Brought a robe I use at church here to be cleaned. When I got it back it had multiple blue/grey stains on the front of it and on the armpits. The only thing that it had on before was neck stains. I asked for my money back and they refused and told me that they took it somewhere else to be dry cleaned. When I asked for the name of the place where they dry clean their items, no one could tell me the name of the location. Absolutely horrible experience. The two ladies that helped me at the front desk did the best they could but the owner was completely unhelpful and did not want to help. Ruined a $220 robe. read more

I have to make sure I mention this one young lady who was working there one late evening a few hours before closing. I haven't seen lately the right attitude in a worker for a long time. Usually they make it known they hate their jobs, by being rude nd bitchy.. Not only I came late, I came with mass laundry I'm talking 6 huge bags packed. She literally helped with loading them. And I left and returned later than planned. she had already bagged them up for me.​ All in all this employee stands out above the rest. I wish I could remember her name. read more

Last night my washing machine broke (thanks, Mercury retrograde!) and I had to find a place to finish washing my clothes at 7:00 on a Wednesday night. Found this place online and made it there in time to finish my laundry. Pros: - There is an attendant there who can help if you need it. - Everyone I saw was wearing a mask. - They also have a drop-off laundry service. - It's right next to one of the BEST taquerías in Everett imho (TacoBook). - Also next to a convenience store. - Has a tv, sofas, and kids toys. - You can use a debit card to pay for washes at select machines. - Open later than several laundromats in the area. - It's large, clean, and has rolling carts in good condition. Cons: - Clientele can be a bit sketchy at times but all in all I felt safe being there at 9pm on a weeknight. - It has been a long time since I washed my clothes at a laundromat. Is it really $6.50 for a regular sized heavy duty machine?! If not, this place is expensive. - Not sure how sanitary they keep the sofas and kids toys in these pandemic times. All in all, I would come back. I'm thankful that they were open late so I could finish my wash! read more

it's especially a great place for large loads washing, extremely great value pricing. And even if they don't have enough large load dryers i can take it home and dry. prior owner Paul established a great location and facility. He would always say hi to my little boy. it's great that they keep the homeless squatters out so it's a safe place to be. i do wish one thing would change and that is stopping people from putting non "He" soap in the machines and stop people from putting in 4 cups of powered soap. it carries over to the next user as a couple gallons of water isn't going to rinse it out. read more

Well, first off, the parking lot is entirely too small for the four businesses that make up the strip mall. there is a nonstop flow of transients & Hotel visitors/guests cutting through the parking lot from the red lion hotel instead of using the sidewalk to go around the side of the building to do drug deals or to be selling off stolen goods but sometimes too lazy to even walk that far and do it in the middle of the parking lot. Plus, they seem to always be casing out cars in the parking lot as they're walking thru. Potentially even worse than that many of the guests from Red Lion bring their clothing in to wash/dry there yet it's pretty well documented that Red Lion has & have been having a severe bedbug infestation throughout the entire hotel for some time. I just recently started having to use a laundromat for first time ever but I still feel like for the extra large jumbo washer that $12.50 a load is really really steep. Then combine that with the large size dryers $2.50 for 40 minutes and despite not having a very big or overloaded load only one of the loads. Actually was mostly dry after just one run. So I had to take the steel very damp load over to the $.25 for four minutes stackable dryers and run it for 12 minutes to$.75 to get it mostly dry So cost of $1.00 eaten by machine plus $8.25 to dry 2 medium size loads mostly dry oh yeah don't forget about the first dryer machine that I went to use that a dollar worth of quarters got stuck halfway down the coin slot and they have some stupid type of antitheft guard so you can't shove something down the slot to push the coins down so I went to ask for help from the Asian lady at the counter and then she put on what I believe was a fake I don't speak very good English act acting like she didn't know what I was trying to explain to her then said she was going to contact maintenance to come take care of the issue and so I proceeded to finish my laundry for at least an hour after that and then had to go up and ask her about it again and-she said that she wasn't able to get a hold of maintenance guy and I was like OK well it's only a dollar do you guys not have some type of till or some thing you can pull that out of and she said oh OK I'll take care of it myself. Just give me a couple minutes and about 10 minutes later grab my last load of stuff and was ready to leave of course she she was nowhere to be found at that point, so I just left couldn't believe she went to that much trouble to avoid refunding a customer over just one dollar so basically value not good $21.75 to do two average large size loads and get them mostly dry but not all the way. Service obviously nonexistent wouldn't find it as quality either. Oh no, that's a pretty much a failing grade. I think I will be checking out other options my next laundry day. read more

I brought my jackets here to get cleaned. ALL of them have been shrunk. My one jacket I just bought is discolored and literally shrunk a few inches in the length. So disappointed. The pocket flaps are even curled up. read more

I love this place...they are reasonably priced and always keep their business clean. I have a few expensive jackets that require dry-cleaning and they have always taken care of my items. I truly appreciate how they treat everyone who walks in with respect. I have seen them offer free laundry soap to some of the college boys that come in to their laundry. I've also seen them help and elderly women fold and load her clothes into her car. Even when some "uncanny Everett characters" come in they treat them just as they would any other person that comes in...it's important to do that. Love them for it! read more

I completely concur with all the positive reviews of this business. The prices are completely reasonable. The gentleman who runs this business is just a pearl of great price. Of multiple items of dry cleaning, I only had one that I was not happy with and he guaranteed his work by redoing it without charge. We came here with piles and piles of laundry that we were not able to do because we were out of town. Thought it would be better to get it all finished in one shot instead of doing one load at a time at home. Plus, we had some bigger blankets that don't even fit in the home machine. This laundry had everything we needed: plenty of space, friendly staff, and machines that really cleaned our stuff. Call me old-fashioned but I like that we didn't have to deal with buying a card, using some of it and having to go back to get a refund, etc...like I had to do with other cleaners that I used. read more
