I had been unable to find a dry cleaner willing to clean my patio furniture fine- marine-quality cushion covers. I was told it couldn't be done because of the fabric and because the bird poop and sap stains would not come out. I finally found Country Cleaners. The owner told me it would be difficult and very expensive and he could not guarantee the stains could be removed. He also said it would take at least a few weeks, up to a month, to do. Also, they might shrink. I trusted and like him and told him to give it a go. When I called on the date he thought they would be ready, he apologetically told me he wanted to work on the stains a little longer. And he did. I am astonished that he was able to do such a fine job on these stained cushion covers....ten in all. The cost was under $200, a fraction of what they originally cost. All but a few almost invisible stains remained and they looked brand new. I am switching dry cleaners to this place. I highly recommend them. (by the way, I had quotes up to $600 from upholstery cleaners who also said they could not guarantee the outcome.) read more

I took a pair dress slacks and a polo shirt to cleaner I was asked if Thursday would be a good day to pick them up I said yes that's fine. I was given a ticket and I place that ticket on sun visor so that I have it available when I pick it up. At the same time I am asked about the previous dry cleaning job which I had approximately 8 shirts three of those shirts were polo shirts. I advised I had already pick them up which I had a week prior which I paid. So going back to the pant and polo shirt I come to pick those up and it's $20. I ask why and was told it was a polo shirt . My question nothing special about the shirt why. I don't see any price chart in this cleaner, sometimes I wonder if I am being stiffed. Honestly I will look for an alternative don't think this is a reputable business. read more

OMG!!! I just graduated from Mortuary school (1 year and 6 months insanely intense program). I gave them my jacket at the beginning of the program and forgot about it. Over the years I have used dry cleaners near my house for laundering dress shirts. Nothing great, nothing bad, just...okay. One of them dry cleaned our (rather expensive) king size duvet cover and I remember being disappointed because I thought they'd do a better job of, I don't know, cleaning it. I figured maybe we let it go too long, and it would always look a little worn and dirty near the top. I almost went back to the same place until I read the reviews for Country Cleaners. The prices were about the same, and even though the business is completely out of my way, I decided to roll the dice. Boy, am I glad I did. I was a little concerned when I got a call the next day asking if I was aware that a couple of the edges were a little darker due to dirt. Sheepishly, I said I was aware and asked them to do the best you can. I imagined the duvet cover would come back looking like it did from the other place. Much to my surprise, it was clean and looked brand new! Our bedding hasn't looked this good in 13 years. I couldn't be happier with the service I received or the quality of work. Not for nothing, but the workers (who I'm assuming are the owners) were impeccably dressed and carried themselves like true professionals. Husband brought a whole stack of button up dress shirts and a few pairs of slacks to be laundered/dry cleaned. They were ready in a few days and were neatly pressed and lightly starched (he was asked for starch preference from light, medium and heavy). Best of all, the total bill was only like $50 which is a good, fair price for the total number and type of items. Before coming here he was ready to donate the shirts with dirty collars but I suggested we give them a try and he's glad he did. I'll be taking my own stack of work clothes (blouses and slacks) in next month and I hope to be just as pleased. read more

I have nothing to compare my experience to, as this was my first time taking anything to a drycleaner, but I think they deserve the 5 stars, so there you have it. I picked Country Cleaners on their existing, excellent reviews on Yelp. We have a California King silk duvet cover that was in desperate need of cleaning. It had been on our bed for nearly a year, and it was wrinkly, dirty and had a mystery sticky substance (like caramel) on it that had to be removed. We took it in on a Saturday morning and picked it up the following Thursday - cost approximately $30.00. I don't even know if this is the going rate for dry cleaning a comforter, but it didn't feel expensive - and if they did a good job (which they did!), then $30 felt like a reasonable cost especially. We've had our comforter for a few weeks, but only last night did we open the plastic in which it was preserved in and put it back on our bed. I was slightly nervous because it was silk fabric, and did not know how it would respond to being dry cleaned. Fortunately, the comforter is as good as new, and truly looks it! The sticky caramel-like substance is gone and the comforter is CLEAN - which, is the point of dry cleaning. But what I really like is that knowing they use harsh chemicals (I assume, but don't know) for cleaning, you don't smell chemicals, and there is no residue on the blanket. Again, I'm a dry cleaning newbie so I don't know what dry cleaning results typically are, but being that my husband and I both have very sensitive skin and so far no reactions to the blanket, I'm feeling good about what we got.
