"You can do hard things," my mom used to tell me. Let's talk about hard things a second. Cooking Beef Wellington, right there, yes, *wagging a finger* that's hard. Asking your crush out on a date to Medieval Times--that's hard. Confronting grandma about her drinking as she drains her fifth gin and tonic during Thanksgiving--that's hard. Finding a dry cleaner that can pull a two-day turnaround AND has eco friendly services. That's really hard. Really. Hard. And then I found Star Cleaners. Little did I realize they were a gem of the Lynnwood scene for a long time. I needed to get my daughter's prom dress cleaned quickly. Like I wrote above--a two-day turnaround. The staff didn't bat an eye. "Of course we can do it." Those golden words singing from their lips nearly gave me an out-of-body experience. The result? Perfection. The dress looks great. Daughter is pleased. They have my business moving forward. read more

Star Cleaners - Prom dress cleaned by Star Cleaners. - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Lynnwood, Washington

I used this cleaners through the Hyatt laundry service during my stay in Seattle and when I received my laundry back one item was missing. I outreached to them by calling more than 5 times until someone finally answered. When I told them an item was missing they told me it was nothing they could do because my receipt listed only 5 items instead of six. Even if the list was itemized incorrectly I should still get all my items back!! They then told me to follow up with my hotel. This to me is not only poor customer service but theft!! read more

genuinely the very best care you can give your clothes. Dry cleaning is not just about the chemical chemicals used during that process. It's about the attention to detail. It's about how beautifully pressed the item is upon its return. It is about the fact that the alterations are done, impeccably, on time. It was fairly priced and amongst the best value that I have ever had for alterations. I will and have returned. read more

Excellent quality for dry cleaner! Amiable service. I highly recommend this Star Cleaners service!

I was very sad to learn that the prior owners were retiring but happy for them of course :-) New ownership, Thuy-An and her team, continues to impress!!! They're welcoming & the quality of cleaning has been consistently excellent. They're making thoughtful updates and are focused on doing things right. I'm glad to see such care put into both the service and the results during this time of transition. Highly recommend! read more

Great service and prices and as cleaners go, high tech system to check in and send updates!

I dropped off 2 coats and the guy at the front told me it would be about $18 each. When I come back to pick them up a few days later, he ends up charging me $35 for each. He then all of a sudden doesn't remember telling me that they would be $18. Don't trust this place. read more

I brought in three shirts for alteration and several coats for dry cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The alterations exceeded my expectations -- the shirts fit perfectly and look like they were tailored just for me. Everything came back looking clean, fresh, and well cared for. On top of that, their turnaround time was faster than expected, which was a great bonus. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommend Star Cleaners to anyone looking for quality dry cleaning and expert tailoring in the Lynnwood area! read more

Star Cleaners is simply exceptional. I trusted them with one of the most important outfits of my wife's and my life--bridal gown/tuxedo--and they exceeded every expectation. My wife's dress had delicate fabric, intricate details, and a long train, and it came back looking absolutely flawless. Every crease, bead, and layer was handled with the utmost care. My tux also looked immaculate--crisp, fresh, and perfectly pressed. A special thank-you to Thuy-An Nguyen, who provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and reassurance made the entire process stress-free, which is priceless during wedding planning. Star Cleaners treated our wedding attire like true heirlooms. If you are looking for expert dry cleaning--especially for bridal gowns and formal wear--this is the only place I would trust. Highly, highly recommend! read more

My wife & I dropped off a large volume of assorted clothes including Seattle Mariner Jersey's & hats with multiple stains. We had them back in just a couple of days. Thuy-An Nguyen was very helpful, was good to answer all of our questions. She pain stakingly worked to get out some really tough stains & did flawless work & still got all of our cloths done & back to us quickly. We were impressed with Thuy-An's friendliness, help & responsiveness. High quality work too. I can't tell you how much these people have helped me!! Fashion emergency! They are so quick to get my clothes sparking clean and the time I was in dire need to get things tailored, my girl was there. She got my pants and blazer done a day before my request. They are very reasonable and the service is impeccable! I have been using them for over 2 years and I must say, thank you for always being there. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend to all my friends. I work in hospitality and I only suggest my guest to Star Cleaners for my personal belongings and my guest! A+ Value! read more

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Dropped off 10/04, told verbally they would absolutely be completed by 10/09. Had to wait until 10/11 to pick them up due to their weekday hours. They had lost one item, failed to repair OR dry clean another as asked. At least 5 people got involved in trying to locate my lost item, to the point where one employee kept shoving random items at me asking if and/or it was the correct one. We went home with 11/13 items. Received a call on 10/15 that the unfixed item wasn't completed yet and would be done that day, and they had no idea where my other item was. I informed them I would pick them both up the next day, 10/16, and insisted they needed to find my lost item. On 10/16, we arrived to pick up the remaining two items, which now arriving home, have both not dry cleaned at all. The broken item is fixed, but with oversized hardware that looks insane. All of this to say, do not bring your things here. There's dozens of other dry cleaners in the area, pick one of those. read more

Great owner and friendly services. Had a large quantity of clothes need dry cleaning and the owner was willing to give me a discount. This place is my goto dry cleaner. I highly recommend this place. read more

I would never have gone with their doing my laundry had I known the price was $42!!! So, no, I will not pay that again. I will go to the laundromat myself. She claimed my laundry smelled like poop. I had bladder cancer 4 years ago which left me dealing with some incontinence. I never have problems with doing my laundry or residual odors. She presumed I had animals, I do not, thus the odor. I can do a lot of laundry for $42, so no, will not use them again. read more

Price quoted by the 3 rd party website was not honored even though I showed proof of the email

Quality dry cleaning and very nice management. They are willing to negotiate a cost on bigger items which is great if you are on a budget.

I just used Star Cleaners and they were awesome. Fast and affordable. I looked online to find a place relatively close to my house and I saw a few options and you never know how true the reviews are so I thought I would just say that they're great. read more

I needed the zipper fixed on a wool jacket that belongs to my son. Thuy-An took some time explaining the ways it could be fixed and quoted me a reasonable price. When I got the jacket back, it looked brand new. Professionally sewn zipper and all the dog hair and pilling were gone. Itcwas a complicated job and the result is beautiful. read more

They've provided top notch dry cleaning for me for the last 10 years. You won't find more dedicated, hard working staff who consistently do a great job every time. I highly recommend. read more

Let me start by saying they are extremely cheap compared to some other places I've used so I wasn't expecting total perfection at every visit. They are super nice people and I've only had one casualty so far- some fragile tassels had come off a romper during service but not really a big deal. Otherwise they are fast, cost effective and very pleasant to deal with! read more

Very rude and unprofessional service. We will never go back to this place. We had two very bad experiences here.

I gotta go with one star on this one partially due to the way I do business. With cleaners I usually dont save the ticket and once in a while leave my stuff over 30 days. I got berated for it once. Then, I lost two packages through them due to this. One, a group of shirts, the other a suit and jacket. Partially me? OK. But, not going there again. If you do, obey the rules strictly. UPDATE: they found the suit package six months after the I tried to retrieve it and called me. Happy to have it back, and I paid of course, but its not a good fit for me. read more

Star Cleaners is the best cleaners I've ever been to. After three years, I finally got around to taking in my wedding dress to get cleaned and not only did they remove each and every stain, I think they only charged about 30 bucks! I take all my sweaters to them, they're cleaned in four days and they only charge $4.25. I highly recommend this cleaners. read more
