Unfortunately, my last visit was not great: only a handful of their machines were in working order. A couple of the larger capacity washers didn't wring out the laundry and my items (including some blankets and sheets) were soaked with water; I ended up wringing them out by hand to the best of my ability. I had limited time that day as I was preparing for a house guest that was arriving later in the afternoon. I did not budget an extra hour or more for adding washing time in different machines to properly wring the laundry out. Nor did I budget for doubled or tripled dry time either. The attendant offered me extra dry time and comped some of the washes that did not wring my laundry out well enough, which I appreciated. However, with the amount I paid it feels like a rip off since I ended up having to leave and finish drying at my apartment building. Some of the items had to be hung to dry because the dryers at my building are not large enough to dry blankets. That was one of the main reasons I opted to visit the laundromat.. to wash and dry my blankets and bedding quickly, which I used to do at Aurora Clean Express without issue. I'm confused as to why none of the machines are being serviced, cleaned or repaired. I was under the impression that laundromats are highly profitable. Not only is it a bummer to lose a convenient laundromat, but this has to be terrible for their employees too. I really hope the owner can turn things around and rebuild their business as I would like to keep going there and supporting their awesome team. The manager, Bradley is kind and the woman working on Sunday was so helpful. They deserve better!

I've tried twice now to book a wash and fold service with them in my area in California. Upon initially finding this company, I was surprised and intrigued by the convenience of their website, the services they offer, and the quick turn around. Upon booking my first order (which by the way, they charge the full amount ahead of time even asking if you'd like to tip the driver), the entire order was confirmed and then cancelled the next day due to the holiday. Fine. I was shocked to see the date even available two days before a holiday but I went ahead and booked it anyways. I received a cancellation the next day and a refund several days later. I decided to give it another go a week later. I booked my service again with the same requests. I packaged my laundry and left it as instructed in a garbage inside my business which is open from 9-5. I scheduled a pickup time of 12-2. 2:30, 3 rolls around and no one has shown up to pick up the order. I decided to call the customer service number listed on their website as I'm not apt to wait for an email response (considering I never got a response to my initial consultation request). While the agent was very friendly and communicative, nothing was resolved or reasoned. In fact, he informed me that he spoke with the driver who claimed he had already came to our business. That was just a bold faced lie. After waiting on hold for believe it or not 45 minutes for the agent to "communicate with the driver on when he was going to be able to come back", I finally let the agent know that I would just like to cancel the entire order and get a refund. At this point, it was just an extreme inconvenience for me to have my dirty laundry sitting out for the better half of the day and it was just a waste of time. All in all, I 100% do not recommend this company and honestly, I'm not entirely sure any of the reviews from their website or google review page are real. Take it from me who's someone completely new to this business model, I suggest you look elsewhere and do not waste your time with them. They've made no efforts to gain me as a customer, which is just a shame since I was intending on utilizing them commercially for my business. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. UPDATE per company's response: The agent did NOT inform me that the only time a driver is in my area and is able to pick up at my business is 8 AM. I let them know that I had been open from 8:30-5. Also, should that have been the case, there should be no options for scheduling a time slot for pick up and drop off. Still, not my fault. Additionally, they did not offer to come back the next day and the reason I was on hold for 45 minutes was because the agent was allegedly trying to get ahold of the driver. It was NEVER communicated to me that that driver would be able to come back. I only requested a refund after waiting patiently on hold for 45 minutes. This outcome is truly disappointing and I simply can't be made out to be the one at fault. This should've been handled differently and it was a complete miscommunication and negligence on the company's fault and I refuse to be made to look dumb. Also beware- this company has attempted to leave several negative reviews defaming my business from accounts that are completely made up with people that have never been to our business and have never gotten their hair done with any of our stylists. It's truly sad that rather than attempting to make it right, they've resulted to this. I suggest they focus a little more attention on customer satisfaction than creating fake yelp reviews to attempt to discredit other reputable businesses in our communities.
