This will be short, I promise. To begin, GO HERE! I stopped in a couple of weeks ago, after hearing a great review from a dear friend, just about at closing, having finally received my pants in the mail and in desperate need of them to be hemmed before I dashed off to a conference. When I say "desperate" I mean as in the next afternoon at the latest...I know, I know...Poof! They were perfectly hemmed and perfectly ironed for me the very next morning! One even had to have a rather groovy hem! PERFECT! Did I mention I am short? Did I mention I cannot hem both legs straight for love or money? Well, THEY CAN AND THEY ROCKED IT! By the by, they are also very kind and very professional! Yes, this is a little (forgive me) hole-in-the-wall place on 41st in Everett, right near the McDonald's and kind of close to the Safeway. I realize everyone uses their phone for directions, but you won't see some big flashing sign; I'm just saying. AND their prices are more than reasonable! They are clearly very busy, so they must make a lot of people happy, not just me. No, they may not be able to get your alterations done as quickly as they did mine, but I will assure you this is the only place I will be taking anything that needs to be altered or dry-cleaned! They are very nice people. But the quality of care is some what lacking unfortunately I brought my coach purse in for cleaning because I had spilled something in it pryer. It came back to me with 5 lines across the front of it!?! Not sure what they did to cause this but I am not happy with the results. I paid 40 bucks on the spot to get it back like this. It's very unfortunate and I have no idea of what to do or say. I'm very upset. And I don't think.it can be fixed being that it's leather Maybe it's my fault for bringing it to a dry cleaners. read more

Dry cleaning and alterations at a fair price. Fast turnaround times and professional service

They are very friendly. Turn around time is good. Work product is poor! I brought in 4 pants and 4 shirts for an upcoming business trip. The pants came out fine. The shirts are still wrinkled. Now, those wrinkles are heavily starched. Not good! I won't be bringing anything back to them. read more

Welp, I've found my new dry cleaners. They are super friendly, fast and completely reasonably priced, not to mention such a convenient location right off 41st. I had 2 mens shirts, trousers (that also needed the hem repaired), 2 flower girl dresses, bridesmaid dress, and a wool coat all dry cleaned for way under $100.00. (In case you didn't know, getting Formal Wear dry cleaned can be extremely expensive). All my items look brand new! Highly recommend read more

I moved to the area and it took me a while to find a good dry cleaner. One of them shrunk my couch cushion cover. I am still annoyed by that, they were also expensive. S&S is great. The price for dry cleaning pants is the cheapest I have found, and I looked. They are very polite and pleasant each time I have come in. I haven't had any special requests done but for regular dry cleaning they are great. The neighborhood is a little less desirable, but I assume with lower rent they can give the best prices. Definitely worth the trip and I will keep going here and would highly recommend to others. read more

Today I called around to several places in my area. I was looking for same day dry cleaning because I had a formal event pop up on me without my suit being cleaned. Nobody in my area was willing to do an emergency clean up. I came across S&S on yelp and I called immediately. The awesome gentleman said he can have the suit ready in 3 hours! They do a great job with my dry cleaning and they have this great deal of $29.99 for 7 items. As I wear suits everyday, this is a cost saver in my dry cleaning expense! This review is for their alterations, not their cleaning. I'm pretty disappointed with their alterations services. I had a maxi skirt that needed altering and the material was a nice, flowy chiffon. Granted, this is not the easiest material to alter, but I was very clear that I wanted the skirt to just brush the floor (so that I would have margin for heels) and asked if it would be possible for me to try it on again before they cut and sewed the skirt. I also wanted the scraps to that I could practice dying the skirt itself. They assured me they could do this no problem. When I went back a week later, not only was my hangar and scraps missing, the skirt was sewed shorter than I wanted and they had no recollection of my request. The skirt itself was not evenly sewed, so there are some sections that are longer than others. They did not apologize or offer any discount on the alteration, and even made it sound like I was unreasonable for having asked. I will not be going back to this place and do not recommend you have your clothing altered here. read more
