Extremely poor business practices on all levels. There's been other issues dealing with them too on the supplier side. Six jackets and one pair of pants dry cleaned. They all came out, smelling disgusting (like when you keep something in the back of the closet too long) and like they were soaked in a sweat solution. The majority of my clothes smelled worse than they did when I dropped them off. I originally returned to the store after smelling one of my suit jackets on the way to work and literally gagging the owner. Tried to convince me the dry cleaning only got out 50% of sweat stain smell - which a quick Google search quickly disproved. Then, I smelled the rest of my clothes and realized I had to return again. I returned to the store in an attempt to be refunded rather than having to go through the process of disputing my credit card charge but the owner rather I brought my clothes back, and once I didn't accept that as a solution began ignoring me. I communicated that I did not want to bring them back as I didn't want the same thing to happen over again and my time further wasted, just for my clothes to smell even worse. I was simply ignored. The lady who works at the front is very nice and she said it would be about 3 business days until I can pick up my jeans. I was somewhat apprehensive because these are $300 jeans, but i decided to go through with it anyway. When I came back she remembered who I was and told me to check out the jeans before I paid. It was better than I expected, you can't even tell they were ripped or sewn back together. This is my new go to if I need anything fixed. Also, it looked like they dry cleaned my jeans (or at least ironed them) as a complimentary service which is great. It was $10 to get it done, which was definitely worth it.
