Little did I realize they were a gem of the Lynnwood scene for a long time. I needed to get my daughter's prom dress cleaned quickly. Like I wrote above--a two-day turnaround. The staff didn't bat an eye. "Of course we can do it." Those golden words singing from their lips nearly gave me an out-of-body experience. The result? Perfection. The dress looks great. Daughter is pleased. They have my business moving forward.

When I told them an item was missing they told me it was nothing they could do because my receipt listed only 5 items instead of six. Dresses were $40 each to dry clean, and I picked up today. **1 had a lot of doghair on it and linty area that looked as though it had been dragged on the floor. It still had spots on it that I had specifically pointed out. **1 had areas where they ironed it so hot it was "polished," and the young lady told me there was no way to avoid that when ironing. I told her there was, and how to do it, and that I had pointed out it was vintage with no fiber tag. She offered to run it back through and see if it could be fixed, but I don't know how they could "un-polish" the fabric. She didn't either. **last dress appeared to be ok. No offer of discount, just an offer to have them sent back to be re-done. Poor customer service, too expensive, and they *cannot* handle vintage items. Avoid.

Let me say right up front - dealing with staff was excellent. My rate reflects my decision to take…read morea precious hand-sewn cotton quilt to remove a tiny coffee stain. This is a 50-year-old heirloom where each piece has a story, and it is an ongoing project. Given there were signs everywhere emphasizing their no-strinkage safety with cotton fabrics, I stupidity trusted it. It returned shrunk, each tiny piece slightly smaller and buckled, therefore not matching the ongoing work at home, and many pieces ripped off. AND the tiny stain still remained. I had a near heart attack. Staff insisted they could "fix it". I returned take 2, stain still there, but quick shoddy repair of ripped pieces and they (kindly) insisted I did not have to pay for their mistake. Then, I spent 2 weeks at home re-calibrating to the shrunk piece, and another week removing ruined torn pieces (some were over a 100 years). Lesson learnt. NEVER take a vintage piece to any dry cleaner! A month on, I was still working on repairs.

They're super helpful and you can just pay them directly at the counter and they charge you without having to use dexterpay. 6 tables to sit at. Snacks / drinks and the coffee is from a machine. I highly recommend the DexterPay app, it's fully integrated into the machines, shows time remaining, history and 10% points credit for next time. First time here. The 90lb washer is about $21 for a load, $24 for a super wash but can run multiple comforters / bedding pieces at a time.
