed in her places of business. It doesn't matter if there is a language barrier, but the gesture and posture has to be there in a customer service role so a customer is welcome. Love this place! Go out of my way to take my clothes here. There are cleaners closer to my home, but noone does as consistently as good a job as Lakeside.
