Are they "ultra" or "custom" or "ultra custom"? I am not sure, but here Is what I do know after using them over a dozen times for laundering, dry cleaning, and press needs: 1. I have always received a friendly greeting when entering or exiting the building 2. The stated day/time of completion has always been met 3. I have never had a lost or damaged item 4. I have never been offered an item that isn't mine 5. This is probably one of the nicest most professional dry cleaners I've ever been in. I went there to clean and preserve my wedding dress and they ask for payment when you pick it up. The wait time is around one month which is not bad considering how fast time flies. It's not like you'll need it any time soon. My dress was full of layers, lace and tulle. Last time I had my shirts cleaned, one was severely damaged, the owner did not want to acknowledge any responsibility, to the point where an uncomfortable and embarrassing argument ensued while customers waited in line, ultimately the owner yelled "How Much"... Still my favorite cleaner in town. Brought him a bunch of men's white button down shirts that had terrible yellow ring around the collar. He did the most amazing job on it. I actually read a bunch of stuff online and tried them and none of them worked. I was ready to throw away five shirts. My dress shirts are always clean, crisp and with just enough starch. I was very impressed at how well they remove a couple of stains from my suit jacket. The creases on my slacks are always on point and are returned without a single wrinkle. Drop-off is quick and easy and pick-up day can be negotiated depending on circumstances. Prices are reasonable and I appreciate the convenience of available hem/repair services. Location is ideal for weekend errands. Amazing customer service and stellar quality. I called on a Monday needed a wedding dress of all things completely cleaned. The dress was in bad shape after a night of partying on my own wedding night, and the stains had really set in. But after months of not knowing what to do with it I unexpectedly had someone who wanted to buy it right away so I needed it cleaned in less than a week! I went here for the first time today and really enjoyed my experience here. The gentlemen working the cash register I assume is the owner. He was very friendly! I dropped off 11 collared shirts and a blazer. It was only 30 dollars. I think that's great for dry cleaners! I received it on thin wire hangers and covered in a plastic sheet like all other dry cleaners do. The clothes were as I would expect them to be: very clean and well pressed. Also, they are located in a great spot. The cleaners are right next door to Safeway and a pet store, so it makes it super convenient to knock some other errands out. This area is decently busy, but the stores are spread out and feels less crowded. The parking lot also is pretty spacious. I would say that you could easily find a spot close to wherever you are planning on stopping by. I would definitely would go back to this place. read more

I was tempted by the good reviews to try this place for a comforter that needed dry cleaning, it came back all torn and seams are ripped. The filling of the comforter is clumping which is what I wanted to avoid in the first place so I decided to turn to the pros, which in this case weren't so delicate at least with comforters. May be the case is different with clothes but I'm not willing to risk it, so bottom line I do not recommend this place for dry cleaning! I attached photos. read more

I took a dress in to be taken out in the back. I wanted maybe to add a piece of lace (which I provided) to be added to the back to widen the upper part of the dress. simple alteration right!?!? well the lady that works there told me that it was IMPOSSIBLE and to add something to the back would be too much work. so I took it to another alteration place and they did it just fine overnight!!! ummm why not just tell me you are lazy and don't want to do it. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS!! We took my daughter's prom dress to this cleaner based on the good reviews. They might do okay with day to day cleaning but they ruined the sequences on her dress. The right side is a different color than the left side. When my daughter asked him about it at pick up, he claimed it was brought in that way which was not correct. He yelled at her until she was in tears and left the store. We understand mistakes can happen but it really ruins this dry cleaners credibility when they don't admit their mistakes. read more

I loved this place! The woman who runs it is super sweet, and the prices are reasonable. I have never been much for dry cleaning, but I brought a bag of dresses to Corry's dry cleaner and was told that it would be $20 per dress, and $15 each to press my toddler's cotton dress. I didn't know if that was normal for dry cleaning, but I tried not to let my jaw hit the floor when she quoted me. In the car I called Ultra Custom Cleaners, and discovered they were much less expensive. I was so happy with their work and friendliness. They got a 3 month old grease stain out of one of my favorite dresses, and steamed my veil for my wedding at no extra charge. I will for sure be returning for my other dry cleaning needs! read more

Bellow is my first and last experience with this business. I brought in a cotton blazer for cleaning which did not have any stains just light overall soiling and an unclean smell from wear and storage. I did not check it when I picked it up from the cleaners. It looked nice enough in the plastic bag. However, when I took it out of the bag at home, it looked and smelled exactly the way it did prior to the cleaning except the body of the blazer appeared to be hard and carelessly pressed (if I can judge from a few pressed in wrinkles on it); the sleeves were completely left alone and still had wrinkles at the elbows from wear. I've been disappointed with dry cleaners before, but have never felt quite so boldly swindled. read more

I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned and preserved after my wedding. I had an outdoor ceremony followed by formal photos in muddy grass so there was a good amount of mud plus some chocolate frosting on the under-layers/bottom lace of the dress. First off, Ultra Custom was a third of the price of other places that had given me a quote. I was charged $230.00 total for the dress cleaning (large dress with a lot of layers of tulle and lace) and the preservation box. It was definitely worth it. My dress looks pristine and is placed in the keepsake box with a plastic window and a structure inside of the dress that keeps it from shifting around and getting crushed. I'm impressed. Not sure what I'll do with my dress in the future but leaving it hanging in my closet and filthy felt like I was abusing it. read more
