I got a rip in my jeans so I brought my pants over to them. They have a 30 min parking spot in front, so it's pretty accessible. The lady who works at the front is very nice and she said it would be about 3 business days until I can pick up my jeans. I was somewhat apprehensive because these are $300 jeans, but i decided to go through with it anyway. When I came back she remembered who I was and told me to check out the jeans before I paid. It was better than I expected, you can't even tell they were ripped or sewn back together. This is my new go to if I need anything fixed. Also, it looked like they dry cleaned my jeans (or at least ironed them) as a complimentary service which is great. It was $10 to get it done, which was definitely worth it. read more

I had a very positive experience having a sweater dry cleaned here. I brought in a pilled cashmere sweater in need of dry cleaning. The lovely staff dry cleaned my sweater and even de-pilled it without my asking. I was very pleased with the results and the price was very reasonable. I will be returning! read more

Had a great first experience there, sent in a pea coat to be dry cleaned and de-pilled. There were a few food spots on the front. Bill came to just under $30 (which I thought was fair but have very little to compare it to). Would go back for other dry cleaning services, super convenient location just off McGraw. read more

I had two silk skirts that I needed taken in at the waist, and Aaron's was the second place I went to. The first told me that I would have to pay $35 each, but Aaron's offered to do it for $18 each. The woman working there was very friendly. She did a quick fitting--it only took a minute or two--and they were ready for pickup in a week. The alterations were really great, very neat. I can't even tell that work was done on the skirts, but now they both fit perfectly! I had a great experience at Aaron's, and I'll definitely return if I need any more alterations done. read more

I needed a pair of pants altered, and Aaron's Dry Cleaners had the timeliest response time for my inquiry. In contrast to some of the earlier reviews I'd read, their communication and customer service was VERY friendly and professional. The price I was quoted for was the price I paid; and at the pick-up time I'd been told (which by the way, was the quickest turn-around I'd been quoted as well). $45 is way too much to pay for cleaning a standard (non-down) queen comforter. I wish I had asked the price before I had taken it in, but I had a Groupon voucher, so I thought I would get a good deal. The owner first denied that her business used Groupon, but she relented when I showed her the voucher. When I returned to pick it up, she informed me that my comforter was "very dirty. Very dirty." She repeated this a few times. I thought, "Well, isn't that the point of bringing something to the cleaner's? I'm not going to bring in clean things." It wasn't all that dirty, but even if it were, telling me this does nothing to support a business relationship. The exterior of the comforter was clean when I picked it up, but the fill was clumped and matted--it was not like this was when I dropped it off. I hope it's not ruined. A profoundly disappointing experience overall. Between the high prices, the nonexistent customer service, and the substandard quality, I won't be returning. Queen's Cleaners charges $35 for the same service. They do a better job, and they are pleasant to deal with. I'll going there next time. read more

I will never go back here! They specifically quoted me $1.30 per shirt when I dropped them off and when I went to pick them up it was $6.50 per shirt. I told the guy what I was quoted and he said that the woman who checked me in made a mistake. Men's shirts are advertised in the window at $0.99 and I was charged $13 for 2. He offered to split the difference but this was their error and they should have honored the quoted price. I hope it was worth the loss of a customer. read more

They changed locations and honestly, it is WAY better than the one around the corner (who has changed their owners 3 times in the past year). Aaron's is run by Bruce who is always courteous and respectful to all of his customers. This dry cleaners is one of the cheapest I have been to, some place changed me $9 for a pair of pants! I like that Aaron's gives a discount if you pay them cash (I forget how much they deduct, but it's either 10% or !5%.) They're prompt, efficient and no more pricey than any other dry cleaner I've used. They seem to clean things well, and they haven't wrecked any of my clothes yet. Does that sound like faint praise? This place is a racket and I will never step foot in their store again. I just picked up my drycleaning there for the first time and the rude *ss who was working the counter told me that he was charging me more because he had miscounted my pieces and thought one was a suit set instead of two blazers. I told him I had noticed that when I dropped it off and told him but he ignored me. So I refused to pay the extra money. He said it was a mistake. I said yes, it was HIS mistake and I shouldn't have to pay for it. He was rude and so was the lady working there. I asked him, "you are really going to lose a new customer over this???" In this economy no less?? BAD BUSINESS DECISION MISTER. I am infuriated and am reporting them to the BBB. DON'T GO HERE. I personally will try the new BELLA'S across the street on W. McGraw to see if their customer service is any better. Heck, it won't take much to beat out Aaron's RUDE Cleaners. Furthermore, I heard that these people are also the owners of the new 5 Corner Mini-Mart on McGraw that I personally stood up for against neighbors who were trying to stop them from opening. They have always been more than kind and respectful to us. We have been going to them for years. They do a lovely job on sweaters--packaging them up in a self-contained bag that snaps. We have never had any damage to our clothing. Plus, if we pay cash, we get a discount. read more

Friendly, affordable, and quality work. Managed to get a couple of my dress shirts clean and wrinkle-free that had plagued me for months.

Mostly they do a good job, but the owner is rude. (I bet the previous postings saying he is pleasant were posted by family upon his request!) They tried charging me extra for "dog hair" several times until I asked them to quit...no dog in my house. Also, they once hemmed my sister's curtains, although she didn't ask them to! Anyway, it's close to where I live, but when I go I expect grumpy service and am careful of the hidden "dog" charge. read more

Have been coming to Aaron's for over 10 years after bad experiences at other dry cleaners in the area. The owner has always been pleasant and professional with me. The service always on time and done right. I've been a regular customer and have been treated very respectfully as one. In the many times I've gone there, only once did something come back slightly damaged (buttons). Compared to the track record I've seen from other places, that's not bad. Interesting to see the reviews about the price arguments. They remind me that years ago I brought in a coupon that should have been accepted, but the owner said that the coupon company ripped him off and he wouldn't accept it (even though it wasn't expired - so why should it be my problem?). That's just the way the guy is. It would have bothered me more, but many times since he's rounded off the cost for me (he gives a discount for paying cash) in my favor.
