I first called and asked for compensation. They asked to bring it back in so I did. Not even apologetic but blamed on the store where I bought it. I understand they followed the instruction on the label, but the fact that the sweater got shrunk was their fault and should've taken the responsibility when I just brought in, but they wanted to try to stretch it out. Obviously it didn't work so I had to go back again. They kept saying it's not their fault and the guy started telling me that I didn't understand like mocking me.
