I was given some 2nd hand pants and US Cleaners is on my route as I do my site visits for work. I dropped off a pair of Joggers with a tear in them. I like them because they have side and 2 back pockets, unique for Joggers that I've seen otherwise, normally I'd just let them go, so I figured I'd get them patched up. The presumed manager was nice enough. He took a look at them told me it could be done; it would be a week before they'd be ready. The quote was $15. I thought that was rather high but inflation I guess and to be fair this was a significant tear. A week later I go back, and I have to say I was impressed. I'm not actually sure how they managed to patch such a big spot with little color differential in the material. He handed me the little eco-friendly bag containing the pants and that was that. Nice husband and wife couple own this local cleaner/tailor/alterations shop. Came in and asked to get my bridesmaid dress hemmed and the waist taken in. I had to get a size 2 dress but I am a size 0, so quite a bit of fixin' was needed. They quoted me a price that was on the lower end of what I've heard from other tailors around Eastside so I went ahead with them (is, affordable). The wife immediately sat down and put pins to mark where to fix things in the dress. In one week I came back and the dress was perfect. Very kind service. They use a Clover register so take a variety of cards and i think Google and Apple Pay too. read more

Poor customer service and bad attitude. Take your business elsewhere! I took a shirt to fix the button for me, big or small it still is a business! First they ignored me for 5 minutes, old lady said she is busy and doesn't have time answering my question. They handed me the buttons and said I'm stupid for not knowing how to sew buttons and it's easy! Yet, I thought they're kidding or it's a language barrier, I asked them that I want to get it done professionally, they rolled their eyes, and started talking in their native language, and left me standing on the counter ignoring me helping 3 other customers after me, so I left the store. Regardless of the price of the service, it's still a business! Just because I don't know how to sew a button, it doesn't make me less of a customer or a human! read more

Went to this place to get name tags put on a uniform. Surprised to see they had no rate card. The man at the counter asked the woman in the back the time it would take (in their local language). Paid a hefty amount to get this done in 3 days instead of a week a week. The reason for the 3 stars is the workmanship and nothing else. "Repair" done by this business is absolutely awful quality. Left jacket for zipper replacement and neither part of jacket, bottom, top or middle aligned. One side became shorter than other buy almost 2 inch. Shop refused to refund this "work". read more

Extremely overpriced for dry cleaning basics (short cotton dress, capri pants and sleeveless shirt). This was our first and last time visiting this location, which is unfortunate as it is close to where I live. In checking average prices online for these items, they fall outside the higher end of pricing range. Definitely do your homework. read more

Wow! I just read a review calling the owner of this place a "sad andy little man", which besides being incredibly rude is a lie and unjustifiable. I have been using US Cleaners services, on and off, for years now, and I had nothing but super friendly interactions with the couple who own it. They remember my name even if I have not been there in months, they always welcome me with a smile, and they do a good job. The review I read was not even about the service but about the parking spot which is only one with the sign that says "10 minutes limit", the person who wrote it also said there were plenty of parking spots (sigh!)... Then why in the world did they park in that specific spot if they were not even going to this Cleaners? Com'on people!!! Basic manners. The owners of this place which now that I think about it, (I am embarrassed to admit), I don't even know their names (but they know mine), work really hard: 12-hour days, 6 days a week. The ability to have a dedicated spot for customers to drop off and pick up their dry cleaning is not uncommon or too much to ask. Act like you have a clue and be respectful. I brought in 3 pairs of jeans I had given up on for repair. The seat and crotch on them were totally threadbare and filled with holes, but otherwise very nice designer jeans. Not only did the nice lady do an amazing job repairing all 3, but she reinforced the crotch so well that when the rest of the jeans are totally worn, the crotch will still be in great shape! They really did an amazing job on all 3, and I have been wearing them for about a month now in working conditions, and they have all completely held up. It did take a few weeks to get done, and it cost $22 per pair, but it was being done by one person. read more

My usual tailor has closed. I went here since it's near my home. I went to get two pairs of shorts hemmed. The cost was $34.

I highly recommend this dry cleaners!!!! The people are very nice! They are terrific at getting tough spots out! The Alterations/repairs are wonderful! The clothes are beautifully dry cleaned and streamed. I can't speak highly enough about this dry cleaners! It's worth a long drive when you care about your clothes. read more

Love this place! They got out a super stubborn stain that I really didn't think was possible. It was on this beautiful dress, so I was elated! They also did a fix and hem on another dress of mine that was a little more complex and patches on my jeans! They're eco friendly, so that makes me happy! read more

Best cleaners I have ever been to! From dry cleaning dress shirts, gemming a floor length dress, patching holes, or fixing buttons, they always do a thorough job.
